This company is the best! We had a water heater that was leaking and they came out to fix it. They were so fast and efficient. They did a great job, and we were very happy with their work.

Update 4/16/26: these clowns were blocking lanes, honking, and cutting drivers off around 3:30PM in the lower east side.

Some loser from your company cut me off yesterday at an intersection in Brooklyn at 4:10PM and nearly caused an accident. No one should drive a work van that way. Hire responsible drivers.

Everyone that came to fix our radiators were professional and knowledgeable. I would have made them coffee if they weren’t on the clock;)

Some of the fixtures and such in my parents' house are over 30 years old. The plumbers came in and brought them up-to-date in a very timely fashion and at a fair price. They left every work space (5) immaculate. I highly recommend them.

Victor worked on my elderly disabled mothers property and took advantage of her. Work was left unfinished but due to her disability and age she did not notice until after payment. We called several times to have them come back however never heard back from them. In addition to that, the work completed was careless and unsightly. Part of the work was raising radiators onto blocks and they used jagged, ugly, scraps of wood, part of it was a kitchen counter top (peeling laminate still attached) parts of it were particle board. He has a great way of talking and appears professional so I initially thought that he was fine but be forewarned. Sloppy, careless work is one thing, but taking advantage of a 70-year old disabled woman is absolutely disgusting. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I can't say enough about Victor and his company! I used plumbing services from Victory several times, but I recently had to call them from Los Angeles to check on a toilet leak reported by a tenant in Manhattan apartment.

Within two days they were there to quickly resolve the problem with professionalism and fairness in cost.

Had a problem with my boiler of course on the coldest day of the year. I never used this service before but I looked up Plumbing and heating service and Victory came up and is a local company. They came within 3 hrs and had it fixed in no time. Very professional services from the phone call to the actual service itself. Would recommend this company to anyone and I usually don't recommend too many people. Thank you for a job well done and your my plumbing service for as long as I own my home.
