This is a shout-out praise for Pride Plumbing. They worked hard to schedule a visit and sent Steve for what was to solve a variety of mounting problems such as a shower controller, seized up faucets (four of them in a double sink bathroom), a seized up tub drain, a basement copper pipe that had developed corrosion and more. The replacement parts were circa 1960's. Steve solved all of this in les then one day and it included a lunch break and a trip for special parts. Through out the day, he worked quietly and diligently resolving all our issues.

Long before I switched to Pride Plumbing, we had unsatisfactory experiences with plumbers. For well over a decade, we have relied on Pride and their experienced technicians.

I had Sam V. Plumber. he is very communicative with me about the gas line and showed me around the house about safety and code. I definitely call them again if I have an issue in my house.

James and Nick were a fabulous team, they were detailed and wanted to get the job done to perfection; and that they did!
I was lucky to have them reinstall all the washer/dryer lines correctly and safely!

Outstanding service from Nick and James at Pride Plumbing. Owner Ross answered the phone personally and got someone out right away for leaking water heater. We bought a new tankless system and they came out two days later to do entire job. . Not inexpensive but the right decision. Installation took one full day and the guys were terrific. Great job and they clean everything up nicely and answered all questions. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I had an emergent issue and they were actually to be out in 30 minutes. The plumber, Sam, was extremely professional and nice. He got everything fixed with an hour and prices were reasonable given the situation. I would definitely recommend.

Unbelievably, our Laundry sink broke. Called Pride Plumbing to replace and repair the sink. The service we received was tremendous: Prompt, Courteous & Professional. I was very impressed by Matt, who did a fabulous job installing a new sink and trap for us. We are very pleased, and now will recommend Pride Plumbing to All!

I have used Pride several times previously and today had a major emergency project completed. Not only was the problem resolved, they spent a lot of time cleaning up and leaving my yard and entry looking as good and clean as possible (see pictures below showing what was done and what it looked like when complete). The team of Sam V., Jamiee F., Mike B., and Jamie W. were helpful and professional throughout the project.

David Valle replaced the water valves and piping that were corroded so that I could have my new washing machine installed. I can’t say enough about him In the terrific work he did. He was polite, professional, particular about the work he did, and explained things to me along the way. It was a pleasure to have them in my home to take care of this repair for me. He also did a terrific job doing a home inspection of my Plumbing and gave me some very good tips. David is a very good representative for Pride Plumbing. This was my first experience using Pride Plumbing, as they were highly recommended to me, and from start to finish, it was a terrific experience.

James was amazing. From the initial estimate to completion of work. He walked me through every step. Very happy with the work and price by James and the price plumbing team.

Pride Plumbing provides amazing customer service on the phone, prior to appointment and in the field. Sam was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and assessed my problem. Listened to my concerns and addressed all of them in layman’s terms. During installation Sam & Cory went above and beyond fixing a problem that was noticed. They also did not leave a mess but made the whole area cleaner than it was before the job. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend Pride Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I contacted Pride Plumbing to help with a rotted out drain line. They were out the next morning to give me an estimate on the work. Their estimate was 2k less than a competitor and were hired. The following Tuesday, Daniel and Zach arrived bright and early to begin the work. Both were professional and polite. Zach was kind enough to help my wife remove an old sink in the downtime. While Daniel was more than happy to answer questions. 5/5 star would contact again if a plumber issue comes up. Great job guys!

I’m an existing customer, but I will never use pride plumbing again. They charged me $89 service call fee! My hot water heater is leaking. It took less than 30 minutes to fix a leaking pipe for $450! Way too expensive!!!

We first used Pride back in March when we needed a new garbage disposal on recommendation from my parents. Devinn came out and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he was even great with my dog :) He explained all of the pricing options clearly and I ended up signing up for their service agreement as it made more sense cost wise. Devinn and David came back out a few months later to help us with a much bigger job involving our 90 year old galvanized pipes. The job was not at all straight forward and took a ton of troubleshooting from their end to do what was best for us financially and to get the job done right. They were incredibly conscientious and never once rushed me to make a decision. We had recently redone our kitchen and the repairs needed would've involved building out a soffit and removing a new light fixture we had just installed. They could see that it was important to me to try to keep the light so they spent extra time racking their brains to find a way to make it work, which they did! I am so incredibly grateful to them not only for their amazing work but for being so patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. While the process inevitably left holes in our ceiling and walls, they did a fantastic job of covering everything up neatly with plastic as to make it look a bit neater. Thank you to Devinn & David for all of their hard work and for always being so positive. I'm a customer for life now and truly appreciative of getting to keep my favorite light (having a tub that actually drains again is my husband's favorite part!).

Very pleased with the work your tech Ethan did for us! He replaced a basement faucet and put a new regulator in as the water pressure coming into the house too high. We also had him update our bathtub shower and fixtures! It was a big job but it looks great and no more leaks! Very polite/neat and professional!! Thankyou Pride Plumbing!!

The service I received on December 16 was excellent. Ethan arrived on a timely basis, was professional and handled this situation without incident. I would not hesitate to recommend Pride Plumbing in the future.

James did a wonderful job installing a new water heater for us! Informative, friendly, and able to get the task done in fast fashion are some stand out notes from the job.

This was my first experience with Pride Plumbing and it will NOT be my last! From the receptionist who scheduled the appointment to the tech ( Sam) who did the service , everyone was friendly and professional. Sam explained the plumbing issue, the price of the repair and the time frame it would take.

We have used Pride twice in the last month. We’ve had problems with our finished basement flooding several times. We’ve had two different companies come and snake the drains in our basement floor, the last company giving us a quote to “fix” the issue. I decided to get another quote from a different company and called Pride. The BEST decision we ever made! Within two days, Sam, their underground expert and Mitch came to take a look. Within 20 minutes, Sam had the problem figured out - something two different plumbing companies never even found - made a recommendation to move forward to finally fix the problem. Turns out, our traps were completely shot and had to be dug up and replaced. He also figured out that our underground pipe that drained our kitchen sink had completely rotted out and the sink was just draining under our basement slab. A week later, Sam and Mitch came back and got started. Fixing the problem was not an easy job. Sam and Mitch were here for 3 days, on time, amazingly polite, super knowledgeable and a joy to have in our house. Sam and Mitch literally saved us thousands of dollars in potential damage should the basement have flooded again.

Today, we had Kory here to replace our outdoor spigot and shut off valve. True to our experience with Pride, Kory was also on time, super polite and and a joy to have here.

A huge thank you to Sam, Mitch and Kory. And also to Pride Plumbing for having such amazing, knowledgeable employees! We will be customers for life! Photos of the great work they did are attached.

James did a great job fixing our toilet. He informed us of what needed to be done based on what he found. He explained everything to us and also prices. He was clear and efficient. Our toilet works great now. I would recommend Pride Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Nick W. and Ron T!! We woke up to our water heater leaking yesterday. Nick was at our house in no time and we had a new tank before lunch!! Both Nick and Ron took such great care of our basement items!! We will definitely let people know how great Pride Plumbing was to us!! Thank you for making our experience a great one!!
