I recently moved in to my condominium. Kenneth and Jenci came to perform the fall heating service. They were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. As a new home owner, Kenneth explained what was being done, what the components of the system were and the steps I need to take to make sure the system is working properly. I was very appreciative of the time they both took to make sure I was comfortable with my new system.

Kenneth and Jenji serviced my HVAC system today, I was very pleased with their professionalism and thoroughness. They had to make one repair; they had the part and completed my maintenance service efficiently.
We have been with Metro-Aire for over ten years; they continue to be reliable and consistent.

Kenneth was professional, friendly, polite and efficient. It was pouring rain when he arrived. When he entered my home, he made every effort to make sure my floors stayed clean. Thank you!

Great service from Kenneth and Jenci. They were professional, funny and patient ( I'm a new home owner). They explained the issue, the cause and fix. The whole process was quick and easy. They even wore booties so as not to dirty my new floors!

Had my heating equipment serviced Tuesday by Brandon from Metro-Aire.
He called prior to arriving and was prompt at scheduled appointment. He got right to work, explained what he was doing and was very thorough. He seemed to go over the top in maintenance that was not always focused on.
I would highly recommend Brandon.

Kenneth Jenci did our winter service and as always they were great. Very fast, neat and friendly. Kenneth has serviced our home in the past and hopefully he will continue to do so.

Service is included in our yearly service contract, so unable to comment on pricing questions below. Metro Aire’s service contract price has increased each year since we’ve contracted with them. No idea if the price is comparable to other HVAC companies.

Kenneth and Jenci did my fall heating maintenance. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, answered my questions and let me know what follow-up was needed. I'm pleased with the level of service that Metro-Aire has provided for more than ten years.

Russell was here yesterday morning servicing my furnace. He was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. My system is running better than ever. Please send him again for my next service. A real pro!

We’ve used Metro-Aire at our original house and then again after we moved and realized we were still in their service area. They do a great job with very fair prices, especially for Westchester. All of the technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. We recently had Russell do our annual heating system inspection and he was great.

Anthony is the best technician I’ve ever had. He’s also courteous, honest and seems to know more than the other technicians I’ve used totaling 35 years. This is the first time I’ve used Metro- Aire. I will be telling all my friends I’m very impressed.

We've been customers of Metro-Aire for over 20 years and the service is always excellent. The technicians who regularly service our home (Kenneth and Brendan) are knowledgeable and also very friendly guys. They are currently in the process of changing our thermostats (which is somewhat complicated due to the wiring in our home) and they have been very helpful.
