O’Neil is awesome. First off, very reasonable. Secondly, very professional, great at communicating, and impressively informative. He even went above and beyond to help me determine what some unknown wiring was for in a new home. Look forward to working with him again!

O'Neil did such a wonderful job. He was $200-350 less than his competitor but to be honest there really is NO COMPETITION. I'm so happy with his work that I'm having him come back to install cable service. I will definitely be recommending him to my family, friends and co-workers.

Beyond impressed with this company! I had a not so great experience with a different TV mounting company who were asking nearly 3 times the price I paid with CS, only to tell me the job wasn't possible. O'Neil arrived within 30 minutes of me calling to make the appointment and assured me that the job could be done. Within an hour they we're finished and it was done perfectly. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to using them in the future.

RUINED OUR FLOOR AND WALL AND HASN'T FIXED OR PAID. - Contracted CS Services to mount a television over our fireplace in early July 2018. Placed a $50.00 Deposit on the contract for his services. Mr. Campbell arrived to install. He stated he would just need to cut out a section of drywall on the side or the fireplace and place a outlet cover over it. He stated he would run the wires all through the wall and we would only have the outlet visible. Mr. Campbell proceeded to cutout the outlet area and went into the unfinished part of the basement to drill into the wall area to run the cords into the outlet on our first floor next to the fireplace. Once him and I proceeded upstairs and we observed the area, it became clear that he drilled a hole in out 1 year old hardwood floor that was approximately a foot and a half away from the wall where he was trying to access. Our discussion was that I would have our floor guy, replace that section of the floor, sand and stain.

O’Neil professionalism is shown with the result of the work; his respect for our time given his promptness was appreciated. His knowledge of his craft gives value to any q&a. The warranty on the work is a plus. We would highly recommend Campbell Services for future jobs.

Marcus was amazing! We wanted to mount a 65 inch TV in our basement. I tried using Angi but the prices were very high and scheduling was a few weeks out. I called Friday afternoon and they were able to come the following day to do the installation. He added an outlet behind the TV to hide the cords which was a great addition and creates a cleaner look to the space. Pricing is very reasonable and they were able to get me taken care of in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!!

O'Neil is excellent! Timely, precise, and professional. We had him hang several pieces of art on our walls and it came out incredible! He also wore and mask and show coverings while in our home. Excellent work. will definitely use again!!!

Charged 4 hours to replace a receiver in a ceiling fan. $100 an hour. 20 min job max. Comical

This business no longer at this location. The self-employed electrician no longer lives at this address. Mail will be discarded, it has been 7 years now since this change occurred.

The problem was that the breaker didn't throw despite losing power, the breaker would sizzle and flipping it on didn't necessarily bring the power back online. After some research into the issue, this is obviously a bad breaker.
Pro: The price was ok and the work was fine.
Con: The first time he came out he flipped the switch, saw there was power and promptly left. I messaged him and his advice was to "throw the breaker harder". He claims that is a thing, after asking around I am certain it isn't. On his 2nd visit he switched the breaker and everything seems to be working properly.
Takeaway: he will do the work but you have to follow him around like a puppy being potty trained so it may not be worth it.

I hired Walt to completely redo a 4 unit city home that I gutted. We agreed to 12,000 for a price and I agreed to give him a $5000 deposit and $1000 per month there after. After 2 more payments it became very obvious that he was not showing up and was behind how much I had paid him. At this point I stopped paying him and communicated that I would like him to catch up before I continued my payments (he agreed). I’m glad I did! He gave me every excuse in the world why he wouldn’t be there and he always would say I’ll be there tomorrow and I only have 1-2 days left. At least seven times he did that and would come back for an hour or two and then he stopped showing up and stopped responding to me and stopped accepting my calls completely! It took at least eight or nine months before I gave up and talked to the city about switching electricians since he had pulled the permit. It was a nightmare for other people to come in and try to figure out where he had left off and what wires were what. Being that this was a four unit house there were wires everywhere. Like I said at the end he just stopped communicating with me. He never finished his job and I have done nothing to deserve that. I wasn’t being a difficult customer and I was being extremely patient and I let him lie to me over and over. I paid him what we agreed to and he always had access to the job. I never held him up with anything on my end he just turned out to be a terrible contractor! What makes me most sad about this review is that they make me automatically give him one star. He is an extremely grumpy old man and constantly is swearing at his nephew and treating him badly right on your job. I wouldn’t recommend him for anything because you don’t know if he’ll show up or try to steal from you.

Called Lopez electric about an issue at one of my rental properties. From start to finish I give them an A+ the communication was spot on and very professional. From the first initial phone call I already knew I trusted them the way they answered my questions you know they truly cared to help. I did not get that feeling from calling other local electricians. Do not hesitate to reach out they truly take pride in themselves this is hard to find nowadays!
