Jon and his crew were at our home as soon as I could meet them. They were all very professional in handling the clean up from a water line break. I would recommend them to anyone who may need their services.

The sump pump failed. We weren't familiar with Rochester emergency services, but chose Servpro because it was the only name we recognized in our google search. The Servpro team responded within 30 minutes of our call, over a weekend. They provided not only outstanding mitigation, but due to being full service, this enabled us to have continuity and restoration of the property to pre-event status.

Justin came to our home and was extremely polite, professional and efficient. He assessed and measured the water damage to the kitchen floor and basement and explained all my options. He answered all my questions completely and patiently. I chose mitigation and asked when he could start the work and to my surprise he had a crew here within the hour. They set up the equipment and said they would be back in two days to check the floor. Sure enough in two days Eli, a technician, came bright and early measured the amount of moisture in the floor. Eli was polite, answered all my questions (including what the moisture readings on the meter were before and today). The equipment was doing its job! Half the moisture content. Eli explained that it would be a few more days before it was completely dry. I highly recommend Servpro of Western Monroe!!!

Jon and the team at Servpro were fast and efficient when we were dealing with ice damming. They responded quickly, removed the damaged materials, ran their equipment to dry out the area, and kept everything tidy in the process. After a recent sump,pump failure during a recent rain storm, we contacted Serv-Pro West for help. A supervisor came immediately to examine the damage, followed by 4 knowledgeable, capable, positive workers who immediately took control of a messy situation. They helped us through an emergency situation in a smooth way. We would recommend Serv-Pro West to anyone in a similar situation.

Servpro was excellent. My dishwasher was leaking water under two layers of kitchen flooring and wasn’t detected until the wood underneath started buckling. Jon and his men ripped up the floor and started the fans and dehumidifiers. They were very informative, respectful and efficient. They treated us like family. I knew we were in good hands with Servpro.

Came to the rescue within a couple hours of initial call for help. Immediately removed all wet carpet and pad. Setup equipment to dry a couple days. Realized Drywall was still wet. Removed Drywall and batting insulation up 1foot from floor. Ran equipment 2 more days til it became dry. Thanks so much for your assistance with the results of a broken Hot water pipe.

They assessed the issue, realized the need for a professional plumber and one showed up promptly .The blockage, was cleared , then a crew arrived to not only remove the debris from my home but to clean and sanitize .I am very grateful for their expertise and their service in dealing with this issue., I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone in need. .

Last week of December, a lot of melting snow in the sewer system in my neighborhood caused mucky water to back up into my basement. Not a lot, but enough to make things very smelly. I called ServPro, and a team came out to my house very quickly and took care of the problem very quickly. It was a very good way to end 2025 and start 2026.

We had a house fire in September 2023 and it was my first (and hopefully last!) experience ever with any sort of disaster like this to my home. The fire began in our garage and spread through our kitchen and other areas of our home. I didn’t know where to begin with what to do next. Servpro was there with us every step of the way from the day of the fire all the way until the day we moved back into our home.

We first met with Jim and Justin who made sure everything went smoothly with the clean up of our home. They cleared out our belongings as well as cleaning and storing them for us in such a careful and caring way. Right from the start, they were open and honest about timelines and kept me updated on each step that was coming next so I knew what to expect. They gave me a feeling of control back when I felt like I had none and took care of all the details with the insurance company which allowed me to focus on my family and getting back to work. Once the clean up and demo was finished we hired Servpro to restore our home and began working with Mike. Mike and Jim met with me and took the time to listen to my concerns and wishes for my home. I was able to pick out every last detail.

The subcontractors that worked with Servpro were all fantastic as well. They showed so much care for our home, cleaned up after themselves and did such an amazing job! Everyone showed up when they said they would and all of them were so well informed about what was going on which speaks to the great communication they received.

Mike was beyond patient with me throughout the entire process. I had lots of questions and he answered every single one and always returned my calls quickly. I never was left wondering about anything and felt so informed and at ease every step of the way.
I truly could not have gotten through this experience without his expertise and reassurance and our home is beyond beautiful now!! I would give servpro a thousand stars if I could.

I found my water heater had broken and leaked throughout my finished basement at 7:30 in the morning. I contacted my insurance company around 9 o’clock and they gave me several phone numbers, including serve pro. I called all three of them and Servpro called me back first They had a manager in the area and he was there by 10:30 AM I had already contracted to have my water heater changed out that morning and the mechanic said he would be done by 1:30 servpro had a team of four professionals at my house by 1:35 PM and they were done ripping up almost 70 yards of carpet and another 450 ft.² of laminate floor and brought in 10 fans and a commercial Grade dehumidifier. By Friday, my basement was completely dry and they picked up the equipment first thing in the morning at my request They were on time, professional, and extremely neat They work directly with my insurance company, and I am very happy to recommend them to family friends and anyone else that needs any type of restoration services. This company is awesome. To wake up to a flooded basement after the water heater busted is anyone's nightmarre.
You know how it is finding a plumber, but they came right after I called. So efficient. Within 3 days water gone and no smell amazing. Walked thru it and patientlydid a wonderdul professional job.

Servpro arrived on site within one hour of initial phone call. They assessed damage and had crew on site the next morning to remove all damaged Drywall. They use fans and dehumidifiers to remove all moisture from the area. Took great care to keep things neat and clean.

Today my family experienced sewer water in our basement, it was awful. I immediately called Servpro, and within 30 minutes they were at the house. They emptied, cleaned, and disinfected the areas. They cleaned up after themselves every step of the way and were professional and knowledgeable the entire time.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Justin, John, and Ken. This awesome team worked efficiently, protected the areas. Their whole crew was fantastic from start to finish! They truly went above and beyond.

Eric Anderson (owner) and his painters were terrific. They stripped wallpaper and painted the entire interior of our home - all work was done very professionally. They were very neat, clean, careful and respectful inside our home. Eric was knowledgeable and very easy to work with and communicated with us in a timely manner. They are efficient with their time, and the walls are prepped perfectly before painting. When they complete the job, they check carefully for any touchups that need to be done and take care of these promptly.
