These guys were great! Very professional through the whole process. Everyone we interacted with from quote to payment was courteous and friendly.

Price was good, quality was great. It took several days to finish between the size of the job and interference of weather, but everything that was torn off was re-shingled and our yard was left cleaner than they found it at the end of every day.

Cory does an amazing job. We put on a new roof and he was great to deal with giving us all the information we needed to make our decisions. He did the work in the timeframe he mentioned. We even had him come fix 2 other items, one being a birds nest in our attic. He did a outstanding job getting the birds and nest out then closing the soffit. I highly recommend this company.

Last year, Rochester Premier patched up a leak in my roof. I saw a little bit of re-emergent leaking and called up Premier. A contractor came out that same day to check it out and came the next day to patch it up, all under warranty from the original repairs. I could not be more pleased with the quick and helpful response. I will definitely be using Rochester Premier in the future!

We recently replaced our roof including the decking and couldn't be more pleased. The crew was very professional and friendly. you could tell they had been together for a long time as their non-verbal communication and efficiency in the process of tear-off and re-roof was outstanding. We also appreciated how they worked around the weather so at no time was a portion of the roof left exposed to rain. After they left - the grounds around the house showed no signs of a tear-off as they were constantly cleaning up any debris and nails.

After the wind storm this year I called Rochester Premier Roofing and cory promptly came down to see and asset the damages . This is my first home and never delt with somthing like this or with insurance company for this kind of situation . cory help me and explained everything in detail thru the whole prossess and went up and beyond for me and my property . When it was time to get the full tear off done Cory and his crew came down professionally , clean and efficiently got the job done . Wat a amazing experience as a first time customer I would recommend Rochester Premier Roofing to anyone for ther roofing needs .

After coming out for an estimate, Cory never got back to us after several emails and calls. We moved on but that was disappointing.

I was very happy with the job Rochester Premier did for us. We had a difficult roof that 2 other contractors declined to bid. They start very close to their estimated date an were finished when they promised. The cleanup during the job and after completion was very good. I was pleased with how respectful and courteous the crew was. 3 Thumbs up!

It was more than a decade ago when a random Google search connected me with Cory Mcinroy and his team. The project was to re-side my house with a custom order shaker siding and full disclosure: not everything went perfectly. One of his crew members flaked a bit, and a mistake was made. But that’s what, in my opinion, sets Cory apart. He took full accountability for the problem and resolved it quickly and at his own expense. In fact, he was at our house doing the work himself before my wife even left for work at 7am. And considering that I’ve NEVER been part of a big project that didn’t have at least something go wrong, that accountability is a huge differentiator for Cory. Now fast forward five years or so and some of the siding came off in a wind-storm. I texted Cory. Cory came out the next day and fixed the issue, free of charge. Unexpected, but very much appreciated. And so it’s not only because of his craftsmanship (he’s really good at his job), but also because of his integrity  that I have gone back to Cory again and again—for my roof, then again to roof an addition we had put on. I recommended him to neighbors, to friends, and even to my own mother. And now, I’m highly, highly recommending him to you.

Amazing service, very professional with a very reasonable price. I would like to give 6 star if allowed. Compared with previous experience with a few roofing companies, Rochester Premier Roofing (RPR) is unbeatable. From now on, if there is similar roof problem again, I will contact Cory (the specialist of RPR) without any hesitation. It is my lucky that finally I found RPR, otherwise, I am still in nightmare of suffering from roofing problem without good service. First of all I'm very meticulous in everything I do. I consider myself a craftsman. I always say "Do it right the first time". I normally perform repairs myself and rarely trust anyone working at my home. If I'm going to hire anything done at my home, I expect the contractor to perform the job as good or better than I would do myself. Eric was very helpful in explaining the process and put my mind at ease. Cory went out of his way to please me and his crew were very polite and did a wonderful job on my 20+ year old roof replacement. I'm very pleased with the 50 Year Owens Corning Roof System that they installed. The work was performed perfectly, very clean, neat and nothing was damaged.

Rochester Premier Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof! The whole experience with them was positive, from quoting the job, scheduling the work, selecting the materials, all the way through to the actual work and clean-up.
