Had these guys put a 14' x 17' sun room on the back of our house. Some of the best construction I've seen. They show up on time and complete the job on time!! If there was any question or problem, Jose would make any changes without question. They also did a lot of extras in our house that needed attention, with what I think were very reasonable charges. I would highly recommend them for any construction job.

Flour City Construction completed installation of a new ceiling in my living room and hallway, painted ceilings and walls in those rooms and repaired walls and painted where my electric heating units had been removed. All of the employees working at my home provided quality work. Jose, the owner, oversaw the work to completion and responded immediately to any of my questions or concerns. In addition, as the work progressed, I found a couple of small additional jobs that I wanted done and they wrapped it into the overall original quote. The work was great. The price was reasonable. I recommend Flour City Construction highly.

Nichol's was fantastic to work with. It was between Nichol's and another GC, but after the initial site walkthrough where the construction was to occur, it was clear that we were going to choose Nichol's. Every aspect of this project was seamless; from initial site walkthrough, design, permitting, construction, all the way through receiving the Certificate of Occupancy. Our technology is a First of a Kind technology, so there were so many unknowns along the way that have not been experienced before, however together we were able to work through each one with their guidance. Even after the original scope of work was completed, Nichol's stuck with us to troubleshoot unforeseen issue during our startup period. This project had a very strict timeline and was high risk for our company. Nichol's understood that and went as far as to work multiple potential scopes of work in parallel to mitigate risks and keep us on schedule. Project management was amazing. The project manager always picked up the phone, was on-site every day, and helped us work through problems with suggested solutions. We ultimately finished the project weeks ahead of schedule. I highly recommend.

Outstanding work performed by the Nichols construction team. Had them come in and excavate out a 55' x 55' pad of concrete in a manufacturing plant then repour it to the depth I needed. The Nichols Team and my organization, Renaissance Academy Charter School of the Arts, partnered together to do a large scale multi-phase construction project. We chose to do a design-build method and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are true professionals. The quality of work performed was second to none. The Nichols Group completed our state of the art facility in 2020.
The entire project stayed on or before schedule even with complications (Pandemic), supplies were properly sourced and installed with great attention to detail, and regular and complete updates were shared.
