We love our new shower! Josh & his crew were wonderful in workmanship and explaining how to keep our shower looking new. They cleaned up each day! The only issue I had was the time we had to wait for installation. They were short staffed and the final measurements did not take place until a little over two weeks after our signed contract. Then we waited nine weeks for install. Other than the wait, we are very happy with our choice.

We had a new tub installed. Sales went great. The install was wonderful. Very well done. Great crew. Looks amazing.

All the people we worked with at Comfort were great… Zach, Giovanni, and Ray were all very professional and easy to work with!

Our installers Dave, Jared and Sam were terrific! They were very capable and knowledgeable, kept us up-to-date on everything they were doing, made adjustments when requested, worked really hard, finished on time, and did a great job!

The team of David, Jarid, and Sam did an outstanding job. The conversion from a tub to a walk in shower was very smooth. There was little disruption to our normal routine. The team was very knowledgeable, competent and personable. They were patient in answering any questions we may have had. The shower looks great!!

Loving my bathtub to shower conversion. Special shout out to Chuck in service who took care of the loose ends that needed tending to {install toe kick and fastening shoe molding} and finished prepping walls for painting per contract. He was prompt, professional and friendly.

Our installation team was incredibly professional, polite, showed upmost respect for our home, and displayed top notch skill and expertise. We had significant demo work needed to remove tile and plaster and lath and the team did everything to reduce dust and clean up afterwards. Our new tub and shower walls are beautiful and make us feel like we are at a high end hotel when we shower. The installation of our chosen vanity could not have been done any better to fit the old vanity’s location. Every detail down to custom fitment of plumbing, custom trim work, and the cleanest caulk lines have left us knowing we made an excellent decision. We simply cannot thank our guys enough.

I called & Comfort delivered. It was a great experience from start to finish. I had an old & outdated shower removed & replaced. The results are nothing short of amazing. Dave did an excellent job with great attention to every detail. I’ll call Comfort in the future if I need any additional work done. Excellent company. Don’t bother with other companies, they can’t match Comfort’s expertise.

Install crew were great to work with. Listened to all our concerns and answered all questions. Placed accessories where we needed them,
worked with us on placement of hand grab bars. Cleaned up after themselves es and did not know they had been there other than a new walk in shower. Thank you Comfort and Josh, Garrett, and Tony.

We had the upstairs bathroom updated with the bigger shower. The guys, Caleb, Matt, and Dillon were great. Clean professional and very polite. Answered all our questions and added their input which was very helpful.

We had our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms done by Comfort's Window and Doors Dave and Jarid. The project was a conversion from tub to shower and new floors placed. I do not think we could adequately say how very pleased we are with the outcome! Dave and Jarid were very capable, knowledgeable, professional and explained everything to us. They were very hard working and friendly. Our house was built in the 1800's so you can imagine the challenges they faced with our water pipes. We highly recommend them.

Comfort windows Just finished my bathroom . Gene, the sales person who came out and showed me all different materials that they can choose from which was nice. The two contractors that came out to work on the bath was Dave and.Jalid. Very professional very neat and clean all new plumbing and electrical work was done. Also I’m very pleased and satisfied with the work that they’ve done. I would recommend comfort window to anyone that’s looking to redo a Bathroom, I am so proud and can’t wait to show the bathroom to my family. Nice job comfort windows.

We had a great experience! The men who worked on our bathroom remodel were great and worked hard on extremely hot days! Our house is very old and has many “quirks,” and many things that are not even or level and the crew did a fantastic job making everything fit and look great! We couldn’t be happier!

Removal of old shower and installation of new shower was completed in 2 days. Josh, Garrett and Chris were very polite, courteous, respectful and professional. The new shower looks amazing and the care they exhibited while working inside the house was exceptional. After the installation was completed Josh spent time to explain proper care and maintenance of the new shower. Very pleased with the appearance of the new install and my interactions with Josh, Garrett and Chris.

Came out in a pinch for us to assist a ruptured water tank that had flooded my basement. Super professional & fantastic workmanship with thankfully being able to accommodate same day service, having work completed by 4 pm after receiving call at 8. Thank you again for the great service!

I inquired about getting an air conditioning and furnace overall. Ken told me about some programs I may be eligible for, submitted the paperwork and advised me I qualified; no other place I called even mentioned the programs to me. Chris did my overalls and Ken did my energy audit. They were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I had a really small project that I needed some help with, and thought they might even laugh when I called. Instead, Pat and everyone I spoke with in the front office were incredibly nice and helpful. It's awesome to have people and businesses like this in our community.

The Monroe Piping Sheet Metal technician took 4 hours for a simple job to stop a drainage leak from a furnace on the ceiling.
On that day, he and I climbed up to take a look and to see what was the problem with the water leak. It took him less than 5 minutes to find out what it was a problem. At first, he said someone installed a coil the wrong way. But, I told him the AC was working fine until now. After that, he said the drainage pan was leaning on one side away from the drainage hole. So I helped him by putting together 2 pieces of wood tied together to stabilize it (I have leftover pieces of wood in my shop).
So after I received the bill for:

4 Labor used $420
1 Consumables $15
1 Trip charge $50
Total: $523

I contacted Mr. Troy the owner of that company by email with questions about my repair bill. I got some explanation about the trip charge, the technician was late for the appointment, and my landlord shared my burden for the $200 repair bill.
However, Mr. Danial still didn't let me know why they charged a simple job for over 4 hours of labor. It's not right for a company to overcharge its services for a not-complicated job.
