Ellenwood ELECTRIC to the rescue! They found a short in an outlet installed by the crew who put on the addition to this 150 year old city house last year. Moral of the story? Always hire a certified electrician for home repairs! Ellenwood ELECTRIC is the best!

Had an appointment scheduled for today (9/8/2022) for the 1st call at 10:00.A.M. in the morning. I called the number listed more than twice to follow up to see if technicians are coming today or not so I can plan my day according but no response. I even confirmed an appointment over the phone with the owner of the business but still technician was a no call no show and there wasn't any follow-up as well or any calls prior to arrival.

Called Him for an estimate on a electrical panel replacement the guy was very rude and dodged all my requests to have him set up an appointment. If your looking for an electrician skip this guy, his attitude speaks volumes on the type of work he does.

Waited for over a month for them to do work. (that was fine)

Day of my appointment they didn't show up
-They said they called (I had no missed called)
-They said they left a voicemail (I have no voicemails)
-They said they were at my house (I have no security camera footage of them there)

So when I talked to the owner (who called me with the same number they supposedly called originally), they said they would have to reschedule me so I would have to wait another month. I found this to be unacceptable seeing as this wasn't my fault.

As you can see there was no attempt to call. I don't know if it's because I have an out of state area code that confused the employee and they called the wrong number?

Additionally this is an apartment building so even if they showed up and rang doorbells, they would not have been able to get the right person to let them in.

Fantastic! Two guys came, I think one may have been more in training, maybe an apprentice (which is a good thing). They were on time, personable, and good with the dog. They wore masks and got right to work. It took less than half an hour, and the price was reasonable. Very pleased, will use them again.
