I have had Trimline Landscape Management care for my lawn the last three years. BEYOND satisfied with all aspects of their business! Besides being fairly priced and doing an excellent job with my yard, the whole business…from the management, office staff, and yard maintenance crew is top notch PROFESSIONAL! They are always pleasant, helpful, return phone calls quickly, and are most of all HONEST!! Recommend HIGHLY.

I've had nothing but good luck with Trimline . My back lawn was in need of help and they got on it quick. They aerated and overseed both of my lawns and you can see the results. Whatever they use for fertilizer is doing the trick . Just had my neighbor call in for a quote.

Signed up with Trimline 2 years ago. They helped transform lawn from overgrown with weeds to healthy grass. The tech Rob is very conscientious and friendly making sure we are satisfied with service. Already recommended to several neighbors who switched.

I’ve been with Trimline Landscape for many years and have been ecstatic about the results of their management of my lawn. It went from spotty to lush green grass getting better every year. I highly recommend Trimline if you’d like to see your lawn resemble a golf course!!!

Trimline has been doing our yard 2 seasons now and they do a wonderful job. They come and mow, trim good and blow off when done. They move objects and trim around them which our last guys didn't do. We also get the all natural mosquito treatment and it works great! The team that comes and does that is always professional.

The Service, Timeliness and Professionalism of Trimline Technicians and Adminstrative Staff is unmatched in the industry! I have contracted with Trimline for years and have never been dissatisfied. We have used a number of lawn care companies over the years and Trim Line has by far been the best. They address any issues you have with their services professionally and timely. They call prior to coming out and do follow up call to make sure there are no additional concerns. We will definitely use their services going forward.

This is my first year using Trimline Lawn Service. My first application the technician talked me through the process. He was very professional and said if I ever had a question to contact them. We have been with trim line about 4 years now. There has definitely been a huge improvement to our lawn! I wish I had photos to show but, this year has been a challenge with the high temps & lack of rain. Dan is our favorite! He’s a great guy, shows care in our service & makes sure he does a thorough job. Their price has also been at an affordable rate for us so far.

Lawn Service Only I would not recommend. I’m not sure if it’s a case of to big for there bridge. I’ve complain multiple times this year about their lawn service still doesn’t change. They send a manager when you complain to clean up the mess or re-cut the lawn by themselves. There managers are really on point. I use them for a lot of services , which I do not have any complaints but the lawn service this year has been horrible and stressful. No lawn should be left like this. I legit become a Karen when it comes to there lawn services.

... in a nutshell the owner met with me so that I could firsthand show him what I was referring to below. He was polite, professional, and clearly stated that he understood my frustrations and that he heard me loud and clear. Since that meeting 2 months ago, they have stepped up their game, familiarized themselves with the nuances of a property our size and really came through for end of season landscaping and fall clean up. I am very pleased to say that they really turned my opinion around and showed me that they do care and took actions necessary to rectify the situation. Thank you, Mike and your team, for restoring my faith in Trimline!

This is going to be brief; I will let the photos speak for themselves and don’t want to waste any more time with this operation.
Our large complex contracted with Trimline to maintain our property. They have failed miserably. After countless discussions with our property manager who assured us that they will do a better job, they continue to disappoint week after week after week. From the start of the season right up to today … the lawn looks like crap. Given my experience with contractors and facilities management around the globe, I can only assume that this operation has done one of several things. 1. Bitten off more than they can chew, but rather than admit and attempt to correct, they continue to provide horrible service. 2. Are closing their operation at the end of this season, clearly, they do not care about the level of service they are providing. 3. The owner of the operation is on a six-month hiatus and has left the care and feeding of their business to someone who is not competent enough to deliver on a promise; again, these are my assumptions given the opportunities to correct the issues throughout the summer.
Look at the pictures, no need for me to describe the quality level in which they work, you can see the "weeding", gouges, erratic cuts, destroyed lawn areas ... I could go on and on, but I will stop here and simply state “DO NOT CONTRACT WITH TRIMLINE, THEY ARE NOT IN IT TO WIN IT, WASTE OF MONEY.” I can only assume that the 5 star reviews are from friends and family.

They perfom many different services for me such as: Spring Cleanup, Fall Cleanup , Weekly Mowing, Lawn Fertilization, Tree & Shrub Fertilization, Mulching, Flowers Planting and Bed Weeding  Maintenance.

My lawn looks beautiful and better then ever.

I have received  lots of compliments  from my neighbors and vistors of how Great my lawn looks.

They are landscapers in our HOA. Their contract specifies not to start on the property until 8am. They have been reminded of this, and yet they still come earlier with their very large, loud mowers. They prioritize speed over quality. Clippings are not blown off pavement properly, clumps of grass are left behind, some areas of the lawn are scalped and others are high. They also apply herbicides, but do so in a careless manner that kills the grass - see photo. It was requested that this be fixed months ago, but it has not been. Now we have little time left in the growing season. This area needs sod to recover, and that would need to be watered.

I've been with Trimline for several years. They have provided excellent complete lawn service. Here are before and after pics of my backyard re-seeding.

Trimline has been great. They are very nice. They are flexible when I have or need schedule changes. The grass over the last few years has gone from spotty and thin to full and soft. My kids can walk in the grass without shoes and it’s not painful at all. They walk to the neighbors house and they quickly notice a difference. I’ve had lots of compliments and family members have joined the Trimline team.

Ever since Trimline restored our very sick lawn we have had the best looking
G yard in neighborhood. We use all the services on ongoing basis. Great results.

I had a very disappointing experience with this irrigation company, mainly due to a lack of professionalism and rude communication from the owner.

After moving into my new home, they winterized my very complicated large system and mentioned there were breakages, saying they would sort it out in the spring. During the spring turn-on, I was then told there were “wiring issues” and that not all zones could be checked. I will say the technician on site was professional and nice, but the follow-up from ownership was not.

I asked for a simple follow-up email outlining which zones were tested (of course I would like to know if 90% of the zones were tested w no issues or maybe just 10%), what issues were found, and more information on the wiring. Instead of providing that, I was told vague answers and told I was confused - which I found dismissive and unprofessional.

Communication from the owner was mostly by short, unfriendly texts. After I expressed that I was unhappy and asked for the owner’s email, she called me. During that call, I was interrupted, spoken down to, and even mocked for not knowing how many zones my system has—which is exactly why I hired a professional for a home I just moved into and have zero experience with a technical 1 acre system.

The conversation became so argumentative that I ultimately had to hang up. I even had to say several times excuse me, but the customer is always right and I’m trying to ask you questions and you’re interrupting me.

I was simply asking for basic transparency on the work performed. Unfortunately, that was not provided, and the overall experience was very frustrating. This company has a lot to learn regarding customer service.

Been doing business with them many years. They are very response to our needs.

I highly recommend Flower City Irrigation, Inc. We have been a customer for six years and have always received amazing service! The employees are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient!!

Brian, the service technician, arrived precisely on time. He carefully assessed the damage done by my lawn service and then replaced and/or repaired the affected parts. He then retested the system thoroughly. A job well done.

Chris and the team from Flower City Irrigation have been Professional, Courteous and Timely in all the work they have performed for me.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a new (or improve upon an existing) irrigation system.
