Alex and his team did an amazing job cleaning out my gutters. The communication leading up to his arrival was excellent and he even sent me before and after pictures and a video of him clearing up a clog in my downspouts. Highly recommended!!!

I requested a last minute gutter cleaning and Alex was able to fit me right in his busy schedule. They did a great job, were respectful of my property and made sure that I was 100% satisfied. Alex repaired a damaged gutter and cleaned the remaining gutters. I would never call anyone else for this type of work. Thank you for your professionalism and phenomenal work. I forgot what water trickling down the downpipes sounded like, they were so bad! 😂 10/10 recommend

Alex got me on his schedule faster than Jimmy Johns makes sandwiches and that’s saying a lot! Him and his team did an amazing and thorough job and event sent me photos of their work. Price was great and will absolutely call them again!

I fired the other company and contract to clean my gutters and downspouts because they'd just go up with a leaf blower and wouldn't flush or clear the downspouts, and everything clogged up again quickly. I hired High Falls Property to do the job and I was very pleased at the careful work Brett did, and taking before and after pictures of the gutters to show me was a nice touch.

No one does it better in the Rochester area. Great company to work with.

A+++ Never met a nicer pair of guys. They went beyond what i think other places would do and they gave me an awesome deal. My carpets looked brand new after and i swear i stopped sniffling and snoring as much... at least that's what my husband says. I wouldn't recommend ANY other company for professional cleaning. Thank you guys!!!

I Did some research online and decided to go with BriteStar. I'm very glad I did. They scheduled me for the next day, arrived ten minutes early and did a remarkable job on our carpets. The best aspect was that the price I was quoted was the price i received. They did a fantastic job, worked hard the whole time and were very polite and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend and will be calling them for service in the future.

Where do I start..... this company destroyed a customer of my company’s
Moldings and doors with negligence.

They damaged my own furniture in my home and left a residue all over it that smelled like stale cheese then blamed my wife.

The final straw was seeing that they posted a bad review on Christian flooring a company I own and one they have never been a customer of.

I thought about not posting this but after reading their consistent negative reviewing, dozens of them, I felt it time to speak up. I do not know the owners or management Of this company personally but felt that using my real name to leave this message was a nice way of posting in an accountable and honest manner.
