Had a fantastic experience with Rob and Chris. They came highly recommended, so we reached out for an urgent next-day inspection, and they were able to accommodate us. They were very thorough which is what we were looking for. They walked us through everything they observed on the spot and were able to turn around a detailed report for us with photos within 24 hours. I'm sure the price is higher than average, but when buying a home I would recommend paying the premium for someone thorough and reliable. We didn't end up buying the home, so we are planning on using Higher Elevation again if we have another accepted offer. Thanks to Rob and Chris!

His team were incredibly thorough and 3 people come to inspect which is a real plus. I found Robert on Instagram and so glad I did.
