Steve Mellor and his son (also Steve) are highly competent construction and remodeling specialists. They are very talented and have solutions for just about everything in the home.. They are highly professional and perfectionists in their work. Besides that they are very nice people.. A pleasure to deal with.

Steve transformed our outdated 90’s kitchen into a more functional gathering space for our family. We are beyond happy with our new custom kitchen and updated living room area. Steve and his son worked as a team to make our kitchen design a reality along with Jack Maas from VP Innovations. We originally thought we needed an addition, but Steve was able to literally move our wall 2ft into the garage to give us the space we needed. We had a weird half door pantry above the stair wall that Steve was able to fit a broom closet, cabinets and a built-in microwave. Steve is a true professional craftsman, and he takes great pride in his work. We loved his attitude of “not a problem” and his taste in music! We highly recommend working with Steve to remodel your home. We plan on being return customers!

In all our years working with Electrician ‘s plumbers and Handyman , Steve and Steve Junior are the best. You only need them as there isn’t anything they cannot do. They are trustworthy and reliable. Besides their Excellent workmanship they are the nicest people we had the pleasure to work with.

We had the best experience with Steve! Finishing our basement was the first big project we’d pursued as relatively new homeowners, so we were a bit nervous, but Steve really put as at ease. He explains everything thoroughly, listens to what you want out of your project, and is super responsive with any questions!

Our project is done on time, and looks better than we ever could have imagined or hoped for! Everything from the tile work, to the painting, to all the fine details really look top notch. It is very clear Steve and his son take pride in their work and don’t stop until things look perfect. I’m especially glad we went with the heated floor he suggested as well it makes the space so comfortable!

They built a custom wall unit in our family room for TV and fireplace that exceeded our expectations. They helped us hang a 300lb 6' mirror in our home, hooked up our outdoor kitchen, helped us hang some TV's / pictures, basically almost anything you need Steve can handle. We used Steve Mellor remodeling to upgrade our kitchen. Steve was very prompt from the beginning and coordinated everything very well with the designer, counter top installer, tile store. He and his young and capable crew were top-notch, thorough and paid excellent attention to detail. They were very courteous and patiently answered all our questions and accommodated any changes. Once started, they worked through to completion without long breaks, and their work was meticulous. Now I'm saving my pennies for a bathroom remodel!
