We built a new home a year ago and Vastola installed the furnace/air conditioner. We were having some issues with the upstairs not cooling properly so we thought about adding an additional unit for the upstairs. Adrian came out and looked over our system and made some adjustments with our ducts and made recommendations on moving furniture to get better air flow. Her knowledge and honestly and integrity was fantastic. She was looking to help us find a solution not just sell us something. She is a great asset to a great company. Highly recommend Vastola!

Sal did work on our residential boiler, he did a great job and was very courteous. Very happy with his work.

This visit was for the yearly maintenance of my Ductless A/C system. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. He was respectful of my property and me. He informed me of what he found and what he was doing at each step. I feel the price of $49.00 to inspect and clean two A/C units and inspect the outside unit was very reasonable.

Vastola did a great job installing our water heater and furnace/ac. They have kept up on reminders for service/cleaning/maintaining our units and couldn’t ask for a better partner.

This is the second time I’ve had Vastola come to my house, both for different reasons. Each time the communication with the office was friendly and prompt. The professionals that came to my house were knowledgeable and very thorough. It’s hard to find a company that will work with mobile homes, and I cannot recommend them enough.

To be honest I received 2 other estimates. I’m not going to say who it was, but I felt compelled to ask the significance of the duck and the rhino. The other 2 contractors listened to what I wanted, but the estimates didn’t reflect what I asked for. Danny Demarco came in, listened to my needs and discussed with me other options. In the end I got an estimate that fit my needs and my budget. The guys did a great job on a tougher than average install. The lead man communicated with me every step of the process.There was one little hiccup, but Danny came right out and is addressing it. Thanks for your fast response and hard work.Looking forward to getting an estimate on a generator next.

Had them come out to restart and service my radiant heating system. Tech was on time very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend and will use them in the future if needed.

Vastola was amazing to work with! They understood our needs and helped us come up with the perfect plan for a new generator. They were very responsive and got the job done quickly and it looks beautiful! They even custom made parts to make sure everything fit properly and up to code. Highly recommend!

Had them out on 7/16 for an AC leaking into pan instead of condensate pump. To start, the secertary was very ignorant and rude on the phone with my wife when she was making the appointment, talking to her like shes a 6 year old. Tech came out and fixed issue. Once tech left the AC was running, but not cooling. Called emergency after hours and was told someone would call back in 10-15 minutes. We never got a call back until the following Monday 7/21. Luckily reseting the breaker fixed that issue. I have 2 AC units, tech cleaned out the 2nd floor unit with hose and said the 1st floor unit was clean. I was working outside by 1st floor unit today and noticed it's filthy. See attached pictures, this is isn't 3-4 weeks of build up like it should be if unit was clean during appointment, this is at least a year or 2 of build up meaning the tech lied, never took apart and inspected the "clean" AC unit. No wonder my 1st floor unit sounds like a freight train because it's choking for air.

Normally this wouldn't be an issue because he technically wasn't called out for that specific unit. But why lie and say you inspected it and it's clean if its not?

Thought they were a reputable company that could be trusted because I used to work side by side with them on new builds, but apparently you can't trust them or their work.

One of the drivers in the pickup truck instead of planning ahead and merging properly into traffic proceeded to cut me off on Milestrip and then abruptly slowed and made the right turn onto Abbott. I know that the business is down there. Not the type of company I would want to work for me. Should be professional out in the community not just in the home or business.

If you are determined and steadfast to hire a company selling overpriced products, needing multiple appointments for properly installing those products, being on the receiving end of no call/no shows, and being demeaned and interrogated like a toddler from a service coordinator, then, by all means, look no further - you have found your match.

I had two furnaces and two air conditioners installed from Vastola, and several botched appointments later, decided to go elsewhere with tuneups and similar issues that have arisen. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

It was that time of the year to get our furniture serviced and we had John assigned to our home. I was impressed by his commitment, attentention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure all was currently working properly. We felt valued as customers. I highly recommend their services.

My daughter used Vastola 8 years ago. They were my first call for an estimate. I did get 2 other quotes as well. All somewhat comparable but the little extras that Vastola offered put them at the top of the list. First they offered Lennox products. The other two did not. One was a well known brand the other was not. I received a fully automatic Wi-Fi thermostat and a hardwired smoke/co detector. The others did not. Vastola still came in cheaper. We had not had Central air before so I am looking forward to that this summer.
The 2 HVAC technicians were very good and respectful and completed the job in a timely manner. They answered all of my husbands questions.
They offer payment options that I really didnt need which is great for those in a jam.
Call Dan Demarco. Very knowledgable and didnt try to upsell me. No pressure to purchase. He just sent the quote and waited for me to respond.

I have always had great experience with Vastola. Adrienne was a great salesperson, no pressure, everything was explained and all questions answered, options given. Follow up was great. Sam and Mark did a great job with install. Arrived right on time, were polite, and cleaned up everything. I am very happy with the entire process. Highly recommend.

Purchased a new Lennox AC unit and evaporator from Adrienne at Vastola. Her communication was great throughout the whole process and very responsive. I had to initially delay purchase and installation since I was replacing our deck.

The day of install went great. John, the lead installer, was awesome! Hard working, knowledgeable and just a real good and honest person! When he arrived we went over where the lines could run into the basement and then let them decide what joist bay would work best.
The other installer Quincy also asked about location of the disconnect, they gave me a couple choices and I chose where I wanted it.
Sonny also helped out and made sure all the little things were taken care of.
Great work, nice and clean.

It’s been great working with Vastola and the individual team members who took care of this whole purchase from beginning to end.
