Mike and his team were great! They arrived perfectly on time and were done in under an hour with the cleaning. Due to snow they couldn't put the new cap on but will reschedule for when the roof thaws. He did say he'd keep the cap in his truck and install it between jobs if the opportunity arises. But really I'm just happy I can have a fire before Christmas 😊😊 I was thoroughly impressed with how quick and CLEAN they were too. I will only be going to Mike and his team for any future chimney needs. I highly recommend!

We had a broken flue, umsafe firebox, and an aesthetically terrible chimney and Eastside Chimney took care of all of our problems. Mike and his team were prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. Mike was very knowledgeable and personal and I could not be happier with the work his crew did. Highly recommend and I'll be having them back for more work.

Mike and his team did an amazing job redoing the Firebox and taking care of the crown so water was no longer coming in. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain exactly what needed to be done, even taking pictures of the chimney so I could see exactly what it looked like without going up on the roof. The price was fair and clearly explained. They were very polite, and ensured my home was clean when they were done with their work. I Highly Recommend them to anyone needing work done. You won't be disappointed by this company. 10/10 for quality service.

Mike repaired our chimney that had been leaking for years thru several failed attempts by others to fix it. We're extremely pleased with the work and professionalism of both he and his crew. Our attic is now drier than it has been in many years. We also had him repair the entire foundation of our 100+ year old house (based on the good work he performed on the chimney). In both cases he did what needed to be done, when he said he would do it and at a fair price. I can't ask for anything more.

The team that came out to the job were very professional and fixed the crown and cracks, replaced the caps and waterproofed. Very happy with the work and the experience. Mike did a great job on fixing the crown of my chimney which had become a mess. He came out quickly and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time and the chimney is back functional. Had another company give an estimate that was significantly more money. I'd recommend Mike to anyone that needs chimney work done.

We just had our chimney rebuilt by East Side Chimney. I handle the house repairs and contractor payments/interviews before my husband and I hire anyone. I was so impressed with the knowledge of every person I spoke with at the company and not a single one said "do you need to talk to your husband and get back to me?" The crew was at our house working through extreme heat for days. They were respectful, surprisingly quiet and cleaned up every day before leaving. Whenever I had a question they would answer with great detail, and I never felt I was bothering them wanting to know information about the repair. The chimney looks amazing, and we are so excited to use it this winter. I would highly recommend East Side Chimney for not only their quality work, but their respectful employees!

I contacted Tom & he set up a repair for my chimney which was done wonderfully before I had my roof replaced. It had a crack that went from end to end , Justin & his team did a great job!

Ingram’s is by far the WORST place I’ve ever been through. Everything they said was wrong and didn’t even make sense to other chimney places who came after them. They are all about getting money and NOT safety! Defiantly do not recommend unless you like a hassle, rude workers and your money stolen from you.

It was a difficult beginning with appointment missed, however Tom came out and did a thorough inspection of the chimney. He pointed out things on the exterior that needed some work in the future. Personable and thorough.

Had our chimney cleaned and inspected today! The gentlemen that came were prompt and efficient! Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. We will definitely utilize their services in years to come.

I highly recommend Ingram’s. They were courteous, polite and efficient. Everything was left clean and were conscientious in doing so. Tom was very informative as well. I will be calling them every year or so for cleaning and inspection in the future.
