I wish to recognize the following associates for responding quickly and doing an outstanding job on the first day of mitigating my flooded basement; Tyler, Mike, AJ, Jason, Kyle, and Garrett.

I have used Servpro in the past for water damage and they we’re fantastic to deal with. They worked with my insurance company and did a great job cleaning and removing my furniture.

Micheal and Jason did an excellent job: arrived on time, laid drop cloths everywhere, cleaned and sterilized the area around my sump pump, cleaned up afterwards. Very professional.

the sewer line backed up in my basement bathroom a few days ago. Servpro sent Zeke to see what was need for the job that day! A three person team came , John, Ashley and Zack had it cleaned up in three hours. They removed some drywall, vanity and the toilet, then sanitized the entire area. They left 3 fans to dry floor and the now exposed frame. John and Amari came in the next to days to check on the progress. Joe came on the second day to estimate repair to bathroom. Each person that entered my house was professional and very pleasant. They all reassured me all would be well putting me at ease through this process. Joe explained to me how the repair phase works in great detail and answered all my questions. Honestly, each one of them made this terrible incident turn into a pleasant experience with a company that cared. Thank you Servpro of Rochester!

Zach, Anthony, John, Garret all gave their best to help me through a stressful situation (pipe burst). They came in the evening and stayed late to pump water out. They returned several times to monitor the drying process. Many blowers and dryers were used. They returned to remove ceiling tiles and clean up the floors. A++ for effort and attitude!

Amazing - I don’t know what I would have done without them. They made me so comfortable with talking through the steps of repairs that was needed with cleaning up my basement that was completely flooded. I lost so many irreplaceable items, and it was very emotional for me, but they showed me the greatest kindness and care. Their work was outstanding.

Wanted to thank the guys from SERVPRO who helped me over several days with a water damage situation imparting several rooms and 2 floors. Zeke who did the estimate. Michael who supervised. John Jason and Lorenzo who helped mitigate the damage - Tearing up floors, ceilings, walls, bringing dehumidifiers and blowers and cleaning up afterwards. All and all a great job. Absolutely horrible experience! They threw out my mother’s precious oil paintings 🖼️ because they ruined them while cleaning them improperly. Then lied and said my contractor threw them out! Now we have no paintings and no monetary compensation for them. Tsk tsk!

We had a house fire on a Saturday evening and the ServPro team was here the next morning and have been here for 2+ weeks. They have been super helpful; the Manager, Zeke has been great at organizing, checking in several times daily, and both he and Crew Chief, Michael, have been amazing with their communication! It has been such a comfort to have a team who led us through this extremely trying time.

Recently, we called upon the services of ServPro to help us recover from a basement flood. Servpro sent a crew consisting of John, Jason, Anthony, Michael, Kyle and AJ. Had smoke damage after a basement fire. Servpro is the best. In time. Laid out exactly what they were going to do and did it. Had a morning briefing and an afternoon summary with the on site supervisor every day. And they will coordinate the construction repair aspect with your insurance adjuster. Did a thorough job. Respectful, courteous and on call. Plenty of workers and equipment to get the job done right and fast. Don’t bother with anyone else.
