Had a bathroom sink faucet installed,and replaced a trip waste assembly.Dan was very good and got the work done in a timely fashion.

Today we had a plumbing emergency so we called Gilman Plumbing. Andy was able to come right out and get us back up and running fast! Thank you Andy you guys are the best! We will always be calling Gilman Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

I’ve called Gilman plumber a couple times over a couple years. This last job was speaking pressure valve Called on a Monday late afternoon and they came Tuesday morning. Was in a very tight spot. Brian was able to get in there remove the old and place in the new. Beautiful job!! He also climbed in my attic to look at a hot water heater that sometime will have to be replaced another awkward spot!! He can do it call when you need to need it!! Great work!!!

Dan arrived on time and went to work . I needed a new faucet installed in my kitchen and I wanted an estimate on installing a basin in the basement. He did both at a very reasonable price.
Dan is a true professional. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy.

These guys, Brian and Dan, are the best! They installed a new half bathroom in my home, did it quickly, efficiently, and professionally! The price was reasonable, and the work performed was excellent! If you have a choice, call these guys first!! I am completely satisfied with the work they did for us, and couldn’t believe how quickly they got the work completed. I can’t say enough about how great they were!! We are definitely going to be using them for years for all of our plumbing issues.. and did I say, they are really friendly.

I’ve used Gilman Plumbing several times for an emergency, a repair and a coordinated meter and shut-off valve replacement. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them. They answer the phone when you call or get back to you within minutes. They provide reasonable pricing up front. The technician was prompt, courteous and communicated any necessary changes in scheduling, materials and pricing. The work is done well and neatly with pride!

I consider myself a pretty handy guy, but an issue occurred that I didn't have the knowledge, skills, or tools to handle.

To that end, I reached out to Gilman Plumbing. I always get a bit concerned when I let someone else work on my house, but that concern melted away within a few minutes of them being there.

These guys did a superior job. They are meticulous, courteous, and efficient. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns, walk through the what and how of what was going on, and even entertained questions on some other things that weren't even related to the work they were doing.

The prices are reasonable. Overall a top notch business. Whenever the next plumbing issue inevitably comes up, my first call will be to them.

Grinder pump went, called at 8:40am to see about getting an appointment. They were done with job by 11:40. Grinder pump replaced and I cannot be more happy with the service provided, thanks Gilman plumbing! Edit: had them out again and cannot recommend them any more than the 5 stars will allow however… this is the plumber you are looking for.

Our Navien tankless water heater was finally on it's last wobbly leg and we knew we'd have to upgrade it sooner than later. We spoke to multiple plumbers and felt most comfortable with Dan at Gilman. He spoke to us kindly and was highly knowledgeable. He was also great at providing prompt and honest communication. Dan arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner while also providing us with pointers on the future maintenence. We did not feel like he was upselling his services. He even inspected the rest of our gas lines for our safety. We definitely plan on utilizing Dan again in the future if need be.

Called Gilman Plumbing to come and replace my kitchen sink. They gave me a time frame, and then said they’d call me the day of to confirm. They did just as they said they would and even came earlier!!! My new sink is beautiful 🤩

I remondeled the kitchen in a 1960’s house I purchased. This house never had a dishwasher or a garbage disposal before but since the plumbing had been installed under the sink, it had a weird configuration and the couplings often would separate causing water to flood the under sink cabinet. I looked on the Next Door app for recommended plumbers, filled out a short questionnaire and within minutes I received a phone call from Dan. I had submitted a picture of the current plumbing so it was easy for us to discuss what needed to be done over the phone. Dan was available within a couple hours, and worked up a new configuration for the piping so that it more compact and much more efficient, and also allows me more space within the cabinet. He did a fabulous job and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend you give this family run business a call the next time you find the need to call a plumber!

Had another plumber come out for a sewer issue who barely opened a clog, said not to put down tissue, and offered a solution for another day costing many thousands of dollars. It was the only solution recommended. For that and the camera investigation I paid over $700. I should've saved that money and called Gilman Plumbing first. I called to get another quote and got a number quite a bit less while still giving fair compensation. Not only that, but Dan (I think) offered other solutions as well that were more budget friendly. Definitely earned my trust, future business and recommendations to others.

Fair pricing and quality service. Bryan was able to get me on the same day for a bathroom leak even though it was non-urgent. Dean came out and did the repair and had excellent communication and recommendations that left both me and my tenants happy. Highly recommend.

Dan and Brian Gilman are the best! We have used them for many years...everything from bathroom remodel to outdoor frost free faucets and emergencies! They consistently come through 100%. Frequently recommend options to save money and have never led us to needless expense so we trust completely! Late last night came home from CA to leaking hot water tank and no hot water. We left text and Dan responded first thing Sunday morning! Within the next hour he arrived with new tank. Always responsive, professional, outstanding competence snd service, fair $$$ and all around nice guys! Highly recommend.

They had good communication, they were on time, they set up 2 appointments and kept them both. Brian was friendly and knowledgable.
They said they would email a proposal the same day as the visit and they kept their word.
The final project was the same as the quoted price and they did not find anything else wrong to tack onto the price.
The job sites were left clean and presentable.

Would contract them again!

Since moving into our house in December, my boyfriend and I have had a 4 different plumbing issues. Each time, Brian and his team have come to our rescue. They’re reasonably priced, incredibly fast, and very helpful. While I pray we don’t have anymore issues for a while, they’re definitely my first choice.

Plus I love their down to earthness and reactions to the problems. Very encouraging to say the least because we’re never overreacting!

Found them online, called with a burst washing machine hose that had been apparently spewing water all night, they came immediately to turn the water off. Dan had another appt to run to but told me Matt would be back for the repair between 10-12. I promptly got a call from Matt letting me know he was on his way. Polite, quick, reasonably priced! They are fantastic and would highly recommend them!!!! THANK YOU!
