Honestly they are totally unprofessional and just terrible & shady people. I never received my security deposit back and they lied many times. When I first got my 2 bedroom it was very dirty. I basically had to clean it myself. They did absolutely nothing to make things better for me. I have nothing nice to say about them at all but I hope they both get the karma that they need .

The owner is very meticulous and really good. Had windows replaced and he had to do a lot of repair to fix things the previous owner had done wrong. I am very pleased with the results!

Very professional and work is always high-quality. Going over and beyond. They are very dependable and reliable. I was very pleased with all the work and great customer service. I highly recommend using this construction service. I have already recommend him to family and friends. Will be working with him on future projects.

We were very pleased with Dean & his crew for the siding work they did on our house. He went above and beyond the scope of the work to replace and repair damaged wood and framing underneath the old shake paneling. He replaced windows and doors and took extra time to repair old contractors poor work. We were extremely pleased with his patience, perseverance, and craftsmanship as there were way more repairs needed than originally planned adding weeks to the project. One of the more impressive things was watching him teach his young crew the proper way of doing these hard jobs and not to cut corners at the expense of the customer.

    EDIT 9/22:
How is it professional for you to talk about my living situation and threaten to post pictures of my house? You knew the job when you did the walk through. You had every right to reject the job if you were so concerned. I told you upfront how bad the mess was because of the foster cats, AND you walked through to see it for yourself.

Regarding the pictures, the “contract” you had me sign for the estimate did not include permission to take photographs INSIDE of my home (a private property). I will pursue legal charges if you feel the need to prove your “professionalism” by sharing photos of my private home.

I am not fabricating anything to do with this job. Do I feel you did a great job with the flooring and the wall? Absolutely. That’s not what this review is about. This review is about your lack of communication and the fact that you changed prices. And again, you STILL haven’t sent me ANY receipts for what I paid. The deposit I paid was for the entirety of the job, door included (which wasn’t done). I paid the remaining balance on the floor and the wall, and I need receipts along with capital improvement paperwork. We have a SIGNED piece of paper with the total and expected things to be done in the job, may I remind you.

Regarding ordering the door - you told me to try ordering it myself because home depot messed it up and I quote, “I don’t really want to deal with them”. I told you I didn’t know what to order and asked you if you had somewhere else you could try since you get contractor discounts. YOU offered to order it from Lowe’s. It took me emailing you SEVEN weeks later to find out you never even ordered it! If you remember, I also asked for the measurements for the door once you asked me to try ordering it. You never sent me any information.

I do not recommend this company. For starters, Dean (the owner) came through my home and was told everything that I wanted to hire them for. I emailed him the link to the flooring I bought so he could let me know if it was the kind he preferred working with, and then I'd have time to get something else if he asked me to. He never said anything about the flooring and when it came time to put the flooring down, he said he'd have to charge me more than what he estimated because it would take longer to lay down. On top of that, communication is awful. I was waiting for a custom door to come in and I only received updates if I asked for them. The most recent update, after waiting patiently for weeks, was that he never ordered it from Lowe's because he wouldn't get a contractor discount. Here I was thinking it was ordered and I was waiting, and he failed to tell me it wasn't ordered until I asked weeks later. Also, I have been asking for receipts since the beginning of the job. He told me I would get receipts when the job was finished, still haven't received receipts. I have emailed MULTIPLE times, and this job started back in March or April.

All To max is a company I trust and would recommend to anyone in need of a fresh new look for their home. Dean and his team are trustworthy, respectful, and knowledgeable. I Reached out to Dean to make a few changes to my back porch. what Dean designed and executed, was way beyond my imagination…. I’f you are looking for a company that cares about satisfying their customers and have a common goal of the perfect finish. All to max has you covered.

Steve recently completed a large kitchen renovation for us and I can't say enough great things about him and his team. Steve is truly a master of his craft and the kitchen came out more beautiful than we could have imagined or hoped for. The smallest details were always taken into consideration and his work is of the highest quality. He always responded to any concern or question I had and put us at ease throughout the process. He is extremely efficient and if any problems came up during the reno, he worked it out for us almost immediately. Steve is fantastic to work with and just a really nice guy. Very much recommended. Thank you so much, we will be back in the future for more business!

Steve is a true professional. Our kitchen required a complete remodel and my husband and I knew after our first meeting with Steve that his professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of his craft would be essential to carrying out our design. Throughout the project, Steve adhered to a (tight!) timeline, was extremely responsive to our questions and ideas, and proved to be a remarkable craftsman. In addition to the remodel, Steve also demonstrated his craft by building a custom built-in bookshelf to match the existing built-ins in our 1928 home and as he created trim and baseboards to match the original home design. In fact, we found our kitchen project to be so expertly executed that we look forward to working again soon with Steve!

Steve was a delight to work with. He remodeled our kitchen for 4 months. The job required taking the kitchen down to the studs. Part way through demolition he uncovered major structural flaws that had been causing our home to sag for years-and we didn’t know why. He was quick to suggest solution. Pleasantly he worked on this unforeseen problem which was not part of the original scope of the project. He went above and beyond to insure we were happy with the job. Steve is a very talented artist. He can demolish drywall plumbing electrical wood work install cabinets and appliances. He willingly works with other vendors to insure the job is done right for the customer. IE granite installation. We couldn’t be happier with the final product of our (MY-who am I kidding) dream kitchen, beautifully designed by David Senise. It’s beautiful!!! Steve is prompt and responsive with phone calls and messages. Honestly you’d be lucky to have Steve work on your project!! He started out as our contractor and has now become our friend.

Steve and Steven Mellor Jr. are life savers. They show up whenever needed or asked!! They are the definition of true craftsmanship. And they are nice people to boot. They are priced right and worth every penny. Glad to call them friends. My new home looks great with their help. Electrical, design, Woodworking, and much more. No job too big and no job too small.

Steve remodeled our kitchen for us. We have had many projects done in our home and Steve is one of the best craftsmen we have known. He did all the work while we were out of state and his communication was amazing. We also appreciated his honesty when asked his opinion. It was very helpful when we were not aware of the new technology and he was. We would very highly recommend Steve.
