Not about the business, about the driver I was at HD this morning and on my way to the store one of the drivers belong to this company he driving with NO care or respect the peoples who walking through the parking lot to to store and he didn’t stop at stop sign 🛑 too ! Isaac, Garrett, Jordan and Jonah were the crew members that helped us out when we had our basement flood. Due to having asthmatic family members they went above and beyond to bring equipment to help the air quality in the entire house. They guys worked as if you didnt know they were even at the house. They came out about midnight on an emergency trip the first night we found out that we had 6-7 inches of water in the basement. They were quick to respond respectful of our belongings and extremely polite about the situation i hope I dont have to but if I need their kind of services again i would ask for this crew for sure. In February 2024, The Hochstein School was faced with a sudden basement flood that easily could have bordered on catastrophic. ServPro of Monroe County came highly recommended and came to our aid just as the fire department was able to hand over the crisis. During the course of a week, Myles Barney and his team cleaned up, minimized lost business due to 100% boiler submersion, helped us interact successfully with our insurance company and provide the documentation needed, and was an invaluable source of clean up, interim heating solutions, and crisis management. We cannot thank Servpro of Monroe County, alongside our HVAC vendors Crosby Brownlie enough for all they did to keep us whole this week. Their professionalism, knowledge, connections, high standards, and ability to deliver quickly and thoroughly to an organization of our scope and size was exceptional. I recommend them very highly. We called Serve Pro on a Sunday afternoon in a panic!. We had our bathroom remodeled the contractor failed in our plumbing in bathroom. It leaked for some time and cause horrific mold. Serve Pro came out that evening and immediately place air purifier in our home. After NYS came out tested verified mold type Serve Pro immediately began. The team of gentleman Wallace, Garrett, Anthony worked together as a team and stayed very much in communication with each other to know what steps each other were at in removing mold. They were Very sympathetic for us and our 2 dogs for the inconvenience. They educated us every step of the way as well. The 3 gentleman were courtesy and efficient, cleaned behind themselves, polite, and most of all this job was in a " small area, very hard area" they worked hard and diligently!. This is our first time to say for a professional company " this company Serve Pro we rate 100%. The workers Wallace, Garrett, Anthony excellent and very knowledgeable. We want to say thank you for making our home safe again from harmful mold that could be a slow health illness very harmful. Thank you for clean air in our house and for our loved ones , our 2 dogs. They took on that project within same time taking care of the bathroom, they immediately went right into action so mold wouldn't have a chance to set in. Amazing people to work with. They showed up started rate away and keep us informed the whole time. Any water damage I would encourage you to reach out. We called Myles and he was at our property within an hour. All the staff was amazing, kind and courteous to everyone.

ServPro was amazing throughout this entire cleanup. Their staff ( Andre, Brandon, Gabe, Jordan, Roman and Kia) was some of the best I've worked with. I will definitely use them again if I ever have another backup and cleanup.

A big thanks to all ALL of the Servpro team that came to our rescue almost four weeks ago. Our home had a water main break at 2:15 am. We called Servpro - recommend by our insurance company as one of the places we should contact. Myles was here one hour after we called. We are located in Sodus. With in 20 minutes of his arrival 3 green Van's rolled up our driveway each van had two gentleman in it. Garrett, Anthony Gabe, Tyler, Bryan, and Jordon. Myles was a great help letting us know what to expect..one the noise, they put fans everywhere and dehumidifiers. The men work quickly moving good furniture up and a way from harm. No matter who we asked a question each one of them stopped and answered. Everyone of them were polite,friendly, and very professional. Myles told us a minimum of 3days but should not be more than 5 the fans, and all equipment was gone on the 4th day. Our hold up was the carpet people. Well over a week hold up. Once that was done Myles had two gentleman came and clean the 3 carpets and set more fans up for drying. 2 days later Wallace came (wonderful) with Garrett and they put everything back together for us. The way everyone of these men worked was together was something you just don't see today. So much going on and that first day we had 3 different crews which means 3 different bosses. You'd never know it they worked flawless together.

I WOULD AND WILL RECOMMEND this company.

Servpro did a wonderful job responding to my needs. They responded quickly to remove the water from the basement. The project manager was always available to answer questions and worked closely with the insurance company. The workers were great and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them for your restorative needs.

The team was professional and easy to work with. They made the difficult process of basement restoration/clean up pleasant and easy by explaining the process and options. We had a major plumbing issue in our medical office that resulted in significant damage to 1/3rd of our office. ServePro responded within less than 2 hours, cleaned the areas quickly and efficiently allowing us to remain open for our patients. They worked long hours over many days with the contractors, building maintenance and manage to insure that we had a clean, safe environment throughout the repair period which took several weeks. We are beyond satisfied with the management team from ServePro and the team they sent in to complete the project from start to finish.

The ServPro team that has spent the last week at Livonia Veterinary Hospital have been a great group to work with. Each one of them were and continue to be extremely polite, aware of what was going on when we reopened the hospital yesterday. We had Servpro in to remediate some mold on our ceiling. They were extremely responsive, respectful and professional. Their quality of work is impressive.

ServePro did a great job over. They were understanding and sympathetic of our hardship in a genuine manner. They worked thoroughly and diligently. The individuals we worked with, especially D’Belle, were very responsive and helpful.

The only issue we had was never getting a quote for reconstruction despite multiple efforts. Waiting on this quote set the reconstruction back multiple months.

Recently there was a fire at my place of work. Serv Pro came in and made things so much easier for us. I just wanted to send a shout out to one of the best teams. Wallace loved that you were always on top of things and tried your best to help when we had questions. Brandon, Garrett, Jordan and Andre went above and beyond to help us and our customers through all of this.
