The process was smooth and communication was good from start to finish. The lady in the office was clear with scheduling and up front items. Josh who came out was great and met the timeframe. Fixed the drain issue and also for a nice education along the way. Seems like a professional operation and easy to work with.

Paul was cool, efficient and not creepy in anyway. He came through door with all the equipment, gave the price, went to work told me what was up and that it was all fixed, didn’t leave a mess. 100/10 would recommend him.

Paul & Andrew were polite, pleasant, and professional. They explained in detail what the were doing to clean the pipe running from our clogged kitchen sink. It was done as quickly as possible and they checked several other pipes before they left. I will definitely be calling Zoom Plumbing again.

Are you kidding? I have not had such a pleasant experience in many years. The professional manner in which they represented your company was seen in their genuine concern and their prompt work ethic. They took the time to explain in detail the evaluation; the options and recommendation.
Getting right to it, they completed the job and left my home in full repair.
I was shockingly surprised and relieved. I even wanted to buy them dinner!! They graciously declined. Another indication of quality work force.

We have an old house with some galvanized pipes that had become completely closed off. I read good reviews about their service and also the ease of getting a quick appointment, and they were absolutely correct. I made an appointment online and Josh came as scheduled to evaluate the situation. I got a text ahead of time with his picture so I knew who to look for and also had time to secure my dog. Josh explained the work that needed to be done, and I had an estimate the same day. It took 3 days total, and every time Josh and a co-worker (apologies for forgetting their names) were on time, friendly, and explained where they were in the process along the way. The pricing was flat rate, so the price I was quoted was what I paid. The person I spoke with on the phone (Angela) to make payments and schedule the actual work dates was also very helpful and professional. I recommend Zoom Drain without hesitation.

One other thing that did not affect this review, but was very nice: the week after the job was complete I received a thank-you gift!

They did absolutely great. They were available to come out the same day and unclog a huge backup we had throughout the house.

Matthew L. Did a fantastic job, was transparent and upfront about pricing, didn't feel rushed, and took extra time to explain where the clog happened.

And Stephanie in Customer service was terrific as well. She was very communicative about scheduling and navigating around the massive snow storm we had the same weekend of our plumbing incident.

They fixed our drain clog, but after remounting our toilet, there was a small residual leak at the base (likely due to the wax ring not resting properly). 100% not Zoom Drain's fault as all toilet mounting surfaces can be different and that can make wax seals unpredictable sometimes. But they came out a couple of days later to fix that anyway! Free of charge!

Great team and great follow-through on their part.

We had a gnarly main drain blockage and the technician came right out within a couple of hours. He explained the whole scenario really well. He was super polite and professional. He was able to unblock it pretty quickly and the price felt reasonable. Everyone I encountered was helpful, fast, and professional. Thank you!!

So he is going to loose his license, this is the 1 guy u should NOT hire.... Spare urself the bother..... go elsewhere, buyer beware!

I got to tell you Dave and Steve was like SEAL TEAM 6! Going in replaced my hot water tank and left no mess! I want these guys as my plumbers ALWAYS!

The workers are very professional and easy to work with. The space where my water heater is located is very small and tight but they were able to accommodate and made it look great. I highly reccomend and will be using their services in the future.

Recently my husband and I had a plumbing issue ( which we are not very knowledgeable about) we didn't know who to call that would be fast reliable and fair...in the past we have had bad experience. We were very impressed by not only the work Dave Carr plumbing preformed but how professional and knowledgeable they were. We will not be using any other plumber again the future!! Recommend David and his associates 100%. Work was excellent, price totally fair, quote spot on, and always responded to my call, and texts. I had a big job and the work was complicated but David and his associates answered all my questions, explained the work and gave me options, and it was always done in a friendly, respectful way. With David, I found a contractor I can trust and that alone means so much!

When you are worried about not having knowledge about plumbing and need someone you can trust, I would recommend Dave Carr. Him and his associates are knowledgeable, reliable and reasonably priced. They explained what needed to be done and was able to repair my leak. I will be calling them again when any (unfortunate) plumbing issues arise.

My hot water tank failed last weekend so I had to find a local plumber because I’m such a clumsy homeowner. I can barely turn on my sink faucet without calling someone for help. I contacted Dave and he showed up with an interesting young man named Steve. These guys are AWESOME! We had a few laughs and I stood there and tried to learn, but it didn’t take. They were in and out quickly, and I have hot water again!! Thanks guys! I would give them six stars if I could!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dave Carr gets my Plumber of the Year vote! My husband and I have had him work on several projects for us this year.
We were getting a house ready to sell, but were stumped by a sump crock/drainage issue. We’d had several companies try to resolve the issue for over a year with no success.
Someone referred me to Dave, who was quick to return my calls, easy to talk to about the job (which involved running a drain line through the dirt-floored crawl space of our pre-1900’s house!), and finished the job in a day or two. Best of all, he solved our long-term issue for a very reasonable price.
At our new house, we had him install a sump pump, connect it to the existing French drain system, and install and plumb a new water softener system. Buying the equipment ourselves and choosing Dave for the installation saved us thousands.
My husband and I are so thankful for Dave (and his helper, Steve!) for all the ways they helped us this year.

Had them replace my 34 year old water heater, they were fast, polite and had a great price. They did a great job and did a total cleanup... Will definitely use them again
