From our first conversation, I felt like I knew him for years. In our correspondence over scheduling, he was very quick to respond and worked with my schedule. Rob and Chris were on time and extremely thorough. As we walk through the house, inside and out he was explaining to me what he was looking for and why. He spoke in a very respectful way, explained his findings and why it was important to note for potential issues down the road. I highly recommend Higher Elevation and will continue to use them in the future. His complete report came to me within two days and recanted all the findings we had discussed the day of the walk through. Rob seems well respected in the business and had a bevy of contacts to for me to resolve the issues we found. The house my wife and I were going to purchase Rob and Chris were so thorough on inspection we spent an hour and a half on the details of the outside of the house alone. Rob, Chris and their team inspected two homes for me in the past month. They are very thorough and great at noticing the big and little details. They are great at explaining their findings and their implications to me (I do not have a construction background). They are also able to answer my brother's questions that are more in depth because of him having a construction background. They are very responsive, even did one of the inspections with just a one day notice, and this most recent one they worked around an odd schedule time frame. They also get their full, detailed inspection report to you very quickly with pictures, explanations, and diagrams of proper condition of the issue that was found. I received my reports in both cases by the next day. I have used them multiple times because of how great they are, and I highly recommend them for any home inspection!
