CS TV. A plus rating. Dealt directly with O'Neil Campbell. He installed the Amazon Fire Stick and set up my internet tv. Great service, great price and a phenominal local business!!! Get rid of cable tv and the ridiculous prices. Will use CS TV for other products down the road.

I get the impression that they are kind people. I also get the impression that he was having a really difficult day, however, I feel the need to write this so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. The gentlemen showed up, after considerable planning and communication and when he wasn't understanding the details of the mount, he said "I quit" and walked out saying he was having a bad day and didn't want to do the install. I was as kind as could be given the situation, but I am very disappointed. I am also really sorry to have to write this review, but he cost me money (babysitting) as well.

He was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing two T.V.’s in our 50 year old home! We found him patient, kind and respectful. We Recommend his work!

Campbell services Called promptly to schedule and arrive on time for the appointment. They did a very professional job with the installation and placed it right where I wanted it. I payed a very reasonable price for them to come with a mount kit.

Quality work! We wanted our tv mounted above the fireplace to give us additional space in our living room. Unfortunately, the cable outlet was far away and we didn’t know how we could hide the wires. CS was our solution! Would highly recommend them!

Mr. Campbell is professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He mounted a 55 inch television for us over our fireplace, which included brackets and multiple devices, and installing Two electrical outlets. He is a perfectionist, cleverly hiding the wires, and all devices well-organized. He did a beautiful job, and even stuck around to help us log on to check that the television worked. I would give him more stars if I could.

I wanted to write a review for the company CS (Campbell Services) TV Mounting in Rochester, NY.
I first would like to start off by saying how refreshing it is to deal with a company who actually listens to their clients’ needs and takes the time to explain the best solution to meet them.
I recently stop my cable service and wanted to go back to just getting my local channels the old fashion way over the air with a outside TV Antenna. I contacted CS and informed them want I would like to do. They informed me want my options were. I proceeded and purchased an Antenna and had CS TV Mounting installed the Antenna. When the service tech came to my door he was extremely polite and let me know what he was going to do. He took down my old dish I was using and reused the existing tripod that was bolted into my roof and installed the new over the air antenna. After the installation the tech program all of my TV’s to make sure I was getting a clear image. I’m very pleased of this whole transaction with CS TV Mounting in Rochester, NY and would highly recommend them. In fact, in the near future I’m planning on doing a wall mounted TV and would certainly contact them again.

Very happy with the job O'Neil Campbell has done hanging my art securely on the walls of my manufactured home. It was done with speed and with obvious experience at a reasonable rate. I have more pictures to be hung and o'Neils name and phone number are in my phone book.

O'Neil has done TV mounting and hiding wires In 2 of my houses. Each time he has been on time and had everything he needed for the job. He has a tarp he lays out to collect dust and debris. Both times, the TV and wiring has looked perfect! I'm already in the works to have him do some other installs around the house.

CS (Campbell Service) TV Mounting gave us a fantastic project. O'Neil was quick are responsive from estimate to installation. CS installed a wall mounted TV, surround sound and gave us a tutorial at completion. Days later (after payment) when I was struggling with a sound issue on a Sunday afternoon I contacted him and he responded within minutes to help me resolve. I have never posted a google review; this is the first. I rely on other peoples experience when I make decisions and want to give credit where it is due. I was put in contact with Campbell Services through the Thumbtack website. Through the website you can request the TV mounting service and put in information such as: size of the tv, how many you want mounted, what time you'd like the service done, etc. I was contacted by O'Neil within the hour and from there we went on to schedule a time to come to my house that same night. He was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient with his services. Even though he may have taken a bit longer than I was expected for two televisions to be mounted and a projector; I appreciated him taking that time because I feel confident that they were done right. During the project we talked about his process in mounting the electronics and I was really impressed with his expertise and attention to detail. I would completely recommend Campbell Services for any future entertainment installations that I will need done. In fact, we have already scheduled our sound bar to be mounted to the tv and projector wires to be run inside the walls for this weekend. Great work, great individual, and he didn't charge an arm and a leg. Can't recommend enough!

O’Niel was a professional the entire time. I gave him a pretty complicated job with my stone fireplace mount and he not only made it flawless and ran electrical, but was clean and incredibly personable. Highly recommend for any installation or mounting that needs to be done.

I seriously can not give enough stars. O’Neil was super responsive and extremely friendly. He installed my fan and I asked him to look at my garage motor to my garage door opener and he took the time to help me install it. Truly a great man and his work was fantastic. I had O'Neil come to do 2 TV installations. He is a gentleman and very professional. He did a terrific job for me and helped me to understand the functions of my "smart" TV"s. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call him again if I decide to upgrade the sound system.
