On June 18th, our school, Good Shepherd, was flooded, and we went through one of the most difficult experiences in our recent history. It was a chaotic and extremely stressful time for all of us working here. However, from the very moment Myles, Wallace, and James arrived on site, everything changed.

Our water heater went 2 times in matter of about a week flooded upstairs and downstairs and serve pro whole crew was great , very helpful and made the whole ordeal a lot easier to deal with very professional and kind, made sure they explained everything very thoroughly. , they really worked with our schedule as well communicated everything step of the way they really helped alleviate some some of the chaos from the stressful situation my daughter and I are very appreciative of their compassion and understanding everyone was truly amazing to deal with !!!

I can’t even begin to say how amazing our experience with Servepro was. We walked into our store on NYE and It was flooded. We were in panic because not only was It a holiday but we make custom dresses and suits and needed a solution fast. Servepro came to help so quickly despite It being NYE and New Year’s Day and we are so thankful. Dirisbel, Miles, and their team were exceptional and so kind. They communicated great, and they worked quickly. They helped dry our showroom floors quickly so that we could use them especially going into our busy season. They helped dry all our back walls and kitchen as well so we didn’t have to worry about them during our busy season either and could at least get through this period without all that stress. They removed all the severely damaged floor in the out work space in the back quickly and were very neat while doing so. They also were very neat when removing the damaged wall in one of our back rooms. We cannot say thank you enough and definitely recommend them 100000%.

Highly recommend!!! We have been beyond happy with our experience with Jim and his team!!! Our upstairs toilet broke and flood our house for 8+ hours leaving 2 floors in our house with major water damage. Jim and his team responded to our cry for help faster than we ever could have expected. Within 24 hours they had wet carpet removed, machines drying the floors and ceiling, my family safely relocated to a hotel, our belonging carefully being packed and a plan of action in place! They have continuously gone above and beyond to make sure all of our needs, wants, and worries are addressed. This entire experience has truly been like working with old friends who actually care about our situation and want the best for our family! Rapidly responded to water in our basement and helps us get cleaned up and repaired. Excellent job: removed damaged floors, cabinets and drywall. Cleaned up all the damage. After plumbers resolved the problem we used ServPro to repair the basement and they made it look brand new again! We recommend this team to anyone needing help.

I had the opportunity to have SERVO West of Monroe County assist me after my home was destroyed during a storm. It was one of the most emotional trying time of my life, but Jim and his team arrived on the seen immediately and guided me through each and every step of the way.

They were able to assist me with removing and storing my personal belongings and took the utmost care with ensuring that nothing would be damaged. They literally stored it in a safe dry place for over a year while our home was rebuilt. Once we where ready to return. they returned promptly and delivered our possessions in the same conditions they were removed in. When our house flooded, Servpro was on site within the first hour. They’ve been efficient, compassionate and thorough in their work.

They called back the same morning I had left a message. Ian and his crew arrived when they said they would and inspected the damage in my finished basement. They removed all the damaged material (and disposed of it all) sprayed all the mold and set up fans and a dehumidifier that day. They sent someone to check the progress several times and only collected their equipment when they were sure that there was no mold and the structure was dry. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, the way they respected me and my property. They always called before they came and arrived when they said they would. They worked with my insurance company to take care of their part of the claim. I highly recommend Servepro!
