We hired them to install a vent fan in our bathroom that had none existing. They put in the new electrical work and ranthe fan/vent/exhaust through the exterior. They did a phenomenal job and everything was done to code. The guys who did it were also very friendly. Highly recommend and will be using them again for other electrical needs!

The two electricians who installed a pair of new ceiling fixtures were absolutely excellent. They called to tell me they were on their way, then arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. When it was discovered that a bracket was missing from one of the new fixtures, they worked around the problem and finished the entire job in record time. Antonio Ferrao gave us a great price for work that 2 previous electrical contractors claimed "couldn't really be done". He quickly worked out solutions and his crew was there in a matter of days. I am an Architect by trade and General Contractor out of state and was seeking a licensed electrician for my parents bathroom project and was put in contact with Antonio Ferrao Electric by a mutual freind. Antonio came right out and gave us a proposal the next day. Antonio and his secratary were always available to answer phone calls and emails to any questions or scheduling. Happy with the work and his employees. clean and professional all around and reasonable with his pricing.

Antonio and his team recently converted an unoccupied commercial suite into a fully functioning hot yoga studio for us. This involved major electrical work including amperage upgrades, heating panel wiring and installation, and several other projects to make our studio, Lila Within, exactly what we needed. A hot yoga studio requires the electrical work to be done correctly, and that is exactly what we got.

From the very beginning, Antonio and his team were incredibly responsive. They came out quickly to see the space we had just rented, even before our lease was signed, and provided an extremely fair estimate. They filed the permit promptly, got to work as soon as it was approved, and completed the entire job in just a couple of weeks.

He even came back after everything was finished because I had just one more request.

I give excellent customer service to Kenneth and Janci for the heating maintenance service today it on the contract and they are on time and very considerate and im not sure about the cost and they do a job well done and give instructions well too
