Paul went out of his way to educate us and give us everything we needed to understand the depth of what we were facing with a mold issue. He provided the reassurance we needed that we could overcome this with the right help. This isn’t an easy thing to handle but with his help it’s far less daunting than it was before.

Our town house flooded due to faulty plumbing lines, after we where told it was safe to move back in by our Management company only a week later we had concerns that they cut corners. Ryan came out on a moments notice and tested the floors, and walls showing us that our concerns where not unfounded. Rock came out to my house to assist with draining my house and yard from the flash flood that hit Webster. They showed up pretty quick with equipment but realized they needed more pump power. Additional and bigger pumps were brought to my house. A few feet of water in both my house and back yard was drained within a handful of hours with the last two gentlemen leaving around 1am. I’m so thankful for their responsiveness and assistance.

We were experiencing a leak as we were preparing to open our new business and needed someone to respond quickly for same day assistance. Paul and two other workers showed up in less than 30 minutes and swiftly took care of the problem. They assessed the damage and gave us our options and got to work immediately to remedy the situation. Paul was truly so good to us and we highly recommend him. After a roof leak we had a fairly extensive mold issue. Rock Emergency (Paul and Craig) came in and did a great job taking care of the mold and left us in a great position to repair the roof and get back up and running quickly

ROCK was amazing when we flooded during a freak rainstorm. We called them at 5 am and they returned our call immediately. The crew wasted no time getting to work. They dried us out and would periodically check in to see what the moisture reading said. We ended up needing to demo a room that was too water damaged to save and had mold. They taped everything off and got busy. Fred the project manager was super helpful and made sure we got started right away. All of the ROCK employees were helpful, professional and polite. It was miserably hot and nasty work but all the employees stayed on task and were friendly and cleaned up before leaving for the day.

Slow to notify person who was installing or m a king counter tops when the sink and dishwasher were put back first the sink started leaking and now the dishwasher is leaking waiting for maintenance to come fix because who knows how soon you would be here. On the other hand everything that was rap was done very well only lost one salt and pepper set. The people were pleasant to walk with if handled a little bit better I thought the time it took could have been shorter.

After discovering a water leak in my upstairs bathroom resulting from a hole in exterior wall in attic, I called Rock Emergency and spoke with Dave who took my contact info. I was immediately contacted by Paul who took the time to assess the problem over the phone with me . He reviewed pictures, videos etc. and determined this could be an issue I could remedy myself. He provided me with detailed instructions on how to clean up water, discolored insulation and fill in hole in wall. Paul could not have been more patient , professional and polite . Thank you!!!

Rock Emergency is the real deal! I am a facility manager for a commercial warehouse and I got that early morning phone call that you never want to get: “the warehouse is flooding and taking on more water!” When I got there me and my team sprung into action, but we quickly realized we were no match for the amount of water pouring into the building.
It just so happened that about a month prior to this, Paul and Craig from Rock Emergency were at my facility seeing what they could do for us. Well let me tell you, I am so glad I had their number. I called Rock in and in under 30 minutes they were at our door with two vac trucks and a team of workers with squeegees in hand.
