Great service as always! Our technician, Jesh, was fantastic—professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire visit. We had an old, leaking sink that needed attention and ultimately decided to replace both the sink and faucet. I will add we went from a 2 bay sink to a one bay sink so the plumbing underneath needed to be reconfigured. Jesh clearly explained the scope of work and walked us through every step of the process. The job was handled with care and done right. The pricing was reasonable, especially compared to another quote we received from a different plumbing company who wanted pretty much double of the amount I paid! I have no complaints for the quality of work that was done. Jesh and Nichols make sure you are satisfied and will take care of you. Highly recommend! Ben and Jake were so knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my home. They asked clarifying questions as needed to ensure the project was completed exactly as I wanted. They were also kind (and kindly answered my many questions so I could better understand what was happening).
