Excellent service! Technician fixed the leaking in my refrigerator/freezer. A defroster problem and in addition he fixed it in such a way that the drainage system will not freeze up again..causing the leaking. Highly recommend them!

My Bosch dishwasher door latch has been pretty non-functional since I purchased my new dishwasher from Best Buy in Nov. I contacted Reimers today and described the problem -- after giving the model #, the very polite receptionist acknowledged my symptoms, told me they'd order a replacement door latch, and scheduled the repair appointment, noting that the manufacturer will cover all costs of the repair.

So far -- a 5-star experience.. I'll update after the service call.

Michael came on time, was able to diagnose the problem with our leaking fridge. It wasn’t as simple as ice blocking the drain. He explained everything clearly, always asked permission to use the sink, for paper towels etc. Then quickly put everything back together. Highly recommended, very reasonable pricing compared to where we bought our fridge from.

Best customer service. So thorough on phone helped me diagnose my front loader washer problem. Quoted me part/ service call. This was the only service repair business that was kind , called back , showed up and was able to complete the job when others simply walked away ! Said “ it’s 6 years old buy a new one !” I had tried to self diagnose as it was for my business , hair salon with no washer :/ I was right after watching videos all it took was a new front panel for 350$ . Thank you Reimers !! Highly recommend

These guys have quite the racket going. I called to request service and was asked to give specific information about my dishwasher such as make and model number as well as the problem so they could have parts available. Tech came for the appointment and, lo and behold, didn't have the necessary part. But, not to worry, he could have the part ordered and come back and only charge me half the usual amount for a return visit!
Came back and charged me the full cost for the part, which came in a set, even though he only used one.Two days later, the problem reoccurred. When I called, this time they were so gracious they said they'd come back at no charge. When the tech assessed the situation, he acknowledged that the part he had replaced had broken again and it was probably due to another part that he should have replaced but didn't because he was trying to save me a little money. So...he charged me for the new part, which also came as a set but he only used one and again charged me for the set.
In the end, I could have bought a new dishwasher for a little more than I paid in service charges and parts.

This company has went above and beyond to help me with a summit oven that I purchased from another store. They even went as far as doing an installation that they do not normally do for me. Fabulous company! I would definitely use them again if I had problems.

Excellent service, couldn't be happier! Wendy expedited the delivery of the part needed to repair our KitchenAid refrigerator, and Evan adjusted his schedule to make the fix on a Saturday. A+++!

I am visiting my family. The oven door broke. I called Reimers based on the good reviews. Wow! What a great company! Wendy and Mike the technician took excellent care of our order. They had the oven door repaired 💯 in under a week- that includes ordering a replacement part and installation. Thank you Mike! You were professional, knowledgeable and thorough- we greatly appreciate you.

I called for a gas stove repair. They first told it would take 2 weeks to come out for the repair. When I wanted to schedule with them they asked for more info on what was broken. They then told me that the repair was so extensive I would likely need a new stove. After looking into it I found the parts and repaired it myself for less than $60. The lack of effort was annoying since they're aren't make appliance repair people in Buffalo.

As all the other reviews state. This company is a joke and a scam!!! Don’t no use this company!!! They will order parts not fix your appliance and order more parts to keep getting paid for service call there not preforming. Already reported this tech to bbb and fridgidaire

Never showed for refrigerator repair and closed the warranty ticket saying he did the service. He took the money and disappeared. Do not use this one man circus!
