I had Vastola come out for a cleaning, What I got was told my boiler was dirty and the tech had two phone conversations with somone else from the company. Then I was told to shut it down without diagnostic or a reason for the problem. The tech was very friendly but a steam boiler was not his area of expertise.

After having nothing done, Vastola tried charging 340 for a service I did not recive and labor I did not get.

I ended up paying 140 for a cleaning that was not done.

Wouldn't really recommend them. Call somone else who will actually do the job they are charging for.

You did nothing and changed for it, I'll be calling a more trustworthy company to install the new system

Superior customer service- Fast response, both by text and phone, and I got to speak with real people. They worked with Lennox to get coverage for a failed condenser, and replaced it at no additional expense to me. Service well beyond my expectation.

Every time I have an issue with my heating system, this company goes above and beyond to resolve it. My setup is extremely complex, combining high-velocity air conditioning with in-floor heating throughout my home, and I know that troubleshooting and maintaining a system like this isn’t easy. But no matter the challenge, they never give up.

What I appreciate most is their dedication and problem-solving mindset. They work tirelessly to find solutions, always keeping me informed and open to discussions about the intricacies of my system. Their persistence and professionalism give me confidence that I’m in good hands.

Their expertise, communication, and commitment to getting things right have made all the difference. Vastola does a great job every visit. This time, amazing technician Sal Modica, who has serviced our boiler in the past, repaired our air conditioner. He not only used normal refrigeration tools like pressure gauges and leak tracers, but even borrowed my spade and shovel to ensure the unit continues to operate. Thanks to Sal who follows in the expert footsteps of Duff and Kevin before him.

James came out for yearly service on my heat pump and Furnace. He was on time. He was professional and explained what he was doing. He answered all my questions, especially about the new thermostat. He did routine maintenance and was finished in about an hour. He also explained that this service is guaranteed for one month.

This is the worse company I ever worked with and I am 78 years old. From sloppy workers, to losing my payment info then sending me pass due notices, to a/c system not working the very 1st time I tried to use it, then a few weeks later the bedroom unit exploded at 4:00 a.m. dumping water all over my wall, hard wood floors, electrical wiring and electronics. These people are not only grossly incompetent, they are equally non-empathic. I pity anyone who would even consider letting Vastola into their home or business. You have been warned.

I highly recommend Vastola and especially their Tech Donny who did service on my back-up generator. He was as nice as can be, told me everything he did, and showed me the test when it was all done. He did great and the price was very fair. Harv. Long time customer.

We built our home in 2022 through Alliance who uses Vastola as their HVAC installers. We went with high end efficiency equipment across the board on the install and have had nothing but issues with their work since day one. Within a week of moving in our AC broke, it turned out to be a control board replacement and a few other issues. They have a usual life expectancy of 15 years so we may have just gotten a faulty part. Within the same year we lost our AC again and it turned out to be another faulty control board and more issues with the equipment. I had to fight with Dersa who runs their service department tooth and nail along with the owner of the company to come out and replace the work they did and was basically scolded that we would not be given any other “discounts” on the subpar work they put in on a brand new system instead of apologizing for the constant inconvenience. Fast forward to this season and we now have another broken control board along with thermostat and what is looking like some more serious issues and I had another terrible interaction with Dersa to the point that we went with another hvac company to do this work. Long story short, horrendous customer service, nasty interaction with customer service again to the point that we switched to Reimer. I hope this serves as a warning to anyone considering using them as we had our entire system put in by them and it has been poor quality parts, bad installation and even worse customer service. The Reimer technicians have been nothing but great and more importantly honest and helpful and pointed out several instillation issues that were faulty on Vastola’s end from the original installation. Lastly, their prices are a bit above the market price from everywhere else that I shopped around to.

Vastola installed my backup whole house generator and did an awesome job. All of their employees from the generator installers to their electricians were knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will absolutely use them again for any HVAC work needed.

To the point and cleaned my AC coils. Price increase from last year was felt, two fold. Atleast inform me when I book the appointment. Don’t make it harder during hard times. Technician was great.

I love Miss D in services she was so amazing and made it happen. Larry was very educational and taught me a lot about my equipment. If you need services for your heating and cooling systems they are the go to. You will not be disappointed

Every aspect of my furnace and air conditioning service was top notch. James was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and even showed me some easy and quick tips for routine maintenance. Highly recommend!!!

My AC went out during a particularly hot period. When I called VASTOLA after hours, John got back to me very quickly. I decided to wait until the next day. Rae in the office had John come out in 24 hours despite it being a very busy time for them with the extreme heat. He was great and had it fixed very quickly. I highly recommend them!

Vastola is the best experience we’ve had with an HVAC company. It starts at the top with Dan D and his whole team is outstanding. The work is done properly, on time and his employees love working for him which is a great sign for a business. I highly recommend Vastola.

As a salesman, Dan could not have been more helpful, informative, and patient when putting this agreement , especially when dealing with a commercial Construction contract administrator. He was professional and quick in response especially after the installation. John and Patrick also could not have been more accommodating, thorough with the installation, explaining things as they went along, being neat, and thorough with clean up.

This company is fantastic. Adrienne is fabulous. She went above and beyond. The guys who installed the AC were wonderful. There wasn't a single mess anywhere, they did such a good job. The unit itself is super quiet . My home is nice and cool. I am extremely happy with this company. I highly recommend them. I never thought I would ever be able to have central air but Adrienne made it possible. Going forward I would go with Vastola time and time again.

Both service techs were very confused on wjat what seems to be standard situations. We had the furnace worked on about 2 months ago and that tech was equally confused. It took him over 2 hours to diagnose.
This time it was the same part and the tech knew we had replaced this particular part and it still took over an hour for him to diagnose. Last guy from the other day spent over half hour because he did not realize there was a 5 minute delay on restart.
Need more training

One of the best companies in any field. Family owned and operated and it has that feel for their customers. That's before I even mention they gave me a great piece for my HVAC unit and great service for both installation and the maintenance.
