House Cleaning reviews in Ozone Park, New York

I used their service for move-in cleaning… but it wasn’t worth it. I expected deep cleaning according to their move-in cleaning checklist on their site, but the inside of the dishwasher still smelled, the hidden sides of the sink and countertop were still dirty, fridge still had stains, etc... I complained and they were apologetic, but it was hard to get any reimbursement. I honestly wanted to get the whole $350 back but my case manager was only able to get me $70 back. I doubt I’d go back for their service in the future.

It has been a complete pleasure having the Molly Maid team of Laurie and Delba clean my home. They worked efficiently as a team. Laurie was extremely responsive in how I wanted things done, while using her expertise. I look forward to seeing them every two weeks and I enjoy having a very clean home.

We're should I start. 🤔 One young lady gets out of the company car sees my husband and without saying HI starts by saying IS THIS Supposed to be a MOVE IT Out I Heard that from the upstairs apartment. Then she comes upstairs while I am still gathering items to trash starts video calling her supervisor yelling ( we don't touch pots we don't take out other peoples trash just the one we accumulate ) while myself and husband were still cleaning. Granted they came at 9:38am for a 10am start. Which is great but due to health issues my husband can't move as far as the average person. Then she started discussing the items they will need that they DIDN'T bring. Which was trash bags, broom or a mop and bucket. 🤔 But they are the cleaning company. Then they went back to the car and left. I then proceed to call there supervisor. Which told me they left to get coffee 🤔 without tell the clients. So I drove to Home Depot to get them trash bags. I left them to do there job and return around 1pm. I go inside to check there work. Which some items that was discussed and written on the clipboard was not done. And they were leaving with my bucket. When I reached out to the company no one as yet contact me back. But they did take there payment. Which since things were incomplete full payment should not be taken.

Natasha and Shakeema were amazing! I don’t know how they got the house so clean so quickly! They were also kind and communicated well so we could easily plan where to be while they cleaned. Excited to have them back.

I was referred by a friend to use Molly Maid of Central Queens to clean my office spaces. The ladies that came to clean were very professional. They made sure to clean every nook and cranny of my office. They left it spotless and smelling great. I am now a reoccurring customer after the WONDERFUL experience I had . I will be recommending Molly Maid of Central Queens to EVERYONE I know. I am also scheduling a clean for my apartment, can't wait for that.

Good evening,
I received 'cleaning services' on December 21st from Molly Maid. My husband was present because I gave birth prematurely the day before, which I explained to the booking staff that morning. Upon my return from the hospital, I regret using the service of Molly Maid. I had a previous discussion with the booking staff about some of the important areas that required cleaning, particularly with a new baby coming home. Those request were not honored. The following is a list of my grievances regarding the service:
- steps were not swept and mopped.
- bathroom tiles not cleaned thoroughly. (I can clean my bathroom with more rigor and effort while pregnant)
-stove and oven not cleaned adequately. (I came home and cleaned the stove, particularly inside the top of the stove myself, oven not cleaned.)
-toaster oven not cleaned at all
-overall subpar work

I saw the charge to my credit card for $338.72, which is over $100 dollars more that the original quote given to me days earlier. If extra care and effort was given to my home, I would have understood the additional charge, however that was not the situation. Our original discussed arrival time for the Molly Maid staff was between 1PM-3PM. The the staff arrived extremely early around 11:15 AM which didn't give my husband the time needed to prep for the cleaning staff.

This messages is not a demand for action to rectify the inadequate service provided my Molly Maid, but rather to highlight the short commings and lack of effort provided to our home. We will not be using the Molly Maid service ever again, and this email will be shared on Google and any other platform that potential customers may review to seek guidance in finding a high standard cleaning service, which is not Molly Maid cleaning services.

Natasha & Veronica came loaded for bear - and they did not disappoint! They got right to work, no break and 3.5 hours later just an amazing cleaning job. Sheila and Natasha just left my home after two hours of HARD work and I am grateful and humbled by the work they did.

Full transparency, my home is a mess. It has taken a lot of failure in getting it under control to finally break down and hire a cleaning service. I had a lot of emotions of failure in doing this, but Sheila and Natasha were very kind and didn't judge me(even though they had plenty of reasons to).

I struggle with sever anxiety and depression, I have gone back to work full time as a remote worker and I have a 3 year old at home with me all the time. I don't have the time, the energy or sometimes the motivation to keep the house as clean as I would like it to be. I also have avoidance anxiety where I don't do things because I feel overwhelmed.

They did a phenomenal job. They came within the estimated window, they worked so hard to deep clean, dust, clean the oven, the bathroom, my closet doors, etc etc etc.

They were thorough, efficient and KIND. Again, mentally and emotionally asking for help, booking a service took a lot for me to do; I feel a sense of failure, pride and so much more, but I needed the help and they delivered. I will be booking them again for continuous service on a weekly or biweekly basis because they were very impactful to my day.

Sheila and Natasha, you don't know how much what you did today made me feel, how much it positively impacted my life and what it means to me as a busy mom that struggles with her mental health and trying (but often failing) to do it all.

Just started with this service and has been fantastic! After rehab, I need a deep cleaning and now standard cleaning and Natasha the office manager, Chantally, Mealean and Veronica who are onsite were assigned. They schedule everything and plan the visit in detail and do a simply amazing job! I would recommend this service highly. Since then Vicky and Elizabeth have also come and did amazing work, great team!

Our Company has been using Molly Maid for some time now and we are very satisfied with their services. The staff does an excellent job with our office and are always courteous and professional, it is always a pleasure when dealing with Veronica and Natasha. Would highly recommend to others.

Theses ladies did a great job cleaning my apartment. My bathroom was a mess with mold. After 2 hours the bathroom and the rest of the apartment was the cleanest I have ever seen it. You are crazy if you dont use Molly Maid.

Thank You So Much!! The ladies were wonderful yesterday. I have never seen my apartment so clean!! Especially the shower doors and the microwave/oven/stovetop. I also love that they arrive with there own machines and cleaning supplies.

I just used Molly Maids for a move-out clean on our sold house. Natasha, the office manager handled the scheduling in a warm, courteous and professional way. Molly Maids bring every single thing they need to clean your space. You just have to open the door! Our cleaners, Fran, Sandra and Theresa each tackled a different area of the house and were extremely thorough, paying attention to details, such as door knobs and baseboards and it was apparent that they took pride in their work. We have floor to ceiling mirrors in our dining area and they haven't looked this clean in 35 years! After completion, you have an opportunity to point out anything that you still need address. Their prices are better than some other companies we researched.

They were very efficient but very detail-oriented in making sure the cleaned everything to the nth degree. They were on time and very responsive to our cleaning needs. Kudos go out to my weekly cleaner Natasha Floyd who has all of the those attributes I mentioned above. She is smart, personable and can fix anything you may have that has technical issues like my Dyson floor cleaner. She is meticulous in her work and very detail-oriented and will do anything you ask of her with a smile and positive attitude. She leaves our apartment shiny clean and I always look forward to Thursdays when she arrives. She is the best!

Natasha’s crew came on time and left on time as agreed in our conversation. The crew was professional. They brought all the cleaning materials with them. The cleaning was thorough. They were very careful not to damage anything. Before leaving Natasha went over the house with my wife to make sure she was satisfied. The house was spotless and smelling great. The price was exactly what we agreed on. Great job ladies . My wife and I really appreciate your work.

I have been a satisfied customer of Molly Maid of Central Queens since early 2023. The cleaning staff is always thorough and they check each time to review my personal preferences. Natasha in the office is very responsive and helpful with scheduling. Special thanks to Ashley and Quanta today for being prompt and leaving my house extra-clean.

Hi, I just wanted to say what a great job Beatrice and Nicole did last Saturday. I booked Molly Maids to clean my dads house (he recently had a stroke and I wanted it cleaned up for his return from rehab) and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this company, they were reasonably priced for 3 hours of cleaning as well as recommend Beatrice and Nicole. Thank you again!!!

Molly Maid of Central Queens is amazing. They was very professional. They come with their own products. The ladies was on time and did an amazing job. I will definitely book them again.
