I requested a service call online on a Sunday evening and my furnace was fixed Monday morning by 9 am. The team in the office and the individual who came to my house were very nice. Thank you for such great service!

Outstanding!!!- our boiler went down during the latest winter storm. I had called other companies with no return phone calls. Reding was highly recommended by our neighborhood social media groups. They got us on within 1 day, called before showing up and were right on time- Jacob our technician couldn’t have been nicer or more professional- he informed me that they do many other things besides heating and cooling. Extremely reasonable prices as well - about 1/2 of what others were quoting. Reding is now our go to for mechanical needs. Thank You A++++.

Reding answered my call early Sunday morning and sent someone out as soon as possible to take care of business! Very good customer service, ontop of the service from Keith that was provided, fast, educated, and proper in a timely matter! Highly recommend to anyone with any kind of plumbing needs!

Ryan came out as scheduled and he was great. He explained the well water, the sump pump, the well pressure regulator & the filtration systems so that we know what's in store for us in the future. I would highly recommend using Reding Inc. to anyone who isn't a plumbing expert.

I was so worried that we would need a new furnace, which would be VERY expensive and we weren't prepared to do. When Jacob got here he just took a couple of looks and got to work. There wasn't any attempt of pushing for sales. Which was very refreshing. When he gave me the final price it was a FRACTION of what I thought it would be. Not only will we call them again if we need any work done but, we'll recommend them to others!

The company responded right away, which between calling in an emergency and the technician at my door after hours,he arrived in
approximately 30 minutes. The technician was super. He came explains everything he thought might be wrong. Went down in our crawl space, and fixed the issue, explained what he completed, and why he thought the furnace broke. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Great company, cant thank them enough. Prompt service, a fair price for a fair days work. Jacob replaced my pump in the furnace, radiators keeping the house cozy again..... heat is a must!

Jacob was great to work with. I haven't been home from Florida yet to see the new unit but I have seen a couple of pictures. I have been told by a third party it is working well and looks good. Jacob helped me out of a tough spot in the middle of a serious cold spell. Glad to have him available .

We called in the middle of the night and Scott came out to look at our furnace at 2am was able to get us the part and back up in running by 4:30!! He was very helpful in everything and answered all the questions my wife and I had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a problem or in the market for a new furnace.

Once again our techs today were awesome, polite, very informative and they don't rush. I always learn something new when Reding techs complete installations on our properties! If you're looking for quality at a reasonable price, call Reding Inc!

Sump pump would not shut off. Keith first tried to repair. Unfortunately was shot. Ran back to shop to get a new one and installed. Keith and his co worker were very pleasant. I recommend Reding all the time!

Lost heat to my electric boiler and called (Reding Inc) on a Saturday (ofc) weekend charges higher. I’m more than happy with the efficiency of Scott! This company is top tier. Very impressive and reduced my worry in under 40mins lol. Highly recommend!!

Ok company. They sent a text message 24hrs before the appointment which was scheduled for 12p-4p. They showed up at 430p. No call or text saying they were coming or not. The guys that arrived were both nice and professional however they misdiagnosed the problem right off the bat. I had to show them and explain twice what the problem was. They did find a potential other issue but not detrimental. And for a simple drain fix for 30min of work, $250 is kind of ridiculous. Honestly something I could have fixed but couldn’t at that point in time. Overall decent work, poor communication, and in my opinion a little pricey. Probably won’t use them in the future.

Scott was excellent! He showed up with a list of things that needed to be done to make our installation perfect and systematically addressed each one. We are thrilled with our new furnace and AC from Reding. GREAT job.

Of course we lost all water pressure after hours on a holiday!!! After my call for assistance I was fortunate enough to have service representative at my door within 30 minutes. The problem was diagnosed quickly and Mike was able to fix my problem. Very happy with my first experience with Reding Inc!!!

I made an appointment on line Friday evening and they called me Saturday morning..she did advise me of the after hours cost in advance which I appreciate! Because I could have waited until Monday..Randy came out he was professional,funny,kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Reding inc Heating and cooling and if your lucky enough you get Randy as your service technician ..big bonus😊

I called reding after T mark canceled my boiler services they were able to get me in on a timely basis. They sent Jordan to my house to do my service and inspection since I was have alot of trickling noises in my pipes, Jordan was professional didn't try and screw me over with selling me things I didn't need. After he thoroughly cleaned my boiler and replaced the valve that pushes air out the system he left. A few hours later I heard water running down in my basement and found that my relief valve had let go and was pouring water I called reding back and Jordan made it a point to stop back at my house and help me out with the upmost professionalism once again I greatly appreciate Jordan for his hard work.

Reding has to be greatest experience in long time. Estimate came in lowest out of 3. When they came to do estimate. Very polite. Explained everything I needed with all options avaible. Instalation crew were amazing. Friendly .polite. professional. 3 guys came. Worked as a team like clockwork. From start to finish of a complete changeover from oil furnace to propane. There attention to detail was impressive. They went beyond my expectations . I will continue to use reding for anything I made need in future along with yearly maintenance of my new system. I will recommend reding to anybody in need of anything hvac or plumbing service.

I woke up this morning with no hot water, went in the basement and I had almost a foot of water in the basement. I started my pump and I called Redding and they were fantastic. They got a crew out to me that morning assessed the situation. they left brought back another pump. We got the water out then determined why the leak happened and then even checked out my old hot water tank which then didn't work anymore from the water damage and they left. Came back with another hot water tank and installed that all in the same day. A fantastic. I can't say enough. I'm very grateful and I appreciate their service.

Only can meant that came out on Sunday. Scott the tech was great and explained everything. They had to order a part abd it was installed on Wednesday. Scott and Jordon were very professional. The folks I talked to on the phone were all very nice. I would definitely recommend this company.

I could not ask for a better service visit. Jacob was incredibly helpful and did a great job. The system works as well as it should and Jacob is professional, polite, and very knowledgeable.
