I'd give them 6 stars if I could. They showed up on time, did the job professionally, were pleasant to talk to, and they came in a little under the estimate they provided. I will be calling them whenever I have a plumbing or heating issue. Great outfit.
OK Now they get SEVEN stars. The above review was written after they installed water heaters. They recently serviced my boiler and it's working better than it has in years. Really, years.

Victor (who runs the place) is a plumbing genius: he can envision problems and their solutions even before he sees them himself. This extends from designing systems to fixing large messes to addressing the smallest of repairs. He's enormously professional and honest -- and also kind, which you don't always see in this line of work. His team is very qualified and courteous. They arrive on time, evaluate the situation, do only the work that's required, clean the place up, complete the invoice and paperwork describing what they've done, and leave promptly so as not to run up the bill unnecessarily. The cost (hourly rate + materials) is clear from the beginning. Nothing hidden. And the work is top-notch. I couldn't be happier as a Victory customer.

Met one of the employees, he was extremely rude, and disrespectful and started swearing. If this is a "good" business then they must have some low standards with their belligerent attitudes. Call the next place to have them unclog your toilets, I'm sure they'll do just as good!

Victory plumbing does terrible work, and their customer service is worse. We hired them to fix a leak in our tub, and when they completed the job, our handyman said that they used a sub standard material to seal the leak and it won’t stay. At the time I brought it to Victory’s attention, and they refused to take responsibility or fix it. Sure enough, the seal did erode quickly and the leak is back. When I approached Victory again to fix their mistake, they again refused to take responsibility. Now I have to pay another plumber to do the job that Victory should have done correctly the first time.

Excellent team of knowledgeable plumbing and heating professionals. I’ve used them for years on various dated heating systems and old plumbing layouts and they always fix things efficiently and affordably. Always on time, knowledgeable about the problem and quick to give me preventative tips to avoid the same problem from happening again in the future! 100% will use them for all my plumbing and heating needs. Very grateful for their existence!

The company's carefully-chosen, well-trained workers and its owner, Victor Rodriguez, are consistently expert, thorough, responsible, reasonable, courteous and 100% honest. They're familiar with and always follow complex NYC regulations, and work well with other trades and in professional teams. I especially appreciate their good communication with me as client/homeowner, and their effort to work neatly and respectfully in our family home. While some firms charge less, Victory stands by the top-quality work they consistently deliver. I urge People around Queens the Jamaica área not to do business with this company. The people that work there don't have a clue and their prices are outrageous. They start a job and they do not finish it. The owner will sweet talk to you and at the end of the day they don't resolve anything. Very poor company.

I gave Victory plumbing and heating 5 starts not for the work they do but the service it comes with. Such a great company. Very kind and honest. The guys make you feel at ease and explains everything to you l, very informative. Works with you on pricing and doesn’t ask for it all up front like most plumbers do. Works with you on payment process. I’ve been using this company the last 4 years. For my heater system, thanks to them my parents did not have a freezing winter. Saved me from my heater causing a fire that I was unaware of. I sent before and after photos of my electric heater. They are a licensed contractor which is a plus for us. 😊.

I waited around all day for a call about snaking my toilet (I’m literally up the block). They told me someone would come out that same day. Great, right? Wrong.

When I called back later to get an ETA, I was told they “don’t take appointments” and basically weren’t going to do it after all. So… what exactly was I waiting for?

If you enjoy wasting your entire day with zero follow-through, this is your spot. If not, call literally anyone else.

I echo with previous reviewers comments. I found him online and called him. I got a text message "I will call you back". He did call me back the same day and I scheduled my Local Law 152 inspection. He showed up as promised on Sep 7, 2024. He explained to me about a very minor improvement needed and texted me the picture of the parts. Today I already received an email from NYC building about "completed the Local Law 152 of 2016 Periodic Gas Piping Inspections Web Form". I am satisfied with the whole process.
