Gatti Plumbing saved what shred of sanity I had left after my basement flooded this past weekend.

Our basement began flooding shortly after midnight Saturday morning. What a panicked and helpless feeling! Luckily the North Greece Fire Department had a pump we could borrow. Completely desperate, I called around to various plumbers who advertised online they offered “emergency plumbing services”. After many failed attempts leaving messages w/ various answering services - just trying to reach ANYONE who could help me, I finally had someone “scheduled” to come at 10 AM from Taylor Heating, Inc.

Gatti Plumbing called back a short time later but I told them I already had an appointment with another company scheduled for someone to come out. The guy was super nice, wished me luck, and said if anything happens and I need them to come out to just give them a call back. It must have been a premonition because the other plumbing company completely failed me - but that’s a totally separate Google review!

In any case, I called Gatti back and they were able to have two technicians at my house less than an hour later. So incredibly helpful!! The owner himself came out later that evening to repair the clogged gravity drain in my crock (we have a walk-out floating basement with a crock and gravity drain - no sump pump).

I called my regular plumber, Sam Tosto from Zirpolo Plumbing to check out a kitchen drain big problem. He is awesome and honest and told me I needed this drain “snaked” but he does not do that service and recommended I call Gatti Plumbing because they do that service at a fair price. I called Gatti on Thursday Aug 15th and they had an open slot for Friday Aug 16th at 8 am. Francisco /“Cisco” showed up on time. He was professional and courteous and did a great job in 1 hour. Highly recommend Gatti Plumbing and Cisco for outstanding service.

We have used Gatti for years and always been pleased with the company’s responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent customer communication. Today’s visit by Ricky Sanford covered several plumbing projects: installing a new laundry sink, replacing our kitchen faucet set, and checking our sump, which ended up being replaced. I was having a problem with my hot water. After another company could not solve the problem, I called Gatti. Someone was out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. John was very helpful! Gatti’s price was very reasonable.

Called Gatti's answering service about a plumbing leak at 6:30 in the morning. Was told a tech would contact me by 7:30. Tech call was on time and they showed up at my house within 45 min. They completed the repair, made it better for leak prevention in the future. Quick courteous and professional. A great company and a great service to our community. I have used Gatti for years. Yesterday William was out to my home for a water leak in my basement. He identified the problem and snaked the sewer line which was clogged. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He explained what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Gatti Plumbing and especially William.

Had 2 bathroom tubs faucets that were dripping, 2 slow bathtub drains and a squealing showerhead. When I first called regarding the dripping issue, the person recommended emailing the manufacturer as those parts were guaranteed for life. I was grateful for that advice! Parts arrived and technician came out within a few days. Very professional!

Home repairs are never fun. But when you have these guys come to your home you are in GREAT hands! Mike and Ricky were amazing. NO mess and really did what they could to not cut out our ceiling! Mike found another way to look at our pipes by cutting the wall in our spareroom. This man made the cleanest cut into our dry wall and even was able to put it back in with a few screws. leaving us to just re tape and mud and paint!

Gatti Plumbing to the rescue again! William and Bill diagnosed the problem, explained the steps they would take to remedy it, and did a great job. I've been using Gatti as my go-to plumber for 16 years and I've received excellent service every time. Highly recommend!

I had a leak where the shutoff to the toilet was, I could not
figure out where it was leaking. Gatti has a service fee and then an hourly rate. i hoped that it would be something fairly simple and it was and did not take long to fix and the plumber took the time to check in several areas to be sure that there were no other leaks and he explained how the leak first came about. I give them a 5 out of 5.

Had Gabe as a technician he was professional and knowledgeable followed him as he did the job and he was able to complete in record time would never go to any other plumbing company they have done many quality jobs for me in the past

I’ve used Gatti Plumbing several times and have been very satisfied. I called this morning to have a leaky faucet replaced and within 2 hours William was at my home making the repair. He was a nice young man and did a great job. Highly recommended.

I called Gatti plumbing to fix a Pot Filler which was installed incorrectly, by the builders plumber, in our brand new home. The plumber who originally installed it (NOT Gatti PLumbing) cracked the 2" x 6" in the wall when installing, rendering the Pot filler floppy on the wall.

Ali from Gatti came to our home, on time, with a heads up call :30 before as well. Ali quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed our Pot Filler and wrapped up in just over an hour!

The Pot Filler looks amazing and works flawlesy!

His knowledge, professionalism and overall care for our brand new home was unmatched.
