One of the better companies I've had do work for me in years. Josh & other guy were very knowledgeable and showed me the entire procedure. Reasonably priced. All in all great fast service. Would recommend to anyone and I very rarely do that. A good experience ( except the mess)..

The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Got my drain cleaned fast. I’d definitely use them in the future and give them as a good reference in the future.

Excellent company! We had a clogged storm sewer pipe. Zoom Drain tried to remove it from inside the house. Many years of tree roots clogged several sections of pipe. Needed to remove them and dig outside. Tony and Paul explained everything including the cost. They were prompt, had great equipment and cameras. Both Tony and Paul with their crew worked very hard. Accomplished the task as fast as they could. Would definitely have them again. Love the turquoise trucks! Afterwards thanks for the gift and cookies!

Phil did a great job. He told me in great detail what the problem was and explained possible solutions. Will def use this company again.

Paul is the real deal! First plumbers snake broke and couldn’t complete the job. Paul had all the right equipment and was able to fix our old septic pipe. Price was reasonable and they were forward with the pricing before they started the job. Professional and polite. They never offered any incentive to review them I just thought they did a great job and deserved recognition.

My experience with Zoom Drain was excellent. They responded in a timely manner. Their technicians ( Joshua and Andrew) were friendly and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Zoom Drain did an outstanding job of clearing our French Drain. They were both professional and efficient. I would highly recommend using them.

My sewer line backed up into my basement. Zoom Drain came to the rescue. They sent a plumber out within two hours. Paul was very professional. He addressed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and charged a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain!

Joshua came out on a Saturday night and was a pleasure to work with. He was patient, in good spirits and worked hard to help me with my storm drain issue - in really bad weather, too - which he did. And, he was even kind enough to teach me a few things about sump pumps.

As an aside, we've had a couple of Zoom plumbers come out for estimates over the years and they've always been friendly and helpful.

Philip and Andrew were timely and efficient. Philip took time to explain everything they were doing and explained other options to keep drain flowing.They snaked the tub and did treatment for kitchen sink. I have old house so usually expect to pay more. This was one of those times, paid more than expected but they did a good job.

Paul was very professional he performed his job in a reasonable time. He was very neat and orderly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use zoom drain or Paul again in the future.

Zoom drain was the best!!! They quoted me a price that I agreed to. Then they lowered the price after I signed off, when they realized the issue was fixed without having to use a snake. The didn’t haven’t do that but they did! Further, they showed me the camera inside the pipes and explained to me what the issue was (old cast iron pipes can rust after time.). It was educational, affordable and effective.. thank you Zoom drain!!!!

Ps. The first company I called (Mr. Rooter) wanted to charge me more than twice as much!

Great job, super fast, only 1/2 hour to auger out the clog. He televised it as well and showed me where the problem spot was outside. Good workmanship, and good experience. It is expensive though 600 for the auger, only 1/2 hour of work. Seems like a lot. But it had to be done and would recommend these guys

Technician was polite, knowledgeable, concise. Diagnosed problem quickly, made the necessary repairs and completed the task quickly and professionally. Very pleased and satisfied with everything involved.

Philip listened intently, answered our questions, thoroughly explained aspects of drains in terms we could understand and advise how we can help keep drains clear with simple steps on a regular basis. I really liked being able to see inside the drains with the camera. He was also efficient in his work and very tidy. I recommend Zoom Drain and ask for Philip!

As far as the technicians they performed there job exceptionally well. With the exception of not knocking at the door . Explanation at the end. Administrative office staff not so well. As a customer we should not have to make phone calls to follow up on the status of our work. A courtesy call to give us an update would have been acceptable. At least a couple of months went by until we finally called to get an update. Then made another call a few weeks later for another update. Then once it was scheduled the technician did not come up to the door to let us know they were on our driveway. They called the office. The Office called and got vm due to spouse being at a concert and not able to pick up call. Technician should have walked up to the door and ring the doorbell. Other spouse was in the house waiting for technicians arrival. Had to reschedule visit. Again communication and customer service was poor.

Work was done well, but the price was very unreasonable, I would say even abusive. For one hour of work just to clean a drain with power snake we were charged $650 plus tax. We strongly suggest to ask not just for general estimate, but for their hourly charges. We wrote an email asking for an adjustment, hoping they would admit that the technician made a mistake. Never received a response. Our conclusion was that they take advantage of you, if you don’t look savvy to ask more questions. This is clear PRICE GOUGING!!!

I had an issue with my sewage line not draining properly and backing up through my washing machine pipe. I tried fixing it myself with a small pipe snake that I had on hand but it wasn't enough. I called zoom drain and within an hour Paul showed up. He introduced himself and immediately put on shoe booties and asked me to show him where the problem was. Within 30 minutes he had used his camera and the pipe snake to clean out the problem. After he had cleaned up his tools and the area, he suggested doing some preventative maintenance that the office would contact me about. The overall experience with zoom drain has been great and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs plumbing service.

I had a great experience with Zoom Drain and highly recommend their services. My new home has been having plumbing issues and we were referred to this company by Nichols Electric and plumbing. Phil and Sean came to my home and they provided a very in depth assessment of our drains/sewer system. They got on my roof with their cameras as well as my basement. They were both respectful of me and my home, and they provided me with SO much education as a new homeowner. I was really impressed with both of their knowledge and professionalism. Luckily my issue was a relatively easy fix by the town (which Phil helped me navigate), but they also left me with some great recommendations for improvements we can do in the future.
