I’ve had 3 of my rugs cleaned by Yaeger. I thought one of them was totally ruined from a paint spill that happened at my home. They have the professional expertise needed and now all of the paint is gone. My Persian Joshaghan was saved. Thank you Yaeger!

The team at Yaeger's did an outstanding job cleaning a large red wine stain out of our light blue 35 year old oriental carpet. After the cleaning the carpet is almost brand new. Thank you so much for restoring our carpet.

We had a shop-vac full of smelly, filthy water leak onto a beautiful area rug. I thought for sure it was ruined. Well, I took it into Yaeger's and they got it looking and smelling like new !!! It's back in our hallway and I'm thrilled !! An absolute 5 STARS !! Thank you Pam and company !!

Took my family rug to this place that’s been passed down from 4 generations. Had more dirt than fabric when I brought it in. I came to pick it up and it looked brand new !!! the excellent work and customer service I get here will keep me a regular.

In 45 years I've had multiple dogs and accumulated multiple area or oriental rugs. In my last move I decided to have every rug professionally cleaned to really enjoy fresh air. I tried Yaeger rug cleaners and was thrilled with their everyday courtesy, care with transport, cleaning results and reasonable cost. I have recommended them to friends, and after 10 rugs done will continue to love my dogs, and both utilize and reccomend Yaegers.

A very professional and high level of care business. Jimmy who cleaned my carpet was meticulous and took the time and cleaned a white area carpet that I though wasn't salvageable to nearly a new condition. I was referred to them by a close friend and I will also highly recommend them.

Damaged my beautiful rugs. Owner did not take responsibility for the damage. I regret so much trusting this business. I wish I saw a candid review before taking my rugs here. Would give a zero or negative star rating if that was a choice. Not even worth a 1 rating.

My friend laid on my couch and she had the most disgusting oil perfume on that I have ever smelled in my whole life. I tried to get the smell out but nothing worked. A week passed and it still smelled. It made my whole apartment smell! And I couldn't even sit on the couch because then my clothes would smell. So I brought all the cushions to Yaeger. :) I just got the cushions back from them and the smell is completely gone! I am so happy! I am sitting on the couch now as I am writing this. Thank you Yaeger! And the staff was very friendly. I had a great experience and highly recommend Yaeger and would definitely use this company again. :)

Absolutely amazing company with the best staff. Very responsive to my families needs on the areas of concern on our carpets. During these unpredictable times with covid 19 and everything else they were very cautious and wore masks, not only were they showing Respect for us as homeowners but also with utmost professionalism. These guys are not carpet cleaners they are carpet professionals. I had paint in my carpet and they warned me it may never come out but guess what the carpet professionals at yaeger made this happen. They worked so hard for people they didn't know and when they saw how relived and happy we were the pride on their face of the great job they did was something words cannot describe. You can tell the people of this company take pride in what they do they enjoy what they do and the way they act in your home and the way they speak to you and that they return your phone calls you know they take the job seriously and they take your time seriously and to me nothing speaks more professionalism than that. If you have any issues with carpet with any kind of carpet for that matter called these guys they will come in they will evaluate if they can do it they will do it to the highest degree possible. The thing is they always seem to be in a pleasant mood customer service you can tell they take it very very seriously there you are number one at that moment when you are getting your carpets cleaned by this company. and it's nice to know that the person that's going to come to your home be there since packed and take the rug or clean it within your home are going to be nice respectful and you can tell their company has a great culture due to the way the staff work. It speaks volumes. And the price of services has always been more than fair, you feel like you are stealing from them because they do such a great job and charge such a fair amount. When my carpet guy gets done I always tip him because I appreciate how they make my life easier as a mom of 3. So if you're carpets or you know anyone looking for a reliable service, great staff, friendly courteous customer service, professionalism at the highest degree then please look no more we have it here right in Rochester New York! Excellent experience! Our oriental rug was picked up, cleaned, and returned as we requested three weeks later after our big paint project. . Price was fair and rug looks great. Delivery men moved furniture for us to place rug. Great customer service, we recommend this company.

Yaeger staff are top notch! Pam, in the office, is extremely dedicated to helping customers who phone with questions. Dave, the technician, spot cleaned and steamed cleaned our rugs safely and efficiently. My rugs look great! Thank you very much Yaeger! Highly recommend

The technician was verry professional and did an excellent job cleaning our wall-to-wall carpet in our family room. We also had them clean an area rug at their business. In both cases the work was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price was also very reasonable!

Had over 10 area rugs cleaned and they all came back damaged. 5 of the rugs are expensive oriental rugs that were in mint condition when they were picked up and are now in terrible condition - the sides are tattered and the pile has been reduced. Yaeger is denying the damage, which is ridiculous because they have before and after pictures that clearly show the dramatic change. I do not recommend this company. Find another company.

In response to your most recent reply, that is the correct record you located. The rugs were 100% damaged by you. They were in pristine condition when I dropped them off and I am still sick over the damage, years later. If you are willing to help resolve this, please lee me know. In the past, we took 3 rugs here to have them cleaned, they were done in a matter of 2 weeks. The cleaning was just "okay" but i accept some fault as we should have had them cleaned a lot sooner. However, in the last 8 months, we took 1 rug in on its own and it took over 1 month to get it back and we had to call to check on the status. Reluctantly dropped off another 2 rugs -- back in February and it's now the middle of May and still have not received them back. We called last week and they said it would be another week or two. It shouldn't take 3+ months to clean 2 rugs or they should be upfront at drop off. Will never go there again.

I had my living room carpet cleaned and didn’t know what to expect because it was my first time using a carpet cleaning company. The overall experience was great. The service guy was professional, on time, and willing to explain the process. They are reasonably priced and did a Fantastic job. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them back or recommend them to friends. I can’t give this place enough stars. I brought my favorite rug ever in and they were amazing from start to finish. He even brought it out to my car. Such a good genuine business that deserves so much support.
