Had an issue with tree roots growing into the main line out to the street, and was referred to Gilman by another plumber who was unable to fit me into the schedule on short notice. He mentioned Gilman has multiple trucks and that they were very good. I gave them a call and left a message.

Within 15 minutes, they called me back and said they had availability that very day and Matt would call me to let me know when he would arrive. Within another 15 minutes, Matt called to say he would be over within 20 minutes.

So, in less than an hour of my initial call, I had Matt on site, working on the issue at a very reasonable price compared to other plumbers I called. Matt was friendly, professional, and efficient.

Hands down, I recommend Gilman Plumbing and I will call them FIRST the next time I need a plumber!

I have used Gilman plumbing for a few different repairs since buying my house, and they are always super knowledgeable, quick, fairly priced, and all around a pleasure to work with. Plumbing issues can be stressful, but I appreciate having a hometown favorite group to go to for great service. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have used Gillman plumbing to fix a problem. As before, they are prompt , polite and very clean . They explained what the problem was ,and how they were going to fix it. This was a recurring drain clog issue , that This time went extra steps to hopefully prevent it from happening again. We will recommend them and use Gillman again if needed. Great job !

Dan is amazing !! My hot water tank leaked and soaked my basement over night. I called Gilman in the morning and Dan was at my house within a couple hours ! He was so friendly and professional and fixed it with no problem. I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend for any plumbing issues you have.

Gilman Plumbing was a pleasure to deal with. They replaced the house water shut off and they contacted the Water Authority to turn off the water at the street. It's refreshing to interact with a contractor who is friendly, on time and no change to the amount of the verbal quote. The $25 first time customer credit was a nice touch too.

I had an excellent experience with Dan at Gilman plumbing. He found a leak that another plumber was not able to find. He installed a new kitchen faucet for me and gave me advice on a R/O water system and installed that too. Dan was friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. It’s such a relief for me to have a plumber that I can trust. He wore shoe covers in my home and kept a very clean work site. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs. The work was also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Called these guys for an urgent sink backup situation as my business. Called 7 other plumbers and nobody could get there same day even though the advertise it. Matt showed up in less than 2 hours from calling and fixed the problem. Very grateful to these guys. Good help is hard to find.

Had a plumbing emergency late Sunday night. Called these guys first thing Monday and they were at our house within the hour. Got the issue cleared up quick and easy. Great service!

No one to help in the parts sales area.

Horrible customer service. A few bad attitudes and they think that what’s on the order is right. Do not recommend purchasing here if you have an alternate supplier.

The parts department was not helpful at all. They were more focused on completing their warehouse jobs than coming over to help. Two employees looked at me and kept going, never said hello or asked if I needed help. When someone did come to help he said he'd have to get someone else to help me who knew more about item I needed.

I saw them standing around talking for a while and I decided to leave. No urgency to help the customer. Poor customer service.

The front receptionist was very kind.

Maybe Gatti plumbing is good for minor every day repairs but not for anything out of the routine. I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom coming down to garage. Contacted Gatti plumbing and requested a senior plumber due to knowing the job would not be routine. They sent a young polite man that told me he could not see the pipe. I had told the office when requesting the service that the leak was behind the wall and could not be seen. Billed me over $220 and went on his way. Offered no resolution to my leaking pipe. There was an obvious leak dripping from the wall, but gave me no advice other than handing me the bill despite calling "his boss" three times during the 45 minute visit. The next day called another local plumber who had to open up the wall from the out side fixed the issue and went on his way. There are just better plumbing contractors than Gatti.

What a great plumbing service. I ran into some issues trying to replace a bathroom faucet and gave a call to the after hours line. Within a half hour Mike and Ethan were at my door and solved my problem. Extremely professional guys, I can’t recommend them enough. Also, very reasonable rates, even for an after hours call. Thanks again, you saved my weekend.

Robin took my call and was extremely helpful. My guy Ricky did the installation of my new water heater in less than a half hour and had the old one out. Extremely professional and quick diligent service. Will only do business with Gatti plumbing. Shout to Ricky for the install.

Have been using Gatti for years. I recently completed a multiple new faucet project at my Dad’s house and installed a new titanium anode rode with a dedicated electrical line. Everyone at Gatti is very professional. Emily was excellent in coordinating and researching products. Her communication skills are terrific. She was on top of our account.

Mike T. and Ethan were the guys making it happen for all the new faucets and the install of the new rod…they also did a great job! We hired Gatti to do rough in plumbing for a new bathroom. From quote to scheduled service, very impressed with the work. Pricing was fair and the two technicians sent were on time, professional, and honestly really enjoyable to have around all day.
