I had the best experience with Gatti plumbing today!! I bought my house 3 months ago, and this past weekend the tub and toilet stopped draining. They were able to come the same day and fix the problem in less than an hour! I made a mistake of contacting a different company the day before who gave me an outrageous quote and ended up being wrong about the problem! Gatti saved me almost $700 dollars and correctly figured out the problem on the first try. The best part of working with this company was that they were familiar with working with a home with a septic tank. They were able to check and make sure this wasn't the problem, which the first company was unable to do. If you are a house on septic and need a plumber, Gatti is the best!! They were also able to give me a quote over the phone which is always helpful!

I will never again be fearful of calling a plumber. Yesterday i called Roman with a water leak problem coming from my shower, he not only answered the phone he took the time to diagnose the situation. It was much worse than i thought initially because overnight it worked its way into the basement. He rearranged his schedule to come within the hour and stop the immediate leak. He then explained what needed to be done and came back today with all the necessary supplies and did the job as promised. Prior to coming he text me a quote which i felt was a very fair price. His work and his demeanor is extremely professional yet he doesn't make you feel that your questions are a nuisance. If anyone wants or needs a plumber...he is the guy to call!

I would definitely recommend Roma Plumbing. Considering that I contacted them on a holiday weekend, they were able to show up early they next morning. After attempting to clean the sewer line and determining that the issue was beyond my property, he helped me contact the County and work with them to resolve my problem in a timely manner.

Roma Plumbing did a great job for me three years ago, and I thought I had found my plumber for life. Apparently they are very successful now, and much busier than they used to be. I had a job to be done, but unfortunately we weren't able to connect and get it estimated and scheduled. I'm sure they would have done a great job if we could have, though.

Roman really helped us out in a pinch. Of course our sump pump decided to stop working during heavy rainfall a few weeks back — on the weekend and after hours. Surprisingly, he was the first one out of others we tried on Google to pick up the phone, and he was at our house that day to get it sorted out. Great to know that there’s a plumber out there that offers 24/7 emergency services. Definitely saved us from having to bail water out of the sump pit for 2 days. Thanks Roman!!

Ok. I met Roman on a job (I am a paint contractor) we were working for the same client. It was an emergency service. They had a toilet leak that was on the 2nd floor. He was there fast and fixed the issue quickly. I was very impressed with his work. Since then I have used Roma plumbing & remodeling many times. The latest time was today. I had a plumbing emergency, so I texted Roman. He would've come that night but it wasn't a ride emergency. We scheduled a time the following morning. His work is A+, he is very trustworthy & his prices are good. If you are looking for a plumber to be "your guy" Call Roma Plumbing. Good contractors are very hard to find. If you're reading this: YOU FOUND ONE! I'm a contractor and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Roman is absolutely the best in the field. Don’t dismiss him for his gentle demeanor. It’s rare to have an honest plumber who is a family man and is above all things deeply devout and honest. No price gouging or false promises. He is punctual, responsible, very aware of people and families at job site and makes sure that he is not in anyone’s way. Reliable, professional quality work! We had hired another plumber who left us high and dry (not literally the pipes were still leaking). So we called Roma plumbing!!! Very responsive came and looked at the issue and scheduled the work the following day.

This is a Grade A company. Roman provides first class service in a timely fashion with highly ethical pricing and work practice. He installed a new hot water tank for us in less than 24 hours notice without issue. Install was clean, neat and very professional. He is our new "Go To" guy. Thanks again Roman!

Within a very short time from going on Home Advisor, I received a call from Roman. He called around noon, gave me a price,and said they could be here at 1:30. They actually showed up early and finished the job quickly. Both Brandon and Roman are highly qualified and gentlemen. I am very impressed by the quality and timeliness of their work. I can't recommend Roman and his team highly enough. As craftsmen, they performed exquisite work in transforming our downstairs half-bath into a full bath. Our guest bath is now nicer than our upstairs! They didn't cut a single corner and often went out of their way to do the extra labor that makes for a comfortable, and beautiful, final product. As a person, Roman was great about communicating with both of us about what we wanted; he's also just a genuinely nice guy, very warm, very honest. I'm already thinking about that upstairs bathroom...

Roma plumbing saved the day!!! He was quick to respond, professional and great to deal with. I had 5 inches of water in my basement with a failed sump pump, they were there within 4 hours of a call. I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to friends and family.

Highly recommend Roman and his team. They were responsive, professional and did a great job getting my drains and laundry lines flowing again. We live in a home that was built in 1929, and Roman took the time to carefully snake each line without causing damage to the very brittle infrastructure we have.
