I have this old brass door knob and the only way to lock the front door is with the deadbolt. It's been this way for 20 years. I'm no bozo, I know how to do things around the house, but its an old thick door, and I couldn't afford to screw it up, so I reached out to Timbra. I was originally expecting little elves to show up with tiny little hammers in their hands, don't ask why. That was just an image I had in my head, and I was prepared to offer EL fudge cookies. I'm honestly not sure if elves like those cookies, or they just make them. Timbra (real people, not elves), pulled out the old parts, filled, and made new holes that lined up perfectly. Also, they fixed the area that the stubborn old door was catching on. They did extra things that I did not ask them to do, just so the door would function better. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone that needs anything done around the house.

Lisa and DJ are wonderful. I am so in love with my new bathroom. It’s gorgeous. Not only is the work perfect Lisa & DJ are very kind, professional, respectful & go the extra mile to do the job right. I will be contacting them again for future jobs. They’re a pleasure.

Couldn't be more happy with they work they did with our bathroom. Had the bath surround re-tiled and a new light/fan installed. Even when an unexpected plumbing hiccup came along, they acted fast and knew how to fix it! So easy to work and commuincate with, making a house reno project that would usually be a stressful experience ended up being an enjoyable one. Greatly appreciated all the little things too, cleaned up the work space well and laid down covering through the house to help keep everything tidy! We 100% recommend and plan on using Timbra again soon!

Had a great experience using Timbra recently for a renovation, and would highly recommend them to anyone! Lisa was great to work with from the initial quote to finishing touches and communication was excellent throughout the project. She took the time to understand our vision and our budget and made it a reality. The price was fair, the quality of work was excellent, and they showed up on time ready to work every morning until the project was done. I never had to worry about when I would see them next, or if they would let my project fall behind schedule and send subcontractors I hadn’t met before while they worked on a better paying project across town, or any other contractor horror story you hear about.

Lisa and DJ and there crew are great. Came in and did an estimate for a bathroom and and kitchen remodel. Very competitive pricing and work was completed professionally and in a timely manner would highly recommend for any and all you contracting needs.

At this point, my husband and I are looking around for things that need fixing because Lisa and DJ are so wonderful to have around. Whether its bathroom reno or a boring repair of a ceiling that leaked, they are prompt, meticulous and super pleasant to work with. My entire family uses them now and we don't have enough stars to award them!

I needed to replace an old tub with walk in shower, with glass doors. I was having surgery soon, so it was difficult to find any one who could do the job within a few weeks. Lisa came out to take a look and promised me she could get it done before my surgery. Lisa and DJ removed the old tub and toilet, replaced the plumbing, installed the new fixtures with grab bars, and tested everything ensure no leaks.
Lisa and DJ are very easy to work with. Professional, down to earth, I never felt concerned leaving them in my house while I was out.
I plan to use them again.

We had Timbra Contracting LLC do two projects for us. They updated our basement, added paneling and carpeting and finished a half bath. Lisa and DJ also put a new deck up and upgraded some outside plumbing and electrical. Both projects were finished on time. Their work was exceptional, precise and thorough. They always left the work area clean. We would definitely use them again.

Lisa and DJ do such amazing work! They have done work on our house twice now (installing living room ceilings and replacing our basement steps with Pergo flooring). They consistently provide quality service. What sets them apart from other contractors is that they really listened to what we wanted as homeowners. They found ways to make our ideas feasible. They are also so personable and caring. They even brought us gifts when we had a new baby and made time for our other children to feel noticed. They are simply the best in the area!

Exactly what I needed. I’m still waiting to pick out a countertop but Lisa helped make my dream of living room built in come true. We were going to diy ikea hack this after another contractor gave us a MUCH higher quote. She helped us simplify it to our budget, put us in contact with a place to order cabinets, and had the installation (including tv mounted) in 2 days. Great contractor.

As I am getting older, I had been thinking about putting a walk-in shower in my bathroom instead of a tub for safety reasons. I had searched many, many companies and had reached out to a couple who either never gotten back to me, or who wanted an exorbitant amount of money to do the project. I was unbelievably fortunate to find Timbra Contracting LLC after a friend recommended them to me. From the very first phone contact, I could tell I had found a truly professional and competent team who really listened and cared about what I needed and what my budget would allow. They stopped over within a day or two of my phone call to them and then quickly provided me with an incredibly detailed estimate of every item needed for the job. Lisa was then incredibly helpful to me as I picked out the shower base, wall surround, and the hardware needed. She responded very quickly to my texts and made great recommendations with solid reasons behind her decisions on which products to go with. I really, really appreciated how hands-on she was with all of these decisions as I have never done a project like this before. I gave them the go ahead and they put me on their schedule and estimated it would take five days from start to finish. Well, that’s exactly what it took!! They started on Monday and today, Friday, I have an incredibly beautiful and safe walk-in shower along with new flooring and trim work!! I cannot begin to express how much I love what they did with my bathroom!! Throughout the entire process, they remained polite, efficient, and a lot of fun to be around!! They cleaned up thoroughly every night and left my house spotless when they finished today!! Because of their careful work and expertise, they were able to find creative solutions to a couple of small issues that came up during the process and I was continuously impressed with their professionalism! Lisa and DJ know their stuff!! I highly and emphatically recommend them for any construction job You are considering!! And, they do not take a penny of your money until your project is completed to your satisfaction!! You will not find a better team out there!! So they did work on a friend of mines house always late, kids running around, their clothes were all wet and damage and her furniture that was in the house was damage too, very very slow in doing the work, very unprofessional and really bad work. They said there going to be done by a specific date and that is a lie. I will never recommend them to no one! Do not waste your time or money.

Complete tear off roof. Elijah and his father and some crew members did my parents roof. They were late every day. Didn't start till after 10am. Elijah had his children and their mother come by often. They took the roof off and didn't cover it. It rained and completely damaged the inside of the house. After this, his sister who is a lawyer (Danielle Ponder) often made appearances as if to intimidate so we wouldn't sue which shows her character. It took them about a month or so to put a roof on and incorrectly. I gave one star because it started off great and we had high hopes. It ended in us losing thoughsands of dollars. I would not ever recommend Ponders Contracting as our experience with them was horrible. Waste of time and MONEY!

We have used Rock Emergency for two different house emergencies and they are excellent. Their response time was fast and they were able to give us the information we needed to work with our insurance to deal with the damages. All of their team is highly professional and answered all the questions that I had. I highly recommend Tommy, Ryan and the rest of the Rock team for any fire/water damage to your home or other properties.

We had a water emergency at our Adult Community and when we called Rock you responded to our situation and within an hour and were removing water. Daryl and his crew were extremely professional and respectful of our residents that were affected. They removed all damaged flooring and cabinets and left the site completely clean. The guys moved a complete apartment to another floor without hesitation. It is nice to see a young company/crew that really cares for others. I would recommend Rock for all emergencies. My basement flooded on Christmas night and it was a nightmare event to deal with as a homeowner and parent. I called Rock Emergency the next day and they were at my house within the hour. They thoroughly removed all the water, packed up the entire contents of my basement onto a storage container, and came back each day to check the readings and equipment to dry my floors and walls. They were kind, communicative, responsive, detailed, and went above and beyond! At a time when I was so stressed about the damage to my home and the stress of this event, it made a real difference to work with a company that made things easy and sent a crew that took time to explain each step to me, ask for my input along the way, and always do so with kindness. I highly recommend this company!

After waiting on another water restoration team for 2 weeks to help with water damage from an ice dam, I called Rock Emergency and they showed up within 4 hours. They explained the plan, showed me the real time measurements, and began setting up equipment. Over about 2 weeks, they came every day I was available to take measurements and adjust equipment. They were always prompt, professional and courteous. Very impressed with the team, and would recommend to anyone.
