Steve Mellor and his team completed a beautiful full-renovation of a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in our 1920’s era home. They executed the project with superior craftsmanship and a meticulous attention to detail. Steve brought highly-valued knowledge and experience to our project along with a calm demeanor and can-do attitude. It was a pleasure working with Steve and we will enjoy our new bathroom for many years to come.

Steve Mellor and Steve Mellor Jr. are amazing. We decided to convert our cabana bathroom into a powder room. They removed a shower, leveled the floor, moved the toilet, completely refinished the walls, replaced floor tiles, moved the toilet and hung a vanity. They accomplished all this in a week. Were prompt, have amazing attention to detail, extremely clean and are so easy to communicate with. Don’t hesitate to have them do your job.

We did our Master bathroom remodeling recently and Steve, Scott and Colby were wonderful in getting the work done within 2 weeks. The final outcome looks great and we are happy with the amazing job done by them. We were guided through the entire process and they were so nice to deal with.I would highly recommend Steve and his team.

Steve was fantastic to work with and implemented my vision down to the smallest of details. He was also flexible in the process and was able to modify the original plans for my bathroom remodel since we had some challenges with fixture placement with sloped walls/ceilings in my tudor-style home. Got the job done right and very quickly, respecting the fact that this was my only full bathroom in the house!

Can’t say enough about the work that was done by Steve. From start to finish he was extremely professional and neat!! He was able to take my ideas and execute them beautifully. I could not be happier. In fact, hired him for more rooms. Highly recommend.

Steve and his team remodeled our kitchen in an old house in the city. The result was transformative. We went from a small, dark room with a cramped layout to a spacious, bright space with loads of storage and countertop. It is a pleasure to work in. And working with Steve was also a pleasure. He's very flexible and genuinely wants the finished product to be everything you wanted it to be. Highly recommended.

I’d like to give five stars to Steve Mellor and his son Steve Junior. I was out of town and they did a fabulous professional job installing lights and instant hot water to my house. I highly recommend them for any construction or contractor needs you may have. They went above and beyond.

Steve was on point with putting up our garage storage rack. He was able to help us figure out the best placement for it. He made sure to brace it as well..He also put up our retractable garden hose. We will have other more complex projects upcoming with him. He’s clearly a professional and very reliable.

Thanks to Steve for doing a beautiful corner mount of my outdoor TV and soundbar. I can easily swivel it to watch from my patio couch or while eating at the patio table. Steve even hid the electrical work in a trench on the post for a perfect, clean look. No visible wires anywhere!! I’m thrilled with this new addition to my patio! (Stucco texturing and painting of the post to be completed next to finish the job, but I wanted to share this now 😃)

We are so pleased with our kitchen remodel by Steve Mellor!! After 3 years of interviewing contractors we felt confident working with Steve and his remarkable craftsmen!! Its our dream kitchen. Steve seemed to know exactly what we were looking to do! During the remodel we were so impressed with Marty. Always on time spent at least an additional hour cleaning up before he left for the day. We trusted Steves crew and had no issues leaving our home when they were working. Our kitchen has transformed our home for the better. In addition we also worked with John Mass from VP supply. All I can say about Steve and his crew is WOW. From following the schedule that he gave us, to availability and response time during the build, it was way more than over the top.
If we needed to make a change or thought of another thing during the job, Steve just made it happen with a smile and a "yeah, we can do that" or "we can figure that out". Finished everything as promised and on schedule.
Yes, I would recommend and have recommended Steve to family, friends and anyone asking.
We look forward to our next job with him, knowing it will be done right and how we want it.
I am looking forward to our new range coming in. Order that early as ours was ordered a year ago last February with a due date of around early March.

I purchased a house with only one bathroom and that bathroom was unusable. I had a very short time to get the house ready for us to move in. Steve was the only contractor who could fit us into their schedule AND get the bathroom completed in 3 weeks! Steve and Steve Jr installed a new bathroom vanity in my house, lighting, and a shelf under the mirror. I had a bunch of other people look at it and did not feel comfortable with what they were proposing. The vanity is wood and not pressboard. It was tricky to get it to fit, but Steve and Steve Jr pulled it off and it is beautiful piece of work. Outstanding job and I wish I could give you 10 stars.

We used Steven P. Mellor Remodeling Inc. for a project in our home that included built ins in our great room and den/office, as well as molding in our entryway and ceiling beams in our great room. Really happy with the final product of my small master bath remodel. Everything was as expected and Steve was happy to answer all my questions on product selection. On the first day of demo, Steve and team came up with a couple small changes that improved the design. We had a big renovation – kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and flooring throughout our 1st floor. Steve’s expertise and experience were evident the first time he saw our home! He understood what I wanted and suggested design ideas that improved functionality and elevated the appearance of the spaces.
Steve was called out of town unexpectedly during our renovation, which was unfortunate, but he was in constant contact with his crew who did the work. His crew were talented, did an excellent job, and tried to make it as comfortable for us as possible during the renovation. Steve’s contacts (for cabinetry, countertop, flooring, shower glass) were exceptional, offering useful assistance and high-quality products!
Steve’s main concerns are quality, functionality, and making sure we were satisfied. He was always available to discuss whatever was on our mind and did whatever he could to accommodate all of our requests and extra jobs. Our new spaces look beautiful, even better than I had envisaged!
