Mike at Upstate Air was able to quickly change out a thermostat in one of our offices today. Their Safety & Savings Program provides me with the reassurance that whether it be hot or cold, they will take care of the problem.

Upstate Air helped us out in a jam. We just moved into our house and we’re dreading another cost. Upstate Air came and made some small adjustments and repairs and the heat is back to normal- this was a big deal due to having a one month old in the house. Mike from Upstate Air showed up on time and in a professional manner. He took a lot of pictures and took time to explain what was going on in each picture. He gave us a diagnosis for what was going on with our furnace and why there was no heat. He explained that a key part was broken and needed to be replaced. He had the part on his service truck and was able to fix the issue right away with no issues. When he replaced the part, our furnace was back up and running and we have heat again. Great job, Mike and Upstate Air!

Over the past year, Mike has replaced several parts in our AC and Heating Systems. He did a great job. Several times he has been out to your house this past year, he has been very friendly and courteous. He answered all our questions in a very pleasant and assuring manner, making sure we received thorough and complete answers. His work was performed in a conscientious and quality manner. We very much enjoyed our experience having Mike provide service for our AC and Heating units. We highly recommend him.

Upstate Air performed an A/C safety inspection and cleaning. The technician Mike was very straightforward and honest with any and all questions I asked. He also gave recommendations as to what I can do to keep my system running and not potentially mess up the compressor. Will definitely be following his recommendations and will be using them for a furnace and A/C install in the near future as my current system is near 20 years old. Five Stars, highly recommend!!!!

I reached out to Upstate Air, on a holiday weekend, regarding a problem with my humidifier. I received a response within 24 hours and had an appointment within a few days. Mike arrived to the appointment on time and was so friendly. He was upfront on the phone regarding pricing and how he works & was the same way in person. I really appreciated the customer education he provided. Being that I’m not from around here, I didn’t have an understanding of the humidifier but now I confidently do. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from the team at Upstate Air! They are great about notifying you when they are on their way to your home. The reps are very knowledgeable and professional! Mike is excellent and helped install my new furnace, AC unit and a dehumidifier in my basement. He knows what he is doing, is very hard working and friendly. Daniel is great when you need to call and schedule an appointment and he calls to follow up on things as needed. He is very friendly and on top of things. This company is great and I am very glad I switched to them!

I reached out to Upstate Air and Doctor Electric after Isaac Heating blew out my master breaker while assessing my non-working 9 year old Rheem AC. The following week, Isaac sent their manager who gave me a hefty price for the electric upgrade and a new AC that would need 1-2 weeks to begin. It was through my neighbor's recommendation that I contacted Dr. Electric to upgrade my electric panel. Matt, manager, temporarily restored my panel that day, and the following day, 2 competent, very respectful and conscientious electricians completed the work in a few hours for a thousand dollars less. I still needed a new AC. I called Upstate and the following day I met Mike R. His knowledge, ability to listen to the customer, and respectful manner gave me reassurance that I was getting what I needed and wanted. The next day I had a new AC installed, made compatible with my older furnace. I am so happy and pleased. I am now switching to Upstate Air for future service on my furnace and AC.
