I cannot say enough great things about this restoration company. As a first time home buyer, discovering a flooded basement I had no idea what to do but when I called Rock, their team was responsive and over to my house within the hour. They were professional and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful situation.

Every step of the process was clearly explained and they treated my home with care and respect. The crew was making sure everything was properly dried, cleaned, and restored.

If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage, this is the company you want to call. Highly recommend without hesitation!

When brutal ice damming turned into massive water damage at my house, I was in full panic mode. As a single mom, that kind of chaos hits differently. Rock Emergency were absolute lifesavers.

They showed up within hours (HOURS!) ready to roll, calm, professional, and totally unfazed by both the mess and my 47 wild, rapid-fire questions. Not once did they make me feel silly or dramatic — they explained everything, walked me through the process, and handled the situation like pros.

Huge shoutout to Paul, both Nick’s, and Jimmy — you guys were patient, reassuring, and on top of everything from start to finish. You turned a total disaster into something manageable, and that meant more than you know.

Fast, responsive, kind, and seriously good at what they do. If you ever find yourself battling ice dams and indoor waterfalls, these are your people.

The customer service is fantastic. My basement flooded, and Paul and his team completely drained and dried the entire area. I called them on a Saturday, and they had the team to my house within the hour. The quality of the replacement drywall, paint, trim, and carpet is outstanding. Extremely fair price. Stayed within/under budget. The entire project was completed in 19 days. Paul is responsive to all communication. This is an extremely honest company. They quickly earned my trust, and I won’t hesitate to hire them again. Thank you!

CNH remodeled my bathroom and it looks AWESOME! My house is older (140+ years) so it presented some issues. Charlie was professional and the results are incredible! So clean and striking. Very happy 😊

Tony and Aaron are professional and enjoyable to have in the house. They are skilled in all areas, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting, carpentry. They were great at making sure our project was beautiful as well as functional, making suggestions and making sure we were getting what we wanted. We highly recommend Element of Pride.

The best thing I can say about Element of Pride is that Tony has to be extremely proud of the work that his team does. Tony assisted with the design of my kitchen and Jay worked it from demo to completion with respect to the electricals, plumbing, painting, tiling and carpentry. It is gorgeous. Jay is a magician. There wasn't anything that needed to be done that he couldn't do. Small changes to what was proposed was never a problem. Tony was around on a regular basis to ensure things were going as expected and according to plan and schedule. Everyone involved was serious and intent on doing quality work. This was money well spent and these gentlemen will definitely be called upon for my upcoming projects.

They show pride in their work through attention to details and understand the importance of customer service. There were no breaks in service. They came to work everyday on time!

Fabulous remodeling and customer service! Bryce & Doyle remodeled our guest bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, half bath, and are now working on our primary bathroom in our 32-year old house. They provided a comprehensive plan with thorough drawings and a detailed contract for each project. As a dealer of many high-quality items, such as Decor cabinets and Miele appliances, which we had installed, Bryce & Doyle was able to install superior cabinets, vanities, and appliances. A thorough schedule for each job helped us visualize and prepare for the steps in the project. The crew, who work as a team, cleaned the worksite daily and were excellent communicators. An interior designer at Bryce & Doyle provided outstanding suggestions for design, layout, and colors. Bryce & Doyle arranged for Habitat for Humanity to pick up our old cabinets and vanities. The fact that we are repeat customers confirms how pleased we are with the craftsmanship and professionalism at Bryce & Doyle.

Bryce & Doyle gave me a detailed proposal and good recommendations before starting my bathroom remodel. The proposal included details like covering the floor and putting the old vanity in the garage for pickup by Habitat for Humanity (even though they ended up hauling it away because of a space problem). I liked their recommendations such as on products, relocating the towel bar, etc. They provided a calendar so I knew when everything was going to be done—demo, vanity install, flooring, plumbing, etc. Everything was done on schedule or earlier than planned. The work was thorough, and I was very happy with the finished product. I wish I could have the installer as my handyman! I would recommend and use them again.

This was by far the best contractor I’ve dealt with. From the start Rich and Alysia made the process a breeze for the planning. Steve who headed the project was extremely communicative and when a few issues (unknown/ unplanned) arose, he was quick to help figure out a solution. AMAZING WORK! I can not explain how great the work was. I had alot of issues due to a horrible job by a previous contractor but RivertonCustoms took care of it and fixed it within the time frame promised. Great at communicating any issues or concerns and always trying to make sure that I knew my options and made sure we were always on the same page. Customer for life and already recommending them to friends.

Finally found a good remodeler to take care everything I need around the house. Antonio was doing my kitchen Cabinets, as well as a Fridge with wooden cabinet doors. everything was done right and looked perfect. very easy to work with and does the job like he does it for himself. Really appreciate it.

Antonio installed flooring and a shower wall for me at a rental property I own. All floors and the shower wall came out excellent and the cost was affordable. I would definitely work with Riverton Customs Remodeling again and refer them to family and friends.

Great work on a couple of projects I had, Antonio does a wide range of custom and general remodeling. I had my basement Renovated and a very nice oak table completely restored and he did the work I had like he cared about it, in the end I was happy to see my projects done the right, I will definitely be working with him again.
