Servpro of Long Beach / Oceanside, specifically Stephanie and Alan are a pleasure to work with. They are both professional, extremely knowledgeable in their field and quick to respond. We have worked on many projects together and look forward to more.

A few weeks ago I found my 81 yearly Aunt on the floor of her apartment on E 81st. She had collapsed and been there for four days, unable to get up. And of course she wasn't wearing her medical alert necklace. Too proud. Too stubborn.

I contacted Servpro to come deep clean her carpet while she was in the hospital Everyone from Stephanie at the home office, German the onsite supervisor, and the two gentlemen who cleaned the carpet were professional and compassionate. I am at a loss for words as how to describe the relief I had in dealing with them but also how immaculate the apartment was afterwards.

This truly is a fabulous company with fabulous employees.

Thank you Alan! I never knew I had mold in my basement until I saw a few black dots on the wall. I called Servpro of Oceanside and spoke to Alan the owner who was very polite and professional. He showed up a few days later on time and ready to find the problem and he did. The next day he had a crew out the house solving the problem and I’m happy to say months later that there is no more mold. I would highly recommend Servpro of Oceanside to anyone.

They were very professional and did an amazing job. When I came home to a flood in my basement i panicked and did not know what to do, but once I called and spoke to Jim Bertini he made the situation better immediately. He showed up with a crew within an hour of calling him and their work was immaculate. Their slogan is true it was like it never even happened!! I would highly recommend to any friends or family!

The initial water break happened on 11/5/2021. My basement was flooded. I had about 10 inches or more in my entire basement. My first encounter was with Michael Kusek who wAs the project manat throughout the entire ordeal. His calmness but yet being reassuring helped my wife and I feel much more at ease. He was professional and caring. Dan, who was another manager of a crew of workers had a sense of calmness and was communicative as well as prompt. He communicated every time why him and his team was coming and when. I requested a call about 30 minutes prior to his arrival and Dan and his crew were on point every single time. My wife and I appreciate these two Servpro employees who were outstanding and exemplary employees who were across the board excellent to do business with. We recommend Servpro if you require their type of service. My wife and I have been through so many negative experiences with just the customer service side of dealing with different companies. It was refreshing to have an outstanding team of workers who cared, understood and being forthright throughout a rough experience. We also commend their workers who were respectful and diligent in doing their work. We highly recommend Servpro if your needs require their services.

ServPro was a God sent! My pipe burst and caused extensive water damage on three levels of my house. I was about to put my house on the market and was disheartened when this happened.
But ServPro got in, eliminated the moisture, removed the damaged floor and sheet rock and completed the repairs in a timely manner. From the office personnel to the guys in the field, they were professional, courteous, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Nick was amazing, checking in with me throughout the process. The work was amazing and impeccable! He even threw in a few extra items at no cost. Upon completion of the work, I put my house for sale and everyone was amazed at how beautiful the house looked. It actually looked like a new construction on the inside. I got an offer within days, $5,000 above asking price and I have no doubt it was because of the outstanding and high quality work done by his team. I recommend ServPro without any hesitation. They turned a very difficult situation into a blessing and I am extremely grateful.

I spoke with Jack Ruiz, he is the owner. I was pleased to hear his story and how he worked to own his own business. He REALLY cares about the customer. His commitment to ensuring all aspects of the repairs were covered was very much appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a remediation company. I don't want to have any other repairs but if I do, I have a person in Jack who will take care of everything!

Can’t say enough positive things about this location! Attentive and truly cares about people’s losses! Stephanie explained everything in detail and her team repaired my home as if the loss never happened!

Not open 24 hours a day. Cannot provide an estimate in 24 hours. They employ an answering service. Servpro in hauppage are actually available 24 hours a day and the owner actually calls you personally. Wouldn't use this company if my life depended on it. The good reviews are probably from their insurance companies in their pockets.

This was the best deep clean experience I have ever had — from Mike’s estimate and attention to every detail of a really tough clean to Jose’s remarkable team who are so skilled and professional. They accomplished a miracle. Extremely fair pricing and excellent communication from the home office. You can’t ask for you.

We had an unplanned repair in our kitchen. We have never worked with Servpro before but I am glad I reached out to them. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Servpro after our water back up. Every member of the team was courteous, efficient and friendly. They were very respectful of our property and took care when removing molding so as not to damage anything. They continued to check humidity levels through the process to make sure everything was dry. The communication was great and appointments were timely. As a retired insurance executive, I have worked with various restoration services and can highly recommend Servpro!

Working w Serv Pro Oceanside made my construction troubles less worrisome.
Dena, Joe and Heidi were there to help me navigate my issues. They are professional, helpful and friendly. They never made me feel like I was bothering them. They were just there to help. I highly recommend their services.

I cannot recommend Servpro of Long Beach/Oceanside enough for their exceptional water damage repair.
The team of Servpro with Eddie LaChapell & Matias Garcia turned a stressful disaster into a seamless repair service.
They both explained the process involved, including the repair plan & timeline.
The work ethics of their team is above reproach. They came on time, were respectful of home and above all their work was excellent & you would never know that we had water damage as the area looks better than before.
A special shoutout to Matias Garcia and his team headed by Jose and Melvin.
Matias made a stressful situation much easier.
I would definitely use them again, though I hope I never have to.

We needed floor replacement, painting, furniture and carpet cleaning, kitchen work etc after flooding in our apartment due to pipe burst. Matthias and his crew handled everything expertly and were infinitely patient with all our requests and needs. They found solutions to every problem which arose and went out of their way to deal with every issue raised. They were always kind and helpful and we were completely satisfied with their finished work. Highly recommend!

If you are lucky enough to have Eddie and Matias service your home you are in the best hands in the business. We had severe water damage after a sprinkler pipe broke in our one bedroom apartment. Eddie and Matias were responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and respectful. We would not have been able to get through this without their support and hard work. Matias did weekly checkins and Eddie would always manage to deliver everything we needed. It almost felt as if we were there only project even when they were really busy. The finished product looked better than we ever could have expected. Servpro is first class and we could not be more happy to have them in our corner.

Rob, his son, and the entire Higher Elevation Home Inspections staff were very professional and were great to work with. They were on time and finished the job when they promised.
