We called Phil on the hottest Saturday of the summer so far. He arrived at our home within 45 min of our call. Within 20 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. A trustworthy and affordable business that we will definitely call again!! Thank you for keeping us cool!

The motor in my home a/c unit was not kicking on when I fired it up the first hot day of the year. It was on a Sunday, but saw this service had Sunday hours and called and left a message. He got right back to me within 10 minutes, and came out the next morning. Phil had the unit up and running quickly for a very reasonable fee. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his service.

On a Saturday in January 2024, 2 weeks before we were scheduled to leave for a month vacation in Florida we noticed water coming from under our 12 year old boiler. I contacted a well known HVAC company in the Hamburg area (C.P.H.) and they assured me someone would be out on Monday to evaluate the situation. We waited until 3pm on that following Monday, only to find out that no one was coming that day and weren't sure when they could. Having lost another 3 days waiting for a NO SHOW COMPANY, I went back to my computer in a panic to search for another company to do business with when I came across an ad for Armor Heating & Cooling. The very next morning I tried calling them, however it stated their phone was out of order?! So I checked their website and found a online form requesting an estimate. Within 30 minutes I received a call from them and found out that a power failure had taken out their phones. I was so impressed how quickly they responded to my email only to be equally impressed that they could come that day to inspect our boiler. Greg - the estimator came out evaluated the situation. Based on all the information and our time sensitive situation we decided to purchase a new boiler. Greg called us the next morning and informed us that a team would be out within a few days to install a new furnace. On the day of installation, Mike, Aaron, Jared & John showed up bright & early and immediately got to work. They were at our home for nearly 7 hours and were so friendly, professional, helpful & thorough. Our furnace wasn't all that old, but all of the components surrounding the system were antiquated & inefficient and they went above & beyond to update, simplify and make everything more streamlined & efficient. I can't say enough about this team! They saved the day for us and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you!!!

I would highly recommend Armor Heating for furnace and air conditioning replacement. Tom was very helpful in explaining my options and the pros and cons of each. Armor gave me the best price of the 3 companies who provided estimates. Mike and Scott arrived on time and were very efficient and polite. They did not take any shortcuts such as reusing old copper piping between the condenser and coil for the AC. And they were also very patient in answering all of my questions. The work was completed in less than a full day including a thorough clean up. All in all a very positive experience.

Armor replaced my furnace and central air conditioner. The crew was on time, very professional, and very respectful of being in my house. They initially took off their shoes and put down a drop cloth from the doorway to the basement. They cleaned as they worked to prevent spreading the debris. This was a big installation that modified ducting, re-used an existing humidifier and re-used an existing electrostatic filter. Their installation is much more professional than what was replaced. All the piping and wiring is perfectly routed and secured. They labeled everything and did an overall fantastic job. The system is quiet, nothing rattles, and it is doing a great job air conditioning the house. They file the warranty paperwork and take care of all the administration as well. My neighbors recommended Armor to me and I continue recommending them to anyone who needs a service they provide. Also, Armor installed the whole house generator for the previous owner. It has been trouble free for the years we have lived here.

Last week our furnace finally stopped working. Armor Heating came over within a few hours and let us know that it was probably time to get it replaced. They were able to do the entire job 12 hours later! Not only did they do a fantastic job, they also noticed some issues we had with our hot water tank. The service men quickly replaced a few vents and hoses for us ensuring that we wouldn’t have problems in the future and gave me a peace of mind knowing that these issues could of been a significant safety issue for our home and family. I have used Armor service ever since they installed a furnace in my house years ago. This past week they serviced my furnace by checking it put before the heating season. I was able to get a prompt appointment and the serviceman arrived at the arranged time. He did the job and the fee was reasonable. I remember about 10 years ago my furnace failed during the night when it was 1 degree outside. After I called them in the morning, they arrived before noon and fixed it.

I had my home built in Hamburg 32 years ago. Armor installed the Heating and AC. I've since had them replace the furnace with an energy efficient one. The AC unit needed a minor replacement part to get it up and running again. Steve came by when he said as promised and promptly and professionally took care of it. I am starting to finish the basement in my house and reached the point where I needed the ventilation to be done. I contacted Armor Heating (as they installed the original heating/AC system in the house) and another well-known company for estimates. Armor was far more reasonably priced.
On the day of installation, the crew presented themselves
in a clean and professional manner. As they progressed in their work, it was obvious that they knew what they were doing and did a wonderfully professional job. During the past fifty years I have done a lot of DYI work from construction, electrical, and plumbing and I am completely impressed with the work that Armor Heating did for me. It is a shame that most of their work will eventually be covered but I anticipate years of comfort in our new living areas.

They were able to swap my old one with a brand new one in a day. Best decision I made this winter since now it doesn’t sound like a jet engine starting up when my old furnace was turning on. The new furnace is so quiet and efficient I’m excited to see how much I save on my fuel bill! I decided to replace my elderly mom's 32 yr old furnace and chose Armor Heating for this project. I couldn't have been more happy. Arron and his crew were very professional, courteous, and left the area very clean. Very satisfied with their work and the furnace. I've used Armor Heating for various heating and cooling issues over the years and have always been very satisfied with their work and how quickly they respond, especially when it involves an elderly person's equipment. Twenty five years ago Armor installed my first high efficiency furnace. I was very impressed back then with with the skill of the crew. They did a great job with the install which included sheet metal work, gas lines, plumbing for the outside air and exhaust, and a new thermostat and humidifier. Twenty years ago I had them add air conditioning to the system.

This year it was time for a new furnace. Once again, I received top-notch service all the way from recommendations for the proper furnace to a skillfull installation. Everyone at Armor that I have dealt with has been very professional. Quite simply, they have earned my trust. That doesn't happen with me very often.

Today I received my paid invoice in the mail. With it I got the warranty registration they completed on my behalf with Carrier as well as a completed application form for a National Fuel Gas rebate. What great service!

With the summers getting warmer here in Buffalo I have been toying with the idea of getting central air for my upstairs apartment and since Armor Heating had already installed the furnace and one other air conditioning unit here they were my first call. Tom came over and asked how my grandparents were, as they were who did the furnace and other air unit, and went over everything and gave me a fair price. I had them install it a few days later and the crew was professional and friendly. They did a great job! highly recommend them!
