I paid $275 to have a 3 bedroom house cleaned. I specified that I needed a DEEP clean, and showed the staff who came around the home, explaining everything that I needed done. They failed to dust and clean the panels along the walls that I asked, and completely ignored the floors in the bedrooms and underneath the beds. I had to clean after they left. I will not be using this company again.

First off they came late without a phone call. I had to call to find out where they were. They didn’t clean the place well and I actually saw dust after they left. The job was just horrible, I couldn’t wait for them to leave my house. The next day I actually had to clean my entire house. I wasted over $300. O would actually discourage anyone from using the service.

I received Immaculate Service from Ms. Paulina and Ms. Axandra, from Molly Maid of Central Queens, they are proficient communicative accommodating and punctual. Whether you need a home serviced and office, moving to or fro a location, this team will get the job done. I Recommend them 1000 times over.

I scheduled a 3 hrs deep cleaning for my house, which costed me $285. Two maids came. And they worked 2.5 times slower than the regular cleaning pace. They stayed about 3 hrs 40 mins and the entire house was still dirty, not a single room was clean. No rough dirt removed from the floor, window seals were dusty, only superficial surface of furniture was wiped, bathroom floor was not even touched by the cleaners. ...I called the office and they agreed to send another team to redo the dirty spot but they could only stay 1.5 hrs. I told the office that my house needed a redo not a re-touch because everywhere remained dirty. The cleaners didn’t do anything except wasting time around. It seemed the office didn’t believe my words until the new team came and checked the situation, and told the office they needed about 2 hrs to do the job.

The new team did a good job. They spent 1 hr and 45 min re-did the whole apartment except the basement and the entrance hallway. And they rushed the basement in 25 min. I told the office that they should send another team to finish the deep cleaning of the basement, which might take at most 1 hr, (so in total about 3 hrs deep cleaning that I paid for) but the office told me it’s against their policy for “re-do.” They have to charge me additional money if I want someone to deep clean the basement. I refused, of course.

Basically, I paid $95 for the service I would never get as I actually only got the 2 hrs deep cleaning service. And I would not waste my time arguing with them. It’s not worth it.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with I Natasha and J Takiyah from Molly Maids of Central Queens.They were on time, professional and detail oriented. My home is spic and span and smell like great, I recommend Molly Maid and the two women they sent in particular to clean your home or office.

I called requesting cleaning services for 6 hours and a gentleman said he think his services would be too expensive for me, $700. I wonder why he thought I cannot afford it. When I asked him why he assumed I cannot afford his fee, he said "Im not going to have this conversation you."

Great cleaning service when you want to do deep cleaning of your entire house. They are pricey, but they staff are very professional and do a great job. A team of two comes to the house and goes from top to bottom.

This cleaning service is by far the best that I've ever used.Veronica and Danielle are amazing, they go above and beyond, exceeding my expectations each time. Because of them I look forward to my Thursday cleanings. I must also include the Super Supervisor Sheila, she leads by example. She puts those gloves on and fill in whenever necessary. I still feel 5 stars is underrating Molly Maid of Central Queens, they're a perfect 10 to me!!!!!

In a word, amazing. Sheila is the supervisor and Veronica and Karena are the crew. All of them did a great job. Sheila got the shower enclosure in the basement bathroom looking like it came right out of the factory, the glass was so clean. And the rest of the basement (cabinets and countertops) was squeaky clean too.
Veronica and Karena did the rest of the house. All the usual places and the nooks and crannies were cleaned. If I had them come before, I probably would not have needed the carpet cleaners to come afterwards, as the carpets (stairs, upstairs rooms, and hallway) were beautiful.
I don't recall even asking them to clean the fan blades of the 2 ceiling fans, but they did so (I didn't notice til the next day).
I am selling my house and I will be calling them to come back to do a move-out clean.

Molly Maid by far, was one of the greatest cleaning service I ever used in my life. I want to inform you all about the magnificent services that the Queens office received on 3/1/2019, by Hailey Lamb. The services Hailey provided was outstanding and the quality was Fantastic. I really admired and adored Hailey work ethics. I would like for Hailey to come back Every week to clean.
