I cannot thank SERVPRO enough for the quick response they gave over a holiday weekend to assist our school from unexpected water damage. A representative showed up within an hour of our phone call to assess the situation and immediately called in extra help to assist us and to deliver equipment. The entire staff could not have been more pleasant to work with. It would have taken weeks for us to go through all of the items that were damaged and to determine what could be saved and thrown away. We appreciated the daily updates that provided information on the progress being made in the building and the amount of time needed to clean and dry up multiple areas. We are grateful to Myles and his competent team for everything they did to help us during a challenging time.

Myles was quick to diagnose our problem and advise us on next steps. Ramon and Novella were here the next morning, with sleeves rolled up and working hard. We appreciate their assistance and professionalism. We're still "drying out," but feel confidant that all will be made right.

Highly recommend the Servpro team. I needed to urgently have my basement cleaned after a sewer backup. Wallace, Jordan and Ramon were all great. They answered all my questions and worked hard to get the job done.

These guys are the best. It’s never a good service to need (flooded basement) but the Servpro team makes it less awful. I’ve had two flooded basement issues and used them both times. They’re so easy to work with, fast and super helpful. Jordan and Kai were awesome.

Thankful for the quick response we received from Servpro 5 days before Christmas due to a sewage backup in my mom’s basement. They came through for us the same day we called during this stressful situation. Their professionalism and care made all the difference, especially when you don’t know what to do in a situation like my mom’s! They sent a great team who works well together to get the job done. Gabe, Jordan, Kai and Ramon were very polite and were extremely easy to communicate with.
D’Bell was always responsive, clear, and patient with our questions. Even checked in on us while on vacation! She explained the process thoroughly, which really helped out so we knew what to expect. It was evident that she genuinely cared about making this as stress-free as possible.

My mom enjoyed seeing Jordan, Gabe, Kia and Ramon each day they came! They communicated with her before they did anything with her belongings which help her to know she was cared about .
They did a great job with the cleanup of her basement.

There were a few hiccups and or bumps toward end of job. Nothing major that couldn’t be ironed out! It took a few emails back and forth with a few people, but that is when
Myles Barney called me and was able to clear everything up with the concerns and questions I needed answers to. He showed he cared when he made the call to me even( if he was sick at home) to be sure I was completely satisfied. Wanted to be sure I had what I needed to feel good about everything I had concerns about! To me that meant they were not just shrugging us off as another job in the books and moving on!
So I truly appreciate that!

Wallace Irizarry was the Servpro employee who came to our home today after I called about a small mold problem we discovered in a closet. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Since the problem is so limited he gave me recommendations on how to remediate the small corner of mold. His reassurance made us feel much better. Servpro is lucky to have such a kind and generous employee!

The Production Manager Tom Savidge came to look at our house and assess damages for us, we had a lot of mold, rotted joists, and more. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He gave us more information than we even needed and helped us figure out what our plan of action would be going forward. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Wallace came out to Hope Village in Walcott, NY, to do an inspection. I asked him how he was going to get into the crawlspace since the entrance was so small, and he calmly told me not to worry
- he would do everything possible to get the job done. Sure enough, he went in, carefully inspected the area, recorded video, took pictures, and was able to identify the source of the problem.

Even though we haven't started the actual work yet, I'm extremely grateful for his professionalism and positive attitude.
Thanks to him, I now know exactly what the issue is. This experience showed me that this company has employees who truly care and go above and beyond. I will always keep them in mind for future projects.

After the flood at Fyle Elementary School, the situation felt overwhelming. Several areas were damaged, and the flooring was completely ruined. Then Myles, Wallace, Dirisbell, and John arrived with an incredibly positive attitude and an unwavering commitment. Day after day, they worked tirelessly, focusing on every detail to bring the school back to life. Watching the transformation unfold was truly inspiring. The floors now look spectacular, the entire building feels renewed, and most importantly, it has once again become a safe and welcoming place for everyone. I am profoundly grateful to this team—not only for the outstanding quality of their work, but for helping us restore our school after such a difficult time.

Miles Barney and his team (Garret; Tyler and Wallace) were great! They took good care of us after our kitchen fire and walked us through a very emotional time. They did an amazing job cleaning up after the fire and getting rid of the smell. They kept us updated daily and answered all of our many questions. We are grateful to them for getting us through a very scary situation.

The Hochstein School. A water pipe burst in our boiler room, flooding the boilers, shutting the heat off, and making a huge mess. Servpro was there within about two hours with cleanup equipment and got started right away. They took away bags of garbage (things ruined by the flooding, mostly items that had been stored nearby), met with our insurance adjuster, set us up with portable heaters to keep the building running, and provided excellent guidance and recommendations moving forward. They were easy to communicate with, always ready to be helpful and available for questions. Thank you especially to Myles, Wallace, Garrett, Jordan and Gabe for being our heroes this past week.
