When it comes to a heavyweight in the commercial & industrial heating, refrigeration, plumbing & sheet metal fabrication industry, Crosby Brownlie Mechanical is the only name that comes to mind. The work they did at Ithaca CSD Enfield Elementary School was the talk of the city! I've been working with the entire team for years. Jon, Steve, Eric, Michael, Brian, Joan, Wes, Jeff, Paul, Kurt, Lucas, Bill, Jordan, Anthony, Nick, Bob, Jack, Mike, Ben, and Josh- they're all wonderful and it's like working with family. If I could give them more than five stars, I easily would!

I needed emergency service on my AC unit at my store and was met with excellent communication, fast and dedicated service, and politeness all around. They were extremely helpful during a very stressful time in my business. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Aggressive driver. Tailgating me first them the uhaul truck on I-90. After uhaul truck moved over he dissappear on the horizon speeding as hell. I'm gonna post the picture. I also have my 360 dashcam video available that I sent to the troopers.

Stood right in front of two kitchen sales members. We were ignored by both. I guess we'll have to buy our countertops elsewhere.

Designer missed an appointment that delayed custom vanity top being ordered. Than order was put through wrong when it did get ordered which delayed it even longer now 1 week after contractor is done with remodel on bathroom...Still no vanity. New bathroom but with no sink!

Wow. The process of kitchen renovation was so quick and smooth. Came consecutive days until the job was completed. They were flexible with the layout to keep the cost low, but still ended up with a well designed and high end kitchen. I almost feel guilty! Can’t recommend enough.

Isaiah and his team did a phenomenal job on our common area painting project. The Updegraff Team was attentive, responsive and most importantly, they did what they said they were going to do, on time and on budget!

Will is absolutely amazing, he's been working on our home for the last month doing projects such as building custom post for our island expansion to installing hardwood floors/trim. We look to him for all our construction needs. He goes the extra mile and works with you to create your renovation dream. I highly recommend Will and his team for any home improvement!

The experience I had with Updegraff services was excellent! I had a bath remodel done which came out even better than what I had envisioned.The professionalism and communication were outstanding. Highly recommend this company and I look forward to working with them for some more projects!

I had a lot of handyman issues that needed remedy and found Updegraff on Home Advisor. They were prompt, professional and polite. They took detailed notes on all my various tasks and put together a proposal that was very affordable and under my expected budget. Where another HVAC company told me I needed a new furnace, they were able to replace the inducer motor for a fraction of the cost. Now my furnace is purring like new, my wife is happy and I saved a bundle! Their tech also cleaned and my furnace and replaced the filter at no additional cost. I'm super impressed with these guys!

The Updegraff Services team renovated some flooring, sheetrock and lighting in a bedroom and the results came out great. Will and his apprentice were able to knock out the job in just a few days where other company's wanted me to wait a month before even getting a quote. Pricing is competitive as well.

This was my first remodel experience, and I could not be happier with the outcome. Updegraff (specifically Andrew) and his team were flexible, patient, and were able to make what I had in my head a reality. They were so easy to communicate with and their professionalism was top notch. I’m already thinking about my next project and know exactly who I’m going to call - Updegraff!!

Kistler has been our reliable "go to guys" For all our critical HVAC. Professional and they always follow up after the job. These guys are the real deal.

We frequently go to this store and when we need help there are some really good knowledgeable people who go above and beyond. Problem is sometimes we can't find help without scouring the store.
The last in plumbing and last time in faucets the guys were amazing!!!

I will NEVER use this location or any other EVER AGAIN. The lack of customer service and general knowledge is amazing.. Back in October/November I placed an order for a brand new kitchen. Was excited and thrilled! However, after I picked up "all" my cabinets I realized they forgot my sink and an end panel. My contractor had to hunt down the end panel and pay for it ALL over again after I had purchased it back in October. When my contractor went to install 1 upper cabinet, 1 lower cabinet and 1 pantry style cabinet we found them to be damaged. So after 3 weeks of trying to get this matter taken care of I finally got a hold of the man in kitchen department who originally sold me the kitchen. Another month went by with out a kitchen. When I finally got the 3 damaged pieces replaced, 1 was the wrong upper cabinet, I said screw it just put the damaged one in. I then get a phone call saying I owe $800+ ... I paid for my ENTIRE kitchen in October!! Even paid for the items I NEVER received!! They need to get their accounting together, they need to get their managers to call customers back when a customer calls numerous times and NEVER receive one!! I will NEVER refer any one to use Home Depot EVER again especially when they are purchasing a ticket item over $2,000.00. I don't write reviews, but after the phone call I received today I felt it necessary to advise customers to stay away from this company!!
