We had significant water damage throughout our house this past winter, and ServePro has done an excellent job coordinating the complex remediation process, which involved both mold and asbestos removal. They worked directly with the insurance company, which made the whole process seamless and a lot less stressful. They were able to oversee the whole job, from start to finish, including coordinating with drywall, painter, and flooring professionals. Anthony, the project coordinator, is wonderful to work with. He's friendly, professional, and has done a great job communicating with us throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO and their team. Justin and the team at Servpro are amazing. After a devastating fire, they came in and completely gutted the house. Took great care of us and were extremely honest along the way!

Well the facts are… man were they fast. Had a small flood in our basement and they came that same day, cleaned everything out and came back for one more area to clean, came and was done in a jiffy. Eli was our main man and he did a fantastic job and Jackson also. Polite, courteous and so understanding, helped us more than I could imagine. The recent spate of ice storms in February 2025 caused problems for the 102-year old section of our house. After dealing with State Farm over the Homeowner's policy, we called ServPro and they responded quickly and professionally. The first phase was "water remediation" - find it, stop it, clean it up and dry it out with humongous industrial fans and dehumidifiers! Done professionally, efficiently and thoroughly by the team of Tyler, "AJ" and Anthony. They deserve a shoutout for their good work.

Looking forward to the next phases to make the old part of the house ice-resistant. (Probably going to have installed a partially heated roof shingle system and heated gutters where the ice dam occurred to keep it from happening again.)

We had a very unexpected water situation in our house. It was raining in our brand new kitchen from an upstairs faucet left running. Sam and the Servpro team were amazing with helping to dry out our bathroom and kitchen. Sam was very understanding and helpful during a very upsetting and stressful time. He was available to answer questions and talk to us outside of the regular work day. He was knowledge, professional and personable which was very much appreciated. He is a hockey player and connected with our son who also plays hockey giving him some advice, which went above and beyond his job. Our house is now dry and we are awaiting the process of putting our kitchen back together.

Update May 2023: Mike was the lead for our reconstruction project of putting our kitchen and bathroom back together - from start to finish he provided us with guidance and was there to answer all of our questions beyond the normal work day. He was professional and made sure throughout the entire process everything went smoothly and was done correctly. All of the people Mike hired to work in our house are people we would have back if we needed another project done. He worked to make sure we had everything we needed. The new cabinets matched our old ones perfectly and with the few changes we made it's even better than before! We decided to also do a new shower and bathroom floor since they were already here and he was so helpful and honest. We have encountered dishonesty and frustration in the past with house projects, but Mike and his crew restored my faith. Thank you Servpro for a high quality service with a crew of workers that are professional, honest and hard working. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Jim and the entire team were there when we had a fire loss in our 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility. They were on site within an hour of our call to understand the risks to our employees and advising us on the steps needed to get us up to speed manufacturing parts again as quick as possible. Their guidance, professionalism, work ethic and support were outstanding. They are excellent!

We discovered a pipe was leaking into the wall of our family room before Christmas. The plumber found the leak and fixed the pipe but then we needed to hire a remediation company to repair the damage. I cannot recommend SERVPRO of Western Monroe County highly enough. Justin and his team came right away to assess the damage and set to work to dry out the inside of the wall. Justin took care of everything including working effectively with our insurance company, which is a huge relief. Each one of his crew was knowledgeable, polite, and beyond helpful. Once that part was done, we hired them to repair the wall and ceiling, paint, and replace the carpeting. Again everyone who worked on this project was wonderful. But I feel what set them apart was how they were able to calm our nerves in the face of an inconvenient problem at an inconvenient time of year!

I had a water line that feed an upstairs toilet break and water was pouring out of the ceiling on the first floor. A group of Servpro employees came in and removed carpeting in three rooms and the ceiling in one room in about 2 or three hours. They also setup 16 fans and two dehumidifiers. The guys were very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone.

My experience with SERVPRO of West Monroe County was excellent. They were quick and prompt with their service and came out the day of my basement flooding. Justin and his team were extremely thorough in cleaning up the basement and reviewing the process of what needed to be done. SERVPRO also works closely with my insurance company which made everything that much more reassuring for me. I couldn’t recommend SERVPRO more in time of need!!

Wow! No words can describe how amazing it was to work with Jim and his team! When we were displaced from our home they came in and helped us through the process. They cleaned everything and made sure that we were getting the best quality workmanship for the repairs. They didn’t just clean - we used their subcontractors to have the process be seamless! From paint and carpet the dumpster and dry cleaning and even helping us find great mattresses Jim was incredible. He even helped us understand the insurance aspects. I would hands down use them again if the need arises! They helped bring us peace of mind and comfort in a tough time. AND they even put up with me and my anxiety and all my questions! The Servpro crew came in, explained the work that needed to be done and completed their portion of the mitigation in a very efficient manner. They were very neat, making sure that everything was covered before beginning drywall removal. Would highly recommend them for your water damage needs.

We were so happy when the ServPro group came to assist us with water damage caused by a burst pipe -they took out the carpets/pads and removed all water that was present- the walls were prepped for ew drywall and paint!

The best of the best service. I worked with Jon, he was so attentive to us. We had a house fire and that was a lot of emotions moving...to deal with packing our stuff up, cleaning it, and then bringing it back and sorting...was just to much. The team assisted us with everything. Jon was always available for me for my questions and needing of guidance. 10/10 would recommend.
