House Cleaning reviews in Ozone Park, New York

I've used Molly Maid for years and am always very happy with the results. The ladies come on time, are professional and check with me on how I like things. One of these last times, they even cleaned my baseboards!!!! They're always amazing, I wish I could have them come every week!

I had my apartment cleaned by two very nice women, who worked very efficiently. This was my first time ever hiring cleaners, so I was prepared to not compare to my level of cleaning, of course there are small things that I would have added on because its my home, nonetheless, I am VERY satisfied. My home feels light. I think in the future I would add another 30 minuets to get the smaller things I would like addressed. In 2 hours they worked very effectively for a deep clean. Highly recommend hiring Molly Maids of Central Queens !

If i could give zero stars i would! The people working with this company answering the phone are very rude and disrespectful. Cleaning wasn’t done. All that was asked for was dusting and sweeping; however found our place still covered in dust. When we expressed our concerns and disappointment I was not only yelled at on the phone but hung up on. Highly NOT recommend

This cleaning company is overpriced and the quality of cleaning is not even worth it. The cleaners came with their dirty shoes from outside and didn’t even wear a disposable plastic cover over their shoes in the house. I paid $345 to clean the 1st and 2nd floor of the house and they didn’t even clean the kitchen and the bathroom on the first floor. I will never again request anyone to clean from this company.

I’ve used Molly maids around the country for my business and for my personal use, but I am warning every single person that reads this review not to use this particular franchise. I requested a quote from the owner Travis for my daughter‘s 400 square-foot apartment I asked for it to be dedicated to the bathroom and kitchen and to sweep and to clean as much as possible because she’s still has a lot of boxes. I get a phone call from my daughter saying that the refusing to clean the downstairs. I called the office. I was told that that is what I was quoted for the bathroom and kitchen $288 which I was told was $125 per hour and they are trying to tell me that it took two hours to clean a New York City kitchen and bathroom. Some people really think that consumers are Stupid. Warning, serious warning do not use this Franchise. Whole sale robbery and misleading service.

The cleaners still left dust on my counter and never swept the floor. When I called their office line, the receptionist was extremely rude. Instead of being understanding, she wanted to argue with me and she hung up the phone. I will never recommend anybody to get their house cleaned by Molly maid. Also, the receptionist Tasha is the most unprofessional receptionist.
