Choosing Armor Heating & Cooling was a great decision. I had both a new furnace and air conditioner installed and highly recommend. I appreciated their prompt and thorough service. Their team was professional, dedicated to customer satisfaction and they completed the job as expected.

Our 29 year old furnace died during the recent snowstorm. I spoke with a neighbor who recently had the same issue and she recommended Armor Heating. I called and received a prompt return call. A technician arrived within an hour. He repaired what he could at the time but we decided to purchase a new furnace. Greg from Armor called me the following Monday, gave me the estimate and they were there promptly the next day to do the install.
The technicians were beyond polite, friendly and explained the process to us. They even cleaned up the entire work area.

We recently needed to replace two AC units. From the initial call to Armor and meeting with Greg, the units were installed in about two weeks.
The work crews are personable, knowledgeable, and clean up after their work each day. Every company contact, including the call receptionists, the work crews, and the administration has been a great example of customer service.

Great experience from start to finish. Greg understood our "functional, low maintenance, and reliable - not fancy features" approach to replacing our furnace, took into consideration all of our needs and requests, and provided a reasonable quote. Installers Mike, Jared, & John did an excellent, beautiful job, made everything easily accessible for any future repairs or maintenance, and set everything up in a very skillful way. They even left the basement a touch cleaner than it was when they started :). We love to see this kind of craft and expertise at work!

We had a new furnace installed by Armor in November and couldn't be happier. I was impressed with the quick response from the company to schedule an estimate. Tom was on time and helped us select the perfect furnace for our square footage at a fantastic price. The techs doing the install did a wonderful job and even programmed our thermostat. A few days after install, I received the paid invoice with all the necessary paperwork to apply for the residential conservation rebate. Amazing customer service from beginning to end...Thank you!

Armor installed a new furnace for us. They were very professional and their workmenship was excellent. They paid attention to the smallest detail including reworking our hot water tank vent to ensure it was out of the way. They also provided all the paper work for the rebates and registered the furnace for the warranty. I would highly recommend them.

Armor installed a new Navien tankless water heater in our house. The team did an outstanding job. They showed up on time, removed our old tank, and professionally installed our new system. The new system required modifications of the water lines, gas line, and venting. Perfect installation. When they left, everything was cleaned up and the new system was running flawlessly. I highly recommend Armor!

Had a new boiler put in today and they had no idea how familiar i was with boilers and I will say they did an AMAZING job from start to finish the guys were very very knowledgeable and friendly they left no stone unturned very honest armor Heating and Cooling will be my go to from here on in GREAT JOB GUYS !!!!

Armor did a great job, the techs were all very professional and informative. The installation is neat and clean including all the equipment outside the house.

My father had a/c and boiler installed and a generator to come. He was very impressed by all persons involved in the sale and install. He said it was quality work and quality service and was greatly pleased!

I finally made the decision to get some ductless split systems for cooling our house down after a few summers with just window units. I priced Armor along with 3 other local HVAC companies and they were all pretty close in pricing, but the responsiveness and professionalism from the jump made the choice to go with Armor easy. Armor's foreman, Mike, showed up promptly when he said he would Tuesday through Friday to complete the installation. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were very polite during their work. As for the equipment itself, I am extremely happy. We have an very large, wide open, main level and Tom recommended going with a 2 ton unit. I was hesitant about it being enough, but the house is ice cold. The other main thing I was worried about were the linesets looking unsightly running from the condensing units to the evaporators. However, as the pictures display, everything is hidden very well in channels that match the siding. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my choice and would choose Armor again for anything HVAC related and I would recommend them highly to anyone in need of an HVAC contractor.

Installed Mitsubishi ductless A/C system. After several heating and cooling company estimates, went with Tom’s from Armor Heating. Price was right, service outstanding!
Terry and Mike did the install, were very respectful and always wore mask while inside. Cleaned up as they worked (left house cleaner the they found it!)

After receiving 5 estimates on a new AC and furnace, my wife and I went with Tom and Armor
Heating, Tom’s estimate was very fair. So glad that we went with Armor, Greg and Hunter did
the instillation of the AC and furnace. Greg and Hunter did a fantastic job, they were very
respectful and had a great attitude during the instillation. The job took a day and a half, I was
very impressed with the quality of their workmanship and willingness to answer my questions.
Greg and Hunter went over all the controls and maintenance for both units, and helped me set up
the thermostat app on my phone. I would highly recommend Armor Heating, you will be very
pleased with the result

Despite the inclement weather conditions, they were able to get everything installed in just a few hours. they did a great job, and Their quick and efficient work kept us up and running. I would definitely recommend armor heating. Tom was just fantastic and was very honest about what type of system we needed. When it came to the day to do the work, Aaron (sorry if spelled your name wrong) was the lets just say the foreman for the job. He was excellent and his coworkers were just fantastic. They were very professional and very polite. Aaron explained everything that was going on, then when the job was done, Aaron asked me to go to the basement and he showed me everything they had did and what I needed to know. My wife and I are truly blessed and very happy that we called Armor Heating. We had called other competitors and we are truly grateful for choosing Armor.

Excellent job. Workers arrived on time, completed the job as described, cleaned up and reviewed all the details necessary to operate and adjust the humidity controls.
The finished install included a complete rebuild of the central cold air return to maximize airflow and the efficiency of our furnace and A/C unit, and installed an Aprilaire Whole House Humidifier.
Can’t say enough about the quality workmanship and attention to detail the installers displayed. Lastly, the final bill was under the original estimate and the attached photos show the completed job.
