I love my garden, but there were few trees in the garden which were too old and dry trees. And I need to cut them off before someone gets into trouble. Last week I hired KD Rochester tree service from Brockport for their service. The tree-cutting service was understanding and respectful of our attachment to the tree. They carefully removed it without damaging any part of our property. Now, we sleep better knowing our home is safe, and the team even left us some wood for our fireplace!

I was looking for someone to take down my very old maple tree. They have be the best deal and I don't regret hiring them for the service. It looks a couple of weeks for them to start due to their high demand and weather. For the job itself they took around 12 hours and 3 people to take care of the tree. I'm very satisfied with the job and they cleaned up my front yard pretty well when they were done. I highly recommend the service.

Recently had KD Tree service take down a big old pine that was next to power lines and leaning towards the house. The crew showed up on time and made quick work of the pine. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. Those guys deserve a raise.
And cost was reasonable.

Over Memorial Day weekend, a large four-trunk willow tree in my yard split, with two of the trunks falling into my neighbors' yards. Understandably, my neighbors were anxious for the mess to be cleaned up quickly. I contacted four tree service companies that day. One came out to give an estimate but couldn’t start for several days. Two others couldn’t even provide estimates right away.

KD Tree Service was the only company that gave me an estimate the same day and was able to begin work on that Sunday. They took the entire tree down in one day, removed the wood a couple of days later, and ground the stump shortly after that — all during a period of rain that could have easily delayed the work further.

Their crew was friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me well-informed every step of the way and handled everything efficiently. Their cost was very favorable compared to the other company that gave me an estimate. I’m very grateful for their prompt service and would absolutely recommend KD Tree Service to anyone needing tree work done quickly and professionally.

This crew did great work at a great price. They removed what I estimate was a 70 foot pine right next to a garage and a power line with no issues.

Leaving four stars because the schedule for getting the work done was unclear until the night before, and when the crew showed up in the morning, they decided they needed access to the neighbor's yard, which was not previously discussed - this caused a bit of confusion since the neighbor was not home and I could not get in contact with him. They also left their bobcat in my yard for two days after the work was completed.

KD Tree Service was absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, and knowledgeable. They took care, to make sure my grass wasn’t damaged, and they handled everything in a timely manner. I will hire them again for more tree services in the future. I encourage anyone reading this to hire this company, and pay them their price, it’s worth every penny because it’s hard work! KD Tree did a fine job of removing a tree, trimming branches from another, and removing the stump as well as an old stump in our yard. Everything was cleaned up so well and so neatly that you almost couldn’t tell they’d been here. When I wasn’t satisfied with the amount of limbs trimmed because of a misunderstanding, they came out again within two days and took more off to my satisfaction. The workers were really polite. The cost was very reasonable. I recommend them.

When a large tree limb come down on my fence during a storm, found it was rotted thru the center & in need of removal. My daughter's employer had them do some work for him and recommended them to me. Was able to work out a price to have two trees removed! Sam & his guys did a great job getting both of those large (100") trees down & out safely and in a timely fashion. Would use them again!

The tree service was prompt and seem less! Very happy with the service. We would definitely use them again!! They cut the wood up into small pieces so we can easily use it for firewood. We definitely appreciated it.

I've now have had two great experiences with KD Tree Service that have far exceeded my expectations. At the end of April, I had a tree split in my front yard and completely blocked my driveway. I got home to a very stressful situation and immediately called as a few tree service companies. KD Tree Service was professional and immediately got back to me that night and gave me an estimate over the phone based on my pictures and google images of the tree. The price was very reasonable. They came the next morning to clear the driveway and were great at communicating when they'd be back to take care of the stump grinding. They cleaned up the area so well that I was even able to mow right after they removed the tree without having to pick up any debris!
I was so impressed with their professionalism that when they returned to grind the stump, I had them look at a questionable tree in my backyard. They agreed that it was no longer healthy and gave me a reasonable price for removal and stump grinding. This tree was not urgent so they fit me in as they could which is completely okay by me! This tree was tricker and required more equipment as it close to a fence, several other trees, and power lines. They spaced this out to three visits and each time, left the yard very neat. 100% would recommend KD Tree Service and if I am ever in need of tree services in the future, I will instantly call them.

KD tree did an excellent job removing 4 trees from my backyard. The project was complex with large trees but KD tree completed the work within a reasonable budget and timeframe.
