Hired Jason Walker of Highland Plumbing to replace shut off valves and kitchen faucet in our kitchen. He does does good work, does not mark up materials and thought his price per hour was competitive.

Jason (aka Highland Plumbing) did a great job with an emergency situation with our kitchen sink. We recently moved into a old farmhouse with many unexpected issues. He diagnosed the issue and provided a remedy to our kitchen sink and pump and charged a fair price. After our issues he installed a new water heater for my mother, again, solid work, fair pricing, and responsive.

Guy is a clown, he left me hanging for over 2 months after giving me a quote I hired someone else to do the job and they fixed it within 2days. To this day I've never heard back from gartz plumbing, terrible customer service and wouldn't recommend this company.

Needed emergency water heater replacement and Terry was great and got it all turned around in half a day, including some pipe rework to allow for better access to the tank and a better shut off valve for the gas. Professional the whole time and great to work with.

To be able to call into the void and get First-class service within just a few hours is uncommon these days, but Terry, the pro who responded to my call is now my Gold Standard, go-to guy.
